This guy claimed to be at S4, that he ran into Cheney at S4, that he interfaced with a female non-human entity down in the basements of S4.

But he said there's also like other places called S4 as like a storage depot and other installations like Tonopah Range.
Another person said they had been to S4.
So yeah, even completely independent from Bob, I absolutely think S4 is a real installation.
