Is the Star Wars program in any way related to what's going on up there?
Some people believe that maybe we're building Star Wars for something other than the Soviets.
This directly taps out of the Star Wars budget which is very hard to follow because it requires huge amounts of money.
It taps out of a lot of other places too that would be very hard to track down but yes Star Wars is directly related to it.
