The national park system was originally part of the logging industry. Prior to logging trucks going out into the forest, you sent teams out in the forest. They would cut the trees, put them on the lake, float them. And that was, they were moved down the Allagash river all the way to like Fort Kent and Allagash, uh, the village of Allagash.

water could grab them and get everything moving again. So the Allagash system still has part of an

So that was a year before, or that was three years before this, uh, Allagash event.
