A first-hand UFO witness known only as US Navy X and featured in James Fox's new documentary,

Statement on the release of the program and the need for UAP and NHI non-human intelligence

transparency. Over the course of a normal human life, the possibility of simultaneously doing
[0:00:27 - 0:00:33] ▶
the right thing and abd-vocating for transparency on the most monumental issue facing humanity is
[0:00:33 - 0:00:40] ▶
rare. Rare still is the chance of doing so alongside someone who has made it his life's work to
[0:00:40 - 0:00:47] ▶
push for the truth via those intricately connected to that reality. It has been one of the greatest
[0:00:47 - 0:00:56] ▶
honors of my life to work with James Fox and appear in the program to help him accomplish
[0:00:56 - 0:01:01] ▶
his mission of letting people know that truth that humanity is not alone. To that end,
[0:01:01 - 0:01:08] ▶
I am releasing this statement upon the release of the documentary to clarify important matters
[0:01:08 - 0:01:13] ▶
and call for UAP transparency from the United States government. All the points I make below
[0:01:13 - 0:01:20] ▶
are demonstratably true and I have and I have been in a position either to know or validate these
[0:01:20 - 0:01:27] ▶
facts both in and out of uniform. One, undenivided anomalous phenomenon or UAP are real. While some may be
[0:01:27 - 0:01:37] ▶
prosaic and origin, the United States government also has proof of UAP that can only resolve
[0:01:37 - 0:01:43] ▶
in assessments to craft and devices of non-human intelligence, NHI origin. We do have the evidence
[0:01:44 - 0:01:51] ▶
and contrary to some statements, it is verifiable. Two, the United States government, specifically
[0:01:51 - 0:01:59] ▶
the Department of Defense and the intelligence community, has high definition footage of these
[0:01:59 - 0:02:04] ▶
NHI craft performing flight and trans-medium operations that defy the normal physics associated
[0:02:04 - 0:02:11] ▶
with human manufactured craft. I have seen such high definition footage with my own eyes,
[0:02:11 - 0:02:18] ▶
numerous briefings, pictures and videos remain classified, demonstrating those UAP of non-human
[0:02:18 - 0:02:24] ▶
origin and are subsequently kept from the public and from science. That is both abhorrent and immoral.
[0:02:24 - 0:02:32] ▶
Such footage includes examples of NHI craft as well as trans-medium orbs,
[0:02:33 - 0:02:38] ▶
some of which have been filmed not only in HD but in full color in broad daylight.
[0:02:39 - 0:02:44] ▶
One such video, including those parameters, features an orb coming out of the water in the northern
[0:02:45 - 0:02:51] ▶
Persian Gulf and flying antigrividically before being joined by another such orb coming out of
[0:02:51 - 0:02:58] ▶
nowhere and then flying off while the first orb continued to be trapped. Both orbs had a white
[0:02:58 - 0:03:05] ▶
shimmering plasma like appearance with no sound, wings, rotors or any other such features of human
[0:03:05 - 0:03:11] ▶
made propulsion. Other footage features remarkably close and erratic movements alongside our national
[0:03:11 - 0:03:18] ▶
assets. In one such instance, related to me by a reputable highly cleared member of the intelligence
[0:03:18 - 0:03:24] ▶
community, an aggressive orb forced a drone operator to take evasive action and match its descent
[0:03:24 - 0:03:32] ▶
and speed every step of the way on the drones right wing before eventually zipping off.
[0:03:32 - 0:03:38] ▶
This was recorded in 4K resolution or better. Congress should demand that such footage be shown
[0:03:38 - 0:03:44] ▶
to them in hearings as well as released for the public record. Close approaches of Russian
[0:03:44 - 0:03:50] ▶
and Chinese aircraft and US aircraft are often released the next day, but these very revealing
[0:03:50 - 0:03:57] ▶
video files continue to be suppressed. Members of Congress and some presidents have been lied to about
[0:03:57 - 0:04:05] ▶
these evidentiary materials and the very nature of our place in the universe for decades.
[0:04:05 - 0:04:11] ▶
They have been treated as temporary employees without a need to know when in fact they are
[0:04:11 - 0:04:17] ▶
elected officials responsible for the oversight and leadership of the United States.
[0:04:17 - 0:04:22] ▶
Additionally, whistleblowers have been threatened, some with threats of arrests or harm to themselves
[0:04:23 - 0:04:29] ▶
or family members. Many want to come forward in some have, while others remain afraid for themselves
[0:04:29 - 0:04:36] ▶
and those close to them. This must be rectified by Congress in a more transparent and supportive
[0:04:36 - 0:04:42] ▶
executive branch for. Congress must now do its part and hold substantive hearings with those involved
[0:04:42 - 0:04:51] ▶
in the DOD, IC, Executive Branch and Aerospace companies to hold those responsible for this
[0:04:51 - 0:04:57] ▶
concealment effort to account. While the aims of the greatest generation may have been done in earnest
[0:04:57 - 0:05:03] ▶
many decades ago, the time has come for our elected leaders and the public to know the truth about
[0:05:03 - 0:05:10] ▶
NHI, their activities on this planet and any other related matter that can be revealed. Doing so
[0:05:10 - 0:05:18] ▶
will not harm national security. On the contrary, it will strengthen it. Not doing so will only
[0:05:18 - 0:05:26] ▶
increase the chances of strategic surprise from nation state adversaries or the NHI themselves
[0:05:26 - 0:05:32] ▶
and will harm vital U.S. interests as a result. The United States must lead the way.
[0:05:33 - 0:05:39] ▶
5. Leadership in Congress should support the creation of a select committee on UAP NHI disclosure
[0:05:40 - 0:05:48] ▶
with subpoena powers and tandem with serious declassification efforts from the executive branch.
[0:05:48 - 0:05:54] ▶
It is time. This will be my only statement and I will not appear in interviews or podcasts as
[0:05:54 - 0:06:01] ▶
overall disclosure is more important. But I want people to know that I remain steadfast in my support
[0:06:01 - 0:06:07] ▶
for NHI disclosure behind the scenes. It has truly been an honor and a privilege to network and
[0:06:07 - 0:06:15] ▶
speak with disclosure proponents, witnesses, congressional staffers and others dedicated to revealing
[0:06:15 - 0:06:22] ▶
the greatest development in human history. We are not alone in the cosmos nor are we alone on this
[0:06:22 - 0:06:29] ▶
planet. The process of making this truth available to the public continues U.S. Navy X.
[0:06:29 - 0:06:37] ▶
So just as James Fox explained in my podcast on the 12th and on the day the program goes live,
[0:06:45 - 0:06:55] ▶
the UFO Navy X, the first hand witness that was in his film would release a statement. That statement
[0:06:55 - 0:07:06] ▶
was released and I read it to you. Let's go over the statement a little bit. I'm going to cover some
[0:07:06 - 0:07:11] ▶
key points. U.S. Navy X wrote, we do have the evidence in contrary to some statements. It is
[0:07:11 - 0:07:20] ▶
verifiable. And then that's interesting because that has been one of the things that I think
[0:07:20 - 0:07:27] ▶
various people have said over the years, whether it's been people that were interviewed like
[0:07:28 - 0:07:34] ▶
Scott Breyer, Ronald Mulchery, or whether it's been people like
[0:07:34 - 0:07:37] ▶
Kirkpatrick or even the current head of Arrow, John Kislovsky, there is no verifiable
[0:07:39 - 0:07:47] ▶
evidence of NHI, but U.S. Navy X is very clear. We do have the evidence. It's verifiable. Another
[0:07:48 - 0:07:56] ▶
thing he stated in the statement is the United States government specifically to the Department of
[0:07:56 - 0:08:02] ▶
Defense and the intelligence community has high definition footage of these NHI craft performing
[0:08:02 - 0:08:07] ▶
flight and transmittium operations that defy the normal physics associated with human manufactured
[0:08:07 - 0:08:13] ▶
craft. I have seen such high definition footage with my own eyes, numerous briefings, pictures,
[0:08:13 - 0:08:18] ▶
and videos remain classified demonstrating those AP of non-human origin on our subsequently
[0:08:18 - 0:08:24] ▶
kept from the public and from science. That is both abhorrent and immoral. He's read about that.
[0:08:24 - 0:08:29] ▶
If indeed he's telling the truth, he's right that keeping this away from 8 billion human beings
[0:08:30 - 0:08:37] ▶
is abhorrent and immoral because we're essentially living in the matrix. If this is true,
[0:08:37 - 0:08:44] ▶
isn't that fair to say that we're essentially living in the matrix if something this earth
[0:08:44 - 0:08:51] ▶
shattering and paradigm shifting is being kept from us that would change almost everything we see.
[0:08:51 - 0:08:58] ▶
Shift how almost everything we see, philosophy, religion, spirituality, science,
[0:08:59 - 0:09:05] ▶
sociology, and more. That would be abhorrent in immoral. I remember from the film, the program,
[0:09:08 - 0:09:18] ▶
where I think he said, I don't know if this is the only place he saw this footage in imagery,
[0:09:19 - 0:09:27] ▶
but at least some of it he saw on J. Wicks and Cipernet, which are secure networks that are
[0:09:27 - 0:09:37] ▶
cut off from the internet that the intelligence community can have access to.
[0:09:37 - 0:09:42] ▶
So a hacker like Gary McKennan, I think his name is, would not be able to access it
[0:09:43 - 0:09:50] ▶
through a computer because it's closed off. Another quote from his statement is, and I quote,
[0:09:50 - 0:09:58] ▶
members of Congress and some presidents have been lied to about these evidentiary materials
[0:09:58 - 0:10:02] ▶
in the very nature of our place in the universe for decades. They have been treated as temporary
[0:10:02 - 0:10:07] ▶
employees without a need to know when in fact they are elected officials responsible for the oversight
[0:10:07 - 0:10:13] ▶
and leadership of the United States. Well, you know, one thing that a journalist in James
[0:10:13 - 0:10:20] ▶
Fox's film, the program said, a Brian Bender to be specific who was a journalist for Politico,
[0:10:20 - 0:10:28] ▶
I think he works for another company now, but he said it's like there's a government within
[0:10:29 - 0:10:35] ▶
the government. So you have the United States government, right, which is democracy,
[0:10:35 - 0:10:39] ▶
but then you have people who are in control of UFO secrecy and they don't play by the rules
[0:10:40 - 0:10:46] ▶
and they do whatever they want to do without any oversight. And that's why he said it's like a
[0:10:46 - 0:10:51] ▶
government within a government. They lie to Congress, they lie to presidents, they lie to the public,
[0:10:51 - 0:10:59] ▶
the taxpayers, their countrymen and and and so that goes back to what the witness said that
[0:10:59 - 0:11:11] ▶
it's abhorrent and immoral. Here's another quote from his statement and I quote, Congress must
[0:11:11 - 0:11:16] ▶
now do its part and hold substantive hearings with those involved in the DOD, I see executive
[0:11:16 - 0:11:23] ▶
branch and aerospace companies to hold those responsible for this concealment effort to account.
[0:11:23 - 0:11:27] ▶
Well, the aims of the greatest generation may have been done and earned as many decades ago,
[0:11:27 - 0:11:31] ▶
the time has come for our elected leaders and the public to know the truth about NHI,
[0:11:31 - 0:11:35] ▶
their activities on this planet and any other related matter that can be revealed. Well,
[0:11:36 - 0:11:41] ▶
we are in for some exciting times. From now until 2025 and then all of 2025 should be extremely
[0:11:41 - 0:11:52] ▶
exciting. We have a new president coming into office, president Trump. I don't get political
[0:11:52 - 0:12:01] ▶
on my channel. However, I do reserve the right to speak about any political leader and how it relates
[0:12:01 - 0:12:10] ▶
to the UFO issue. Now, interesting, very interesting. President Trump was, did a, I guess it was like
[0:12:10 - 0:12:20] ▶
a press briefing and he's made some really extraordinary claims and I emphasize claims because
[0:12:20 - 0:12:29] ▶
I don't know if they're true. But this is what he said today. He said, the government knows what's
[0:12:29 - 0:12:36] ▶
happening. Our militarily knows knows where they're taking off from or took off from referring to
[0:12:36 - 0:12:41] ▶
the drones. He said, the government knows where they come from and where they went. And for some reason,
[0:12:41 - 0:12:50] ▶
the government doesn't want to comment. He goes on to say that our military and president knows
[0:12:50 - 0:12:57] ▶
and that the government wants to keep people in suspense for some reason. Then he goes on to say,
[0:12:58 - 0:13:04] ▶
I can't imagine it's the enemy as if it was the enemy they would blast to them. And within
[0:13:04 - 0:13:12] ▶
his presentation, if you will, he said that something really strange is going on. Almost as if you
[0:13:12 - 0:13:19] ▶
suggesting that it's not an adversary, but it might not be of human origin either. He didn't say
[0:13:19 - 0:13:28] ▶
that explicitly unless it could be like some kind of private hostile actor. But then again, if it
[0:13:28 - 0:13:35] ▶
was a private hostile actor, wouldn't Trump have just said, we can blast them too. So it does seem
[0:13:35 - 0:13:41] ▶
that Trump might be suggesting that this is truly anomalous, at least some of these drones.
[0:13:41 - 0:13:45] ▶
It was a really weird segment. I saw it on the Forbes YouTube channel.
[0:13:46 - 0:13:53] ▶
There's always the possibility that he wants to make the Biden administration look bad and he's
[0:13:54 - 0:14:01] ▶
not being completely honest. I really don't know and I make no claims. However, somehow said that
[0:14:01 - 0:14:08] ▶
these statements by Trump are an indication that when he gets into office, he will be very transparent
[0:14:08 - 0:14:18] ▶
about UFOs and he will facilitate UFO disclosure. On the other hand, one of the journalists asked Trump
[0:14:18 - 0:14:26] ▶
and said, were you briefed on the drones? And he said, I don't want to get into that. So there might
[0:14:27 - 0:14:33] ▶
be some slight mixed messaging. It's like, if you're saying that Biden knows where these drones come
[0:14:33 - 0:14:39] ▶
from, the military knows, but they don't want to tell the people, well, if you know, why don't you
[0:14:39 - 0:14:45] ▶
tell the people you had the opportunity then? I don't have a good answer. And when it comes to
[0:14:45 - 0:14:52] ▶
political people, I'm just going to try to be as objective as I can and state laser focused on
[0:14:52 - 0:14:57] ▶
UFOs because this is not a political channel. Let's cover one more portion of his written statement.

US Navy X wrote in his statement and I quote, leadership in Congress should support the creation
[0:15:04 - 0:15:11] ▶
of a select committee on UAP NHI disclosure with subpoena power powers and tandem with serious
[0:15:11 - 0:15:18] ▶
declassification efforts from the executive branch. It is time. So I know that representative
[0:15:18 - 0:15:24] ▶
Tim Burchette of Tennessee has spoken a lot about the select committee on UAP NHI so that they
[0:15:24 - 0:15:31] ▶
could subpoena people and force them to spill the beans or there'd be repercussions, legal repercussions.
[0:15:31 - 0:15:39] ▶
And then of course declassification efforts have been discussed in the UAP disclosure act that
[0:15:40 - 0:15:46] ▶
I think was instituted in 2023. Some of it got passed into law. Some of it didn't. The UAP review
[0:15:46 - 0:15:55] ▶
board did not get passed into law and that was a board consisting of various experts to determine
[0:15:55 - 0:16:05] ▶
what should be declassified on UAP and then the president would have the final say all of that
[0:16:05 - 0:16:11] ▶
very important. I will say that US Navy X's statement is really interesting and I think it's
[0:16:11 - 0:16:23] ▶
a sign of the times. I think things are only going to get more interesting and this is just the
[0:16:23 - 0:16:27] ▶
