And that is why his evidence to the Congress has been absolutely key in convincing key congressmen and senators to understanding why this matters.
And for the first time, the Congress is now moving with key legislation that will essentially mandate reporting about UAPs in a way that, frankly, has never happened before.
We asked Ryan what he thought this phenomenon was, what was going on inside the government.
And he's a very thoughtful fellow.
This is what he said.
You know, I don't know either way where the truth lies.
But I will say that from my perspective as a former tactical aviator, having these objects overhead any of our naval assets is a big no-no.
It's just completely unacceptable to think that either we're allowing these things to operate because we are afraid to actually look at this problem in the face and treat it seriously.
Or we find ourselves in some type of conflict that the general public is not necessarily aware of.
But either way, we can't be having objects flying over our ships without the ability to stop it.
And so I had to go meet a deadline on that.
But you got the you got the plum assignment, my friend.
So when I asked him about the significance of the US government's admissions that have been made about UAPs in the last 12 months,
Now, the journalist in me, Gary, thinks Americans can't keep secrets. I mean, everything leaks in this country.
And this is an example of it.
He was just doing what an intelligence agent does on a regular basis, which is write reports of what it is that they've been doing.
And Eric quite conspicuously has never made any comment one way or the other about the veracity of the document.
But, you know, I think, I can't even remember how old I was, 10 or 12, whatever it was.
But just tell our audience what the context was for what Brent's about to tell us.
Well, here's the interesting thing.
And we had a party, 200 people who were cast and crew and the network executives, the studio executives.
And we had it at my house.
And again, the show is in the middle of a broadcast, right, for the first time on television.
And he's already talking about that he's seen the whole thing, which struck me as odd.
Well, that's where they go back to the majestic 12 headquarters and they they perform the surgery, which is exactly what happens.
I felt like this guy wrote this thing down.
I remembered it as a napkin.
There's a phenomenon that defies explanation, apparently, according to your government.
My government completely ignores it.
But there's a technology, isn't there?
There's a technology, and there seems to be a plan of some kind.
I can't say it's the best plan.
I don't know.
But someone has a plan to bring this to the forefront in a way that they had not done before.
Yeah, I actually do.
I get the strong impression that inside the U.S. government there are people who are trying to slowly bring to the attention of not just the American public, but the world, the fact that potentially, and I'm not saying this for sure, potentially, we are not alone.
And if we're not alone, and this has been known for as many years as we suspect might have been true, it really does raise questions about what the rest of that story is.
That's the part of the puzzle I can't figure out.
I just can't figure out why these guys have kept it secret.
Unless there's a good reason.
That can almost be proved right now.
It's also easy now to say that the phenomenon is real because the government is saying it.
That'll be fun.
And I'll make you drive this time.
