Hey, you've been working on this stuff under OSAP and ATIP.
[0:26:28 - 0:26:31] ▶
I came in on the tail end, I guess, of ATIP and then it became the UAP task force.
[0:26:44 - 0:26:49] ▶
In my opinion, the ATIP program was an informal working group, not a real program besides anything written on a couple pieces of paper.

In my opinion, the ATIP program was an informal working group, not a real program besides anything written on a couple pieces of paper that was directed, not directed, but the man at the helm was Lou Elizondo.
[0:40:47 - 0:40:59] ▶
And when this plan kind of failed and Trump got in office, then that whole crew and ATIP kind of shifted towards targeting Lou Elizondo.
[0:41:09 - 0:41:18] ▶
Someone should ask Leslie Kane if Lou has ever presented a hard piece of paper that said he was director of ATIP on it.
[0:42:09 - 0:42:15] ▶
I challenge you, you will not, because ATIP was not a real program.
[0:42:15 - 0:42:18] ▶
If anything, ATIP operated in a weird cover between the OSAP program and the UFO legacy programs to further this weird limited disclosure mission.
[0:42:18 - 0:42:26] ▶
I wonder who provided Lou Elizondo the top cover for the ATIP mission.
[0:42:54 - 0:42:57] ▶
Little did I know at the time, he had just signed a contract just a couple years earlier, right, with ASAP and ATIP.
[0:12:26 - 0:12:31] ▶
we got involved with the OSAP slash ATIP.
[0:09:01 - 0:09:04] ▶
And then later on, the separate attempt called ATIP,

Threat Identification Program, or ATIP.
[0:00:24 - 0:00:27] ▶
The revelations concerning the existence of the Pentagon's ATIP program
[0:00:28 - 0:00:32] ▶
He has made it clear that the information that's come to ATIP over the years
[0:01:18 - 0:01:22] ▶
Elizondo ran ATIP for eight years from 2009 until he resigned in 2017.
[0:01:38 - 0:01:47] ▶
But perhaps the most shocking information to come out about ATIP
[0:02:54 - 0:02:59] ▶
Although the complete findings of ATIP are still considered highly classified and may never be released,
[0:03:52 - 0:03:59] ▶
One of the really interesting things about ATIP is how much information hasn't been released.
[0:04:10 - 0:04:14] ▶
The the ATIP program advanced aerospace threat identification program, which I which I help lead and working with some of my colleagues was a very sensitive program, but it wasn't covert to to I know people like to and forgive me for that saying that I don't know why it says that.
[0:05:08 - 0:05:23] ▶
There's a legal definition of covert activities and then there is from a department of defense, which is title 50 and then from a title 10 or DOD perspective, you have clandestine type operations and sensitive operations went, but ATIP was not covert.
[0:05:23 - 0:05:37] ▶
Okay. Did you did you start a tip? I did not. No, no, no. It's fascinating actually the way ATIP started. It actually started off as a program called all set the advance of aerospace weapons, weapons, aerospace weapons special application program all set.
[0:05:58 - 0:06:15] ▶
but funding together to create a program called all the contract vehicles called all set all set was a big program in order to look at from the Pentagon's perspective, the UAP or UFO in the vernacular, the UFO issue from there, it there was an aspect of all set was kind of think of a big umbrella and then you have a little umbrella fitting underneath this big umbrella, which looked on a lot of stuff to include elements of no now is known to skin walker ranch and other things ATIP was really focused on the UAP.
[0:06:43 - 0:07:12] ▶
So all set did to but they were much broader think of a shotgun approach versus a sniper approach the shotgun being all set the sniper being a tip and so I was actually part of the ATIP program, although I worked with a lot of the elements in all SAP. My focus was really nuts and bolts on a tip interesting so that's it was started by Jim Likatsky and and J Straton on the all set side.
[0:07:12 - 0:07:41] ▶
Now, ATIP didn't get $22 million from Harry Reid.

I don't recall whether we discussed this yesterday but in the New York Times article that came out in December of 2017, Leslie King, Ralph Blumenthal, that basically exposed ATIP to the world.
[1:57:31 - 1:57:48] ▶
In the article they mentioned that ATIP scientific advisor was Dr. Hal Putoff.
[1:57:48 - 1:57:53] ▶
Hal had given copies of my book to the ATIP members at least Lou and it turns out Senator Harry Reid was given a copy.
