These were encounters that happened in about 2014, 2015, as the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt was working up to travel to the Middle East and they were doing rehearsals for war just off the east coast of America.
It's happening not just in America. It's also happened, I'm told, with ships and aircraft in the Middle East in combat zones.
