We saw the fall of the Berlin Wall occur. I think that occurred during my senior year, where we saw a lot of remarkable things occur that has blessed our world and ushered in a new era.
By the time I was a junior and senior in high school, I had my own subscriptions to the Wall Street Journal and Business Week. And as I was nearing the tail end of my senior year in high school as student body president, I was very focused on jumping into a career and selecting a career path that would afford me the opportunity to work with the captains of industry.
And through a comprehensive research effort during my senior year in high school as I was turning 18 years old, I identified commercial real estate as being the ideal career path that would potentially be in the way I was.
