It didn't start or end with Roswell.
[0:00:00 - 0:00:03] ▶
Throughout American and world history, there are numerous encounters of UAP crash and crash
[0:00:03 - 0:00:09] ▶
retrieval efforts with credible paper trails and eye witnesses.
[0:00:09 - 0:00:12] ▶
Today, we investigate one of these encounters that occurred during the mass UFO wave of 1952
[0:00:13 - 0:00:19] ▶
to 1954. Let's travel to the night of May 20, 1953 to a small town situated between
[0:00:19 - 0:00:27] ▶
Hualapai Valley and the Serbant Mountain range called Kingman, Arizona, where something
[0:00:27 - 0:00:32] ▶
perplexing and inexplicable crashed into the desert.
[0:00:32 - 0:00:36] ▶
Hey guys, it's UAPGurb. Today, I want to dive into the story of one of my all-time favorite
[0:00:37 - 0:00:43] ▶
alleged crash retrievals, the 1953 Kingman Arizona UFO crash. This story is massively overshadowed
[0:00:43 - 0:00:51] ▶
by the Roswells of the world, yet features two extremely credible witnesses and surprising
[0:00:51 - 0:00:57] ▶
connections to our usual suspects, the AEC and Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Is this crash
[0:00:57 - 0:01:04] ▶
fact or fiction? Well guys, we will do our very best to find out.
[0:01:04 - 0:01:08] ▶
The story of the Kingman crash first surfaced publicly in 1973, five years before Jesse
[0:01:13 - 0:01:20] ▶
Marcel famously told Stanton Freeman he was a part of the Roswell cover-up in order to pose
[0:01:20 - 0:01:25] ▶
with fake wreckage comprised of balsa wood and aluminum foil while the crash disc was secretly
[0:01:25 - 0:01:31] ▶
whisked away. In 1973, UFO researcher Raymond Fowler revealed shocking statements made and sworn
[0:01:31 - 0:01:39] ▶
into affidavit by a Wright Patterson Air Force Base engineer and U-Saf project engineer on
[0:01:39 - 0:01:46] ▶
Operation Upshot Knotthole under the pseudonym Fritz Warner. And before we get into the story,
[0:01:46 - 0:01:53] ▶
what is this weird name Upshot Knotthole? This was a series of 11 nuclear test shots conducted
[0:01:53 - 0:01:58] ▶
in early 1953 at the Nevada Proving Ground orchestrated by none other than the Atomic Energy
[0:01:58 - 0:02:05] ▶
Commission. The objective of this project was to utilize tactical nuclear weapons to ready the
[0:02:05 - 0:02:10] ▶
US military for atomic combat. These tests even oversaw a nuclear payload shot out of artillery
[0:02:10 - 0:02:17] ▶
cannons. An estimated 18-21,000 DOD personnel participated in this program in 1953.
[0:02:17 - 0:02:25] ▶
Anyways, back to Warner, let's hear his story. Warner stated to Fowler he was an engineer on
[0:02:25 - 0:02:30] ▶
U-Saf contract with the AEC for Operation Upshot Knotthole. His job was to measure blast effects
[0:02:30 - 0:02:37] ▶
on various types of buildings constructed for the tests. On May 20th, 1953, FIT spent most of
[0:02:37 - 0:02:44] ▶
the day at Frenchman Flat. Dr. Ed Dahl telephoned Warner that evening he would be doing a special
[0:02:44 - 0:02:51] ▶
job the following day. Joined by 15 other AEC specialists, Warner reported to Indian Springs
[0:02:51 - 0:02:59] ▶
Air Force Base. There he was put on a plane to Phoenix with all of his valuables left in the
[0:02:59 - 0:03:04] ▶
custody of the military police and eventually placed on a bus with blacked out windows.
[0:03:04 - 0:03:09] ▶
During the four hour ride, an Air Force colonel told the personnel a super secret Air Force vehicle
[0:03:10 - 0:03:17] ▶
had crashed and these specialists were sent in to investigate their speciality and theirs only.
[0:03:17 - 0:03:23] ▶
When he finally got off the bus, FIT's observed two agonizingly bright spotlights centered on a
[0:03:24 - 0:03:31] ▶
crashed object surrounded by guards. In FIT's own words, quote, the object was oval and looked like
[0:03:31 - 0:03:38] ▶
two deep saucers, one inverted upon the other. It was about 30 feet in diameter with convex surfaces
[0:03:38 - 0:03:45] ▶
top and bottom. These surfaces were about 20 feet in diameter. Part of the object had sunk
[0:03:45 - 0:03:51] ▶
into the ground. It was constructed of a dull silver metal like brushed aluminum. The metal was
[0:03:51 - 0:03:57] ▶
darker where the saucer lips formed a rim around which were what looked like slots. A curved
[0:03:57 - 0:04:04] ▶
open hatch door was located on the leading end and was vertically lowered. There was a light coming
[0:04:04 - 0:04:10] ▶
from inside but it could have been installed by the Air Force. Wernher's duty was to attempt to
[0:04:10 - 0:04:16] ▶
determine the angle from which the object impacted into the sand and how fast the vehicle was moving
[0:04:16 - 0:04:23] ▶
with forward and vertical velocities at the time. The craft had sunk roughly 20 inches into the sand
[0:04:23 - 0:04:29] ▶
and featured no landing gear and shockingly no damage. No marks or dense on the surface not even
[0:04:29 - 0:04:36] ▶
scratches. Over time FIT's estimated the craft had been traveling at roughly 1200 miles per hour
[0:04:36 - 0:04:44] ▶
and amazingly FIT's claimed to glance at a guarded pitch tent, where lied the body of a dead pilot.
[0:04:44 - 0:04:52] ▶
It appeared to be a four foot tall humanoid biologic with dark brown skin and a silvery metallic
[0:04:53 - 0:05:00] ▶
looking suit. Keep this pilot description in mind. After being interviewed on his crash velocity
[0:05:00 - 0:05:07] ▶
estimations over a tape recorder FIT's managed to speak to someone who claimed to have glanced
[0:05:07 - 0:05:12] ▶
inside the craft and observed two swivel like seats as well as numerous strange and anomalous
[0:05:12 - 0:05:19] ▶
instruments in displays. FIT's finally returned to the bus and headed back to Phoenix. The Air Force
[0:05:20 - 0:05:26] ▶
Colonel had all 16 AEC personnel swear an oath not to reveal their findings and were instructed to
[0:05:26 - 0:05:33] ▶
write their reports longhand and to not type or reproduce. There is Wernher's story truly fantastic
[0:05:33 - 0:05:40] ▶
and difficult to conceptualize under just a simple pseudonym right? Well what if I told you the
[0:05:40 - 0:05:48] ▶
enigmatic FIT's Warners identity has been revealed but first quickly let's first review the
[0:05:48 - 0:05:54] ▶
affidavit signed by FIT's with Raymond Fowler as witness. This excerpt of the affidavit is from
[0:05:54 - 0:06:01] ▶
Fowler's book Casebook of a UFO investigator under the section Crash Retrievals of the Third Kind.
[0:06:01 - 0:06:07] ▶
I, FIT's Warnher do solemnly swear that during a special assignment with the US Air Force on May 21st 1953,
[0:06:08 - 0:06:16] ▶
I assisted in the investigation of a crashed unknown object in the vicinity of Kingman, Arizona.
[0:06:16 - 0:06:21] ▶
The object was constructed of an unfamiliar metal which resembled brushed aluminum. It had impacted
[0:06:22 - 0:06:27] ▶
20 inches into the sand without any sign of structural damage. It was oval and about 30 feet in
[0:06:27 - 0:06:33] ▶
diameter. An entranceway hatch had been vertically lowered and opened. It was about 3.5 feet high
[0:06:33 - 0:06:39] ▶
and 1.5 feet wide. I was able to talk briefly with someone on the team who did get a look inside
[0:06:39 - 0:06:45] ▶
only briefly. He saw two swivel seats on an oval cabin and a lot of instrumentation and display.
[0:06:45 - 0:06:51] ▶
A tent pitch near the object sheltered the dead remains of the only occupant up the craft.
[0:06:51 - 0:06:56] ▶
It was about 4 feet tall, dark brown complexion and had two eyes, two nostrils, two ears,
[0:06:57 - 0:07:01] ▶
and a small round mouth. It was closed in a silvery metallic suit and wore a skull cap of the same
[0:07:01 - 0:07:07] ▶
type of material. It wore no face covering or helmet. I certify that the above statement is true,
[0:07:07 - 0:07:13] ▶
a fixing my signature to this document on this day of June 7, 1973. Signed Fitz Warner,
[0:07:13 - 0:07:20] ▶
witnessed by Raymond E. Fowler. Fitz's identity was later on revealed and confirmed by Fowler as
[0:07:20 - 0:07:28] ▶
one Arthur Stansell Jr. Now, quite often his name is spelled STANCIL which is incorrect in the
[0:07:28 - 0:07:36] ▶
confusion. It's STANSEL. But anyway, Stansell's background and credentials can be directly confirmed.
[0:07:36 - 0:07:44] ▶
Stansell began his career at Wright Patterson Air Force Base at that time, Wright Patterson Airfield,
[0:07:44 - 0:07:49] ▶
serving as a use-aff aircraft engineer, test mechanical engineer for the air material command
[0:07:50 - 0:07:57] ▶
after honorably taking part in the D-date landings of World War II.
[0:07:57 - 0:08:01] ▶
Arthur was additionally working at the Nevada Proving Ground on May of 1953 when the crash occurred,
[0:08:01 - 0:08:07] ▶
specifically studying the effects of atomic blast on structures as Fitz stated,
[0:08:07 - 0:08:12] ▶
and this was during Operation Upshot Knott Hole. To add even more credibility to Stansell,
[0:08:12 - 0:08:17] ▶
the engineer also worked on aspects of the Manhattan Project and for 16 years on the Apollo program.
[0:08:17 - 0:08:23] ▶
Huge thanks to Richard Geldrick Jr. for doing the digging on Stansell as you'll find in his
[0:08:24 - 0:08:29] ▶
linked medium article. So unlike some more controversial figures in new fallagy like Bob Lazar,
[0:08:29 - 0:08:35] ▶
we can in fact verify the background of Wright Pat, the AEC, and aircraft testing with Stansell.
[0:08:35 - 0:08:41] ▶
Let's start to break down and analyze the context of some of Stansell's claims.
[0:08:46 - 0:08:50] ▶
Remember first, his story came out in 1973 and 1978 was when Marcel revealed the truth of the
[0:08:50 - 0:08:58] ▶
Roswell cover-up. We can definitively rule out this accomplished engineer was just riding the
[0:08:58 - 0:09:03] ▶
coat tail of the Roswell crash. Within Stansell's testimony, he mentions the night before viewing the
[0:09:03 - 0:09:09] ▶
wreckage receiving a phone call to report by one doctor Ed Dahl, who was in fact a project director
[0:09:09 - 0:09:15] ▶
and physicist for Operation Upshot Knott Hole at the Nevada Test Site. Unfortunately,
[0:09:15 - 0:09:21] ▶
Dahl has long since passed and no statements were ever made by him about this alleged crash retrieval.
[0:09:21 - 0:09:27] ▶
However, there is another man with possibly even deeper connections to UFO crash retrieval.
[0:09:27 - 0:09:32] ▶
During his time working as an engineer at Wright Field from 1949 to 1960, Stansell worked in what
[0:09:32 - 0:09:39] ▶
was known as the Air Material Command installation division. Within the office of special studies,
[0:09:39 - 0:09:45] ▶
headed by Dr. Eric Wang. Dr. Wang was an Austrian-born graduate of the Vienna Technical Institute.
[0:09:45 - 0:09:52] ▶
In 1949, Wang became the director of the Department of Special Studies at Wright Patterson,
[0:09:52 - 0:09:56] ▶
where he worked with scientists from the Office of Naval Research. And Dr. Vannevar Bush,
[0:09:56 - 0:10:02] ▶
who has some connections to the UFO phenomena and others from the Research and Development Board.
[0:10:03 - 0:10:08] ▶
Dr. Wang relocated his research from Wright Field to Kirkland Air Force Base in Albuquerque,
[0:10:09 - 0:10:13] ▶
New Mexico around the time of Operation Upshot Knott Hole. Tracking down record of Wang has proven
[0:10:13 - 0:10:20] ▶
to be extremely challenging. However, direct proof can be found of his role in the Department of
[0:10:20 - 0:10:25] ▶
Special Studies in the actual DOD Operation Upshot Knott Hole Unclassified Document. The importance
[0:10:25 - 0:10:32] ▶
of determining Wang's credentials cannot be understated. Seen as Wang is a figure in UFO lore,
[0:10:32 - 0:10:39] ▶
suspected of having deep ties to reverse engineering and crash retrievals around this time.
[0:10:39 - 0:10:43] ▶
More investigating needs to be done here, but Wang allegedly led reverse engineering efforts
[0:10:44 - 0:10:50] ▶
under Kissinger. Wang was known to be a close associate, a Victor Schauerberger,
[0:10:50 - 0:10:56] ▶
an Operation Paperclip scientist who developed concepts for flying discs for the Nazis.
[0:10:56 - 0:11:02] ▶
Wang of course is not the focus of today's video, neither is Dahl,
[0:11:02 - 0:11:06] ▶
but Stancell serving under both Wang and Dahl to an extent during the 1953 crash is of note.
[0:11:07 - 0:11:13] ▶
Three months after the alleged Arizona crash in 1953, the USAP issued regulation 200-2,
[0:11:18 - 0:11:25] ▶
which required all UFO reporting to be sent to USAP Intelligence and not Project Blue Book,
[0:11:26 - 0:11:32] ▶
the official USG Investigation Group at the time. This directly stovepiped UFO reporting
[0:11:32 - 0:11:38] ▶
leading to fewer credible reports making their way to Congress and the American people,
[0:11:38 - 0:11:43] ▶
fueling the growing UFO stigma. I talked about this a lot in my stigma video, go check that out.
[0:11:43 - 0:11:48] ▶
If you watched my history on the UFO stigma, you will know that Robertson Panel was conducted
[0:11:48 - 0:11:52] ▶
to quell public interest in UFOs and was commenced in January of 1953. Four months before the
[0:11:52 - 0:12:00] ▶
Kingman crash. While regulation 200-2 most definitely relates to the Robertson Panel,
[0:12:00 - 0:12:06] ▶
it is quite plausible to suspect that restricting UFO reporting was to keep a tight lid on previous
[0:12:06 - 0:12:13] ▶
and future crash retrievals like the Kingman Arizona crash in Roswell. Also, a key piece here is
[0:12:13 - 0:12:19] ▶
the AEC's connection to Upshot Nautil and the Kingman crash. As my community can probably recite by
[0:12:19 - 0:12:26] ▶
heart, the 1954 Atomic Energy Agreement has been used to misclassify UFO material as,
[0:12:26 - 0:12:32] ▶
quote, transclassified foreign nuclear material to avoid declassification and restrict information
[0:12:32 - 0:12:38] ▶
to need to know bases. The 2024 NDAA Schumer legislation directly states the 54 Atomic Energy Act
[0:12:38 - 0:12:46] ▶
has been used by DOD and Legacy programs to protect UFO program records and materials.
[0:12:46 - 0:12:52] ▶
And while we're at it, let's not forget the testimony of Lieutenant Robert Jacobs
[0:12:52 - 0:12:56] ▶
and Robert Salas of Maustram Air Force Base. If you have not seen my video on UFOs and nukes,
[0:12:56 - 0:13:01] ▶
I highly recommend watching to understand this anomalous connection of UFO to nuclear weapons.
[0:13:01 - 0:13:07] ▶
So the idea a UFO is active near the Nevada Test Range after 11 nuclear warheads were
[0:13:07 - 0:13:13] ▶
detonated in 53 is far from surprising. Shockingly, Stansell was not the only credible whistleblower
[0:13:13 - 0:13:24] ▶
to make claims about the Kingman crash. Meet the under-the-radar alleged UFO reverse
[0:13:24 - 0:13:29] ▶
engineering whistleblower Bill U-House. U-House was featured on Stephen Greer's disclosure project
[0:13:29 - 0:13:35] ▶
in October of 2000 and made some astounding claims. U-House was a former mechanical engineer
[0:13:35 - 0:13:41] ▶
and 14-year USMC vet retired at the rank of captain with a history of flight testing of exotic
[0:13:41 - 0:13:48] ▶
experimental aircraft at Wright Pat. While working for a defense contractor and Wright Patterson
[0:13:48 - 0:13:53] ▶
Air Force Base, U-House claimed to work as a pilot and design engineer for a flying disc simulator.
[0:13:53 - 0:14:01] ▶
The simulator, according to Bill, became operational in 63 to 64 and was based off a recovered
[0:14:01 - 0:14:08] ▶
disc retrieval and you can probably guess the crashy names.
[0:14:08 - 0:14:12] ▶
My, as I watched the reason why I'm saying this is because the simulator wasn't actually functional
[0:14:14 - 0:14:22] ▶
until around 1958 where the simulator was actually operable. The simulator that they used or that
[0:14:22 - 0:14:31] ▶
the craft that they used to build, which is a 30 meter one, was the one that the crashed in
[0:14:32 - 0:14:38] ▶
Arizona, Kingman Arizona, back in 53 or 52. I think it was 53.
[0:14:40 - 0:14:48] ▶
According to U-House, the craft was taken to Area 51 slash the Grum Lake facility
[0:14:48 - 0:14:53] ▶
and the dead pilots were taken to Los Alamos, part of the AEC. Goddard mentioned U-House also makes
[0:14:53 - 0:14:59] ▶
numerous other statements including touching on a recovered extraterrestrial humanoid codenamed J-Rot.
[0:14:59 - 0:15:05] ▶
However, this of course is not the subject of our video. Because U-House is making such high profile
[0:15:05 - 0:15:11] ▶
claims and disclosing through Grier, he must be riddled with red flags, no? Guys, I have to do this
[0:15:11 - 0:15:18] ▶
myself too, but let's start removing whistleblowers from the stain of Grier and everything he touches.
[0:15:18 - 0:15:24] ▶
While Grier himself is ecotistical, money-driven and very problematic, he has
[0:15:25 - 0:15:30] ▶
platforms numerous incredible individuals to tell their tales, including Wagon, U-House, Herrera,
[0:15:30 - 0:15:36] ▶
Bushman, etc. One common thing you will learn from the men with incredible stories, they only
[0:15:36 - 0:15:42] ▶
disclosed through Grier because they knew no other route, and many, like Herrera, have regretted
[0:15:42 - 0:15:48] ▶
through Grier. Anyways, U-House worked on a flight sim based off the 53 crash disc. These claims
[0:15:49 - 0:15:55] ▶
are far too crazy to be taken seriously when we cannot verify Amant's credentials, who discloses
[0:15:55 - 0:16:00] ▶
through Grier similar to Don Phillips. Thanks again to the investigation done by Richard Geltrich
[0:16:00 - 0:16:05] ▶
Jr., U-House's storied history in the Marine Corps can be indeed verified. Remember, U-House claims
[0:16:05 - 0:16:12] ▶
14 years in USMC services, 10 years in the Corps and 4 years working with USAP and private
[0:16:12 - 0:16:18] ▶
industry on experimental testing. In this clipping from March 3rd, 1949, we can see proof of William
[0:16:18 - 0:16:24] ▶
G. U-House's reenlistment with the Corps after previous USMC service, and again on the 30th of March
[0:16:24 - 0:16:30] ▶
1953. We can see in the evening times a newspaper article on U-House, this article confirms
[0:16:30 - 0:16:36] ▶
eight years in USMC service and tours in Korea for U-House and importantly shows Bill's
[0:16:36 - 0:16:42] ▶
demonstrating capabilities of the second engineer's battalion. Bill's role in the second engineer's
[0:16:42 - 0:16:48] ▶
battalion was also confirmed in the service company report. And lastly with U-House, it's just
[0:16:48 - 0:16:54] ▶
kind of important to note in this how and why article, its stated U-House was invited by a man
[0:16:54 - 0:16:59] ▶
from Link Aviation, a simulator manufacturer company, to aid in the building of the F-102
[0:16:59 - 0:17:06] ▶
simulator, B-47 simulator, and later on the flying disc simulator based off the KINGMAN crash.
[0:17:06 - 0:17:12] ▶
And quickly, I just want to cover some additional witnesses to this case who vary wildly in
[0:17:12 - 0:17:21] ▶
believability and credibility. In 1997, Leonard Stringfield, a respected UFO researcher,
[0:17:21 - 0:17:28] ▶
was approached by a pilot after a lecture at the Lunkin Airport in Cincinnati, Ohio.
[0:17:28 - 0:17:32] ▶
The pilot claimed to have been present at the crash site in 1953 and gave a recount of the
[0:17:33 - 0:17:38] ▶
biologics recovered that was very similar to Stansel, around four feet tall, large eyes,
[0:17:38 - 0:17:43] ▶
brown skin on face, and silvery metallic suits. And in 1994, another man co-named JLD,
[0:17:43 - 0:17:51] ▶
approached Stringfield, making similar claims about the crash but died shortly after.
[0:17:51 - 0:17:55] ▶
The glaring red flag of these unnamed and unaccredited sources came from one Judy Woolcott,
[0:17:56 - 0:18:02] ▶
who claimed to UFO researcher Don Schmidt, her husband, a Vietnam conflict officer,
[0:18:02 - 0:18:07] ▶
wrote to her saying he had been present at a UFO crash retrieval in KINGMAN, Arizona,
[0:18:07 - 0:18:13] ▶
where biologics had been recovered. Woolcott claimed her husband, unfortunately, was killed by
[0:18:13 - 0:18:18] ▶
NVA in the war. Woolcott was ousted by author Nick Redford, who discovered that her events
[0:18:18 - 0:18:24] ▶
absolutely did not add up. Her husband had not died in Vietnam and her own daughter stated
[0:18:24 - 0:18:30] ▶
Judy often lied and made up stories. Whether this was an attempt at acclaimed a fame or
[0:18:30 - 0:18:35] ▶
purposeful disinformation, we do not know, however, her case and testimony and the falsity of it
[0:18:35 - 0:18:42] ▶
is worth mentioning. What's going on guys, I hope everybody enjoyed this look into the KINGMAN
[0:18:42 - 0:18:48] ▶
Arizona UFO crash. This case is of course severely overshadowed by its older brother at the 1947
[0:18:48 - 0:18:54] ▶
Roswell crash, so little attention is paid to this case. I think it's incredibly interesting,
[0:18:54 - 0:19:00] ▶
where things get hairy for me like most cases because I do tend to focus on nuts and bolts with
[0:19:00 - 0:19:04] ▶
my videos is the biologics. The four foot tall humanoid looking creatures with brown
[0:19:04 - 0:19:13] ▶
faces and silvery metallic suits, it gets strange. One theory I've heard to debunk this case,
[0:19:14 - 0:19:20] ▶
which is very strange for me, is Yusaf secretly testing aircraft and biologic effects when flying
[0:19:20 - 0:19:26] ▶
through nuclear clouds, so aircraft were remote controlled and chimpanzees were put in suits and
[0:19:26 - 0:19:33] ▶
crashed and killed. This of course doesn't explain the craft resistance to defamation at 1200
[0:19:33 - 0:19:39] ▶
miles per hour as Stancell said, but that's one of the funny debunks I've come to see. What do you
[0:19:39 - 0:19:45] ▶
guys think about the KINGMAN crash? If you're from Arizona and from the area and there's some more
[0:19:45 - 0:19:51] ▶
