Astronomer Beatriz Villarroel analyzed over 100,000 unexplained light flashes on historical Palomar Observatory plates, discovering they aren’t image defects but potentially orbiting objects predating the space age. Her research reveals a statistically significant link between these transients and both 1950s nuclear tests and reported UAP sightings, suggesting a possible connection. Despite initial scientific resistance, Villarroel openly published her findings, highlighting a 68% increase in activity following nuclear detonations and a subsequent decline after 1956. This work proposes Earth may be monitored by artificial, non-human satellites and urges a re-evaluation of UAP research with open scientific inquiry, challenging conventional understanding of our place in the universe. Ultimately, Villarroel’s data suggests we may not be alone and warrants further investigation.
