Is there actually a undisclosed division where your job is to gaslight and confuse people?
[0:00:00 - 0:00:07] ▶
Or is it, or is it everyone's job to gaslight and distract?
[0:00:07 - 0:00:13] ▶
Because, you know, like the opposite of a marketing, you know, like the propaganda
[0:00:13 - 0:00:18] ▶
that was written, the opposite of marketing, which is you're marketing a lie to confuse
[0:00:18 - 0:00:22] ▶
the American people so they're looking here versus here.
[0:00:22 - 0:00:25] ▶
You're saying there's a division of people that do that intentionally?
[0:00:25 - 0:00:27] ▶
Yes, it's a whole, counterintelligence, cyclological warfare operations at a CIA and other agencies.
[0:00:27 - 0:00:35] ▶
And that's what they do.
[0:00:35 - 0:00:37] ▶
And, you know, I've known some of these players since the 19 early 90s.
[0:00:37 - 0:00:41] ▶
You know, one of them that had been involved back in those days was a headman head of Special Forces
[0:00:43 - 0:00:48] ▶
in Army Intelligence named General Albert Stubblebine.
[0:00:48 - 0:00:51] ▶
And he offered me personally in May of 1992 $2 billion if I would join his team and not do what I've been doing.
[0:00:52 - 0:01:02] ▶
And, you know, I was a young, I was in my 30s and as a young doctor I thought,
[0:01:02 - 0:01:06] ▶
well, it was $2 billion.
[0:01:06 - 0:01:07] ▶
Yes. You know how hard that is to believe?
[0:01:07 - 0:01:09] ▶
Pementor, lie detector, ask my wife,
[0:01:11 - 0:01:12] ▶
I don't remember where I'm in our 46th anniversary this year.
[0:01:13 - 0:01:16] ▶
That's what happened and he approached her.
[0:01:16 - 0:01:18] ▶
But you have to understand the money involved.
[0:01:18 - 0:01:20] ▶
Why is this so secret?
[0:01:20 - 0:01:22] ▶
It either exists or it doesn't exist.
[0:01:22 - 0:01:24] ▶
How could it be kept so secret?
[0:01:26 - 0:01:28] ▶
And this is a long discussion to get into of what the modus operandi is of counterintelligence on this.
[0:01:28 - 0:01:34] ▶
But, you know, it's through bribery, blackmail, threats, wet works, targeted killings, assassinations.
[0:01:35 - 0:01:43] ▶
You know why $2 billion is hard to believe?
[0:01:43 - 0:01:44] ▶
Because the only reason he would have gone to $2 billion is because you kept saying no to $50 million,
[0:01:45 - 0:01:50] ▶
$10 million, $200 million, and it eventually goes to $2 billion.
[0:01:50 - 0:01:53] ▶
No, because they have, they knew, okay, let's cut to something that's very controversial.
[0:01:53 - 0:01:58] ▶
Now this is what's starting to come out through these black sites where they have operators
[0:01:59 - 0:02:05] ▶
that target the non-human craft.
[0:02:06 - 0:02:09] ▶
So if you go back to 1991, I published a paper called The Comprehensive Assessment of the UFO
[0:02:10 - 0:02:18] ▶
Slash ETI Subject, Exitressment Intelligence Subject.
[0:02:19 - 0:02:22] ▶
And when I'll through the intelligence community and the aerospace community, and part of in that paper
[0:02:22 - 0:02:28] ▶
was a description of the technologies that are non-human, where they interface with very advanced
[0:02:29 - 0:02:36] ▶
electromagnetic fields for communication with thought.
[0:02:37 - 0:02:42] ▶
It's sort of like what Elon Musk is trying to do with neural link,
[0:02:42 - 0:02:46] ▶
but without the speed of light, where there's a direct interface between the conscious field
[0:02:46 - 0:02:52] ▶
and thought and a machine.
[0:02:52 - 0:02:53] ▶
That is how non-human civilizations can communicate across the vastness of space time
[0:02:54 - 0:03:01] ▶
and is done through a transdimensional electronic system.
[0:03:01 - 0:03:04] ▶
So I knew this in 1973 after I had a very close encounter with these civilizations.
[0:03:04 - 0:03:14] ▶
When I wrote this paper, I described it in two directions, TAC and CAT.
[0:03:16 - 0:03:21] ▶
So technology-assisted consciousness, where you have a technology like the headset you're wearing.
[0:03:21 - 0:03:26] ▶
That would augment your own consciousness abilities.
[0:03:27 - 0:03:29] ▶
Everyone's heard of those CI-remote viewing programs and things like this,
[0:03:30 - 0:03:33] ▶
where they were using people like Ingos Juan to see with consciousness,
[0:03:33 - 0:03:38] ▶
like psychic spine, psionic.
[0:03:38 - 0:03:40] ▶
And a lot of people laughed at that and I said, no, it's a legit science and it was done for 30 years
[0:03:40 - 0:03:45] ▶
at the CIA with a team of people. I know quite a few of them.
[0:03:45 - 0:03:49] ▶
Now, imagine having technology that augments that capability.
[0:03:49 - 0:03:53] ▶
Then imagine that there's the other way around, where your own consciousness can augment a technology.
[0:03:55 - 0:04:04] ▶
So it flows both direction from technology to mind and back.
[0:04:04 - 0:04:07] ▶
Now, the science of consciousness is very controversial, but people like Dr. John at Princeton
[0:04:09 - 0:04:14] ▶
started the Princeton Engineering anomalies research group, the peer lab.
[0:04:14 - 0:04:19] ▶
And they were able to prove using quantum machines, random number generators.
[0:04:19 - 0:04:25] ▶
That people could just sit and put their awareness on this type of machine.
[0:04:25 - 0:04:29] ▶
And it would shift the curve of where it was spitting out zeroes or one.
[0:04:29 - 0:04:34] ▶
It was just a digital machine, right?
[0:04:34 - 0:04:36] ▶
Spitting out, raising random number generators, what it's called.
[0:04:37 - 0:04:40] ▶
And they were able to prove to a scientific certainty that that's true,
[0:04:40 - 0:04:44] ▶
that there's field consciousness.
[0:04:44 - 0:04:46] ▶
Now, we're taught in science and I'm speaking now as a doctor,
[0:04:46 - 0:04:49] ▶
that it's all locked in our skull and our brain.
[0:04:50 - 0:04:53] ▶
But there's something that is beyond that, that is consciousness.
[0:04:53 - 0:04:57] ▶
And some people say, oh, it's spirit.
[0:04:58 - 0:05:00] ▶
Well, you can call it whatever you want.
[0:05:00 - 0:05:01] ▶
But it's the consciousness field and it can be scientifically accessed.
[0:05:02 - 0:05:06] ▶
So what they decided in the, when this was discovered in the 40s and 50s,
[0:05:06 - 0:05:12] ▶
was to figure out how that could be used for communications and also tracking of the NHI,
[0:05:12 - 0:05:20] ▶
non-human intelligence craft or ET craft.
[0:05:20 - 0:05:22] ▶
So I had developed my own techniques for doing that.
[0:05:24 - 0:05:28] ▶
If you look, we have an app called CE5 Contact that teaches this and a lot of people go,
[0:05:28 - 0:05:33] ▶
that's pretty far out stuff.
[0:05:33 - 0:05:34] ▶
I said, well, what do you think you're dealing with?
[0:05:34 - 0:05:36] ▶
You're dealing with mob bill when you're dealing with an interstellar civilization that's
[0:05:36 - 0:05:39] ▶
100,000 or a million years more advanced than we are.
[0:05:40 - 0:05:42] ▶
So I think that, you know, one of the big problems is the gap between current science
[0:05:43 - 0:05:48] ▶
and technology and what's known in classified programs dealing with this.
[0:05:48 - 0:05:52] ▶
So the head of Army Intelligence knew I understood all this.
[0:05:52 - 0:05:55] ▶
And I guess they had had people see what we were doing and that we had successfully made contact
[0:05:56 - 0:06:02] ▶
with these objects. Famously, the first one that was publicly known and published was in Pensacolo,
[0:06:02 - 0:06:07] ▶
where we had 60 people out and we were using this technology to make contact and then
[0:06:07 - 0:06:13] ▶
four of these craft popped into the sky.
[0:06:13 - 0:06:15] ▶
One of them ended up on the front page of the Pensacola paper.
[0:06:15 - 0:06:18] ▶
So it was then that these guys surfaced, General Stubble Buying some other people.
[0:06:18 - 0:06:23] ▶
So I think the value, I don't think I'm important in this at all.
[0:06:24 - 0:06:29] ▶
I think I'm still stuck on two billion because to me, you know, like...
[0:06:29 - 0:06:33] ▶
Oh, that's nothing to these guys.
[0:06:33 - 0:06:34] ▶
Well, but no, hear me out.
[0:06:34 - 0:06:35] ▶
Rob, can you pull up the Stubble Buying Fellow, if you don't mind.
[0:06:35 - 0:06:41] ▶
Fun fact about this guy, he was born on February 6th and he died on February 6th.
[0:06:42 - 0:06:47] ▶
And Ronald Reagan was born on February 6th.
[0:06:47 - 0:06:49] ▶
If you can go up to...
[0:06:49 - 0:06:50] ▶
Okay, so here's the...
[0:06:50 - 0:06:52] ▶
This is the person that offered you two billion dollars.
[0:06:52 - 0:06:54] ▶
So US Army General, who active, do the...
[0:06:54 - 0:06:57] ▶
Spent 32 years beginning an Army officer later on,
[0:06:57 - 0:07:00] ▶
tells us the credit redesigning your son-in-law,
[0:07:00 - 0:07:02] ▶
okay, of all the clubs already became widely known that he maintained a keen interest in psychic warfare
[0:07:02 - 0:07:09] ▶
throughout his career.
[0:07:09 - 0:07:10] ▶
He sought to develop an army of soldiers with special powers such as the ability to walk through walls.
[0:07:10 - 0:07:16] ▶
So US military academy 1951, Columbia University, so he's an educated guy.
[0:07:18 - 0:07:24] ▶
Go a little bit lower.
[0:07:24 - 0:07:25] ▶
Army officer, military intelligence, got it.
[0:07:26 - 0:07:28] ▶
A war's distinguished service metal Legion of Maritura and Braunstarr Air Metal,
[0:07:32 - 0:07:37] ▶
respect, Cold War, Vietnam War, invasion of Grenade.
[0:07:37 - 0:07:40] ▶
Okay, so this is qualified as it gets.
[0:07:40 - 0:07:43] ▶
A key sponsor of Stargate Project.
[0:07:43 - 0:07:44] ▶
Maryland, someone who was convinced of the reality of wide variety of psychic phenomena.
[0:07:45 - 0:07:51] ▶
Keep going lower, Rob.
[0:07:54 - 0:07:55] ▶
His interest at the bottom, he was interested in UFOs and Parapsychology.
[0:07:55 - 0:08:02] ▶
Parapsychology was a member of Oathkeeper,
[0:08:02 - 0:08:04] ▶
as he and his wife, Rima, were active in Patriot movement and appeared together guests on Alex Jones' show.
[0:08:04 - 0:08:10] ▶
And he established a nonprofit organization called Natural Solutions,
[0:08:10 - 0:08:13] ▶
which disseminated conspiracy theories about vaccinations for pharmaceutical companies and
[0:08:14 - 0:08:18] ▶
genetically modified foods.
[0:08:18 - 0:08:19] ▶
9-11, he claimed the airplane did not crash into the Pentagon.
[0:08:21 - 0:08:25] ▶
Believe that, and airplane did not crash in Pentagon,
[0:08:26 - 0:08:28] ▶
September 11th, he said he did not know what did.
[0:08:28 - 0:08:31] ▶
Okay, and then on the bottom, the swine flu, he believed, was a genetically engineered virus
[0:08:32 - 0:08:38] ▶
that is part of a World Health Organization scheme to sterilize, untold,
[0:08:38 - 0:08:43] ▶
number of people. So he offered you $2 billion.
[0:08:43 - 0:08:46] ▶
So, well, he was representing a group that had that access.
[0:08:46 - 0:08:50] ▶
So you were 30 years old, they wanted to give you $2 billion.
[0:08:50 - 0:08:53] ▶
No, in 92, I would have been 36 years old.
[0:08:54 - 0:08:58] ▶
So when he offered, so you know why that's tough?
[0:08:58 - 0:09:00] ▶
You've ever seen a movie, horrible bosses, where they say, hey, we're trying to kill our bosses.
[0:09:00 - 0:09:05] ▶
And he says, you got to go talk to mother, fucking Jones.
[0:09:05 - 0:09:07] ▶
And they go and the guy they're negotiating with, this is a one to take out our bosses, $50,000.
[0:09:08 - 0:09:12] ▶
And then he says, 500 bucks, I'll do it, you know, and they kind of go to the bottom.
[0:09:13 - 0:09:17] ▶
I'm like, for a person to go from zero to will give you $2 billion for this, it's
[0:09:17 - 0:09:22] ▶
truly the word is unbelievable because somebody would offer a hundred grand, 500 grand.
[0:09:22 - 0:09:28] ▶
Well, they knew it, none of that amount would have mattered.
[0:09:28 - 0:09:30] ▶
They thought if it was large enough and had real power behind it, because they had money
[0:09:31 - 0:09:35] ▶
from the collapse of the Soviet Union out of Eastern Europe that they had confiscated through
[0:09:35 - 0:09:39] ▶
these black programs and rather criminal tentacles that they were operating.
[0:09:39 - 0:09:44] ▶
You know, later he left all that behind.
[0:09:44 - 0:09:45] ▶
So I'm talking early 90s here, not what he did in the 2000s.
[0:09:45 - 0:09:50] ▶
But they had the ability to do that.
[0:09:50 - 0:09:54] ▶
And I think they thought I would be more trouble than they wanted to risk.
[0:09:54 - 0:09:58] ▶
And I think they really wanted to get people involved in their projects
[0:09:58 - 0:10:01] ▶
that they could control because money controls people.
[0:10:02 - 0:10:05] ▶
And that's why I've always rejected offers of money or position or power, and due to this day.
[0:10:05 - 0:10:10] ▶
But that's not often done.
[0:10:11 - 0:10:12] ▶
And I guess they had a reading on who I was as a soldier or a person
[0:10:12 - 0:10:16] ▶
that it would have to be a big number to move me in.
[0:10:17 - 0:10:19] ▶
Although I must say when he went behind my back to my wife, my wife thought he was so nice.
[0:10:20 - 0:10:24] ▶
And I say, you know, double, speak with Fort Tongue, you know, because of my grandmother's
[0:10:24 - 0:10:28] ▶
Cherokee. But, uh, I would say you try to charm your wife.
[0:10:28 - 0:10:32] ▶
And what did he say that maybe your wife came to you and said, baby, you should consider this?
[0:10:33 - 0:10:36] ▶
Well, he just is a lot of flattery.
[0:10:37 - 0:10:39] ▶
The usual things, a con artist, people like that do.
[0:10:39 - 0:10:42] ▶
So you would call him a con man.
[0:10:42 - 0:10:44] ▶
Well, I'm this certainly.
[0:10:45 - 0:10:46] ▶
I mean, but he was an operator.
[0:10:46 - 0:10:48] ▶
He was someone who was operating with a number of other people who are still around today, some of them.
[0:10:48 - 0:10:53] ▶
Working that issue, trying to divert people who could be a little bit too much trouble.
[0:10:55 - 0:11:01] ▶
You know, as Gordon Croyton said, you know, who used to publish
[0:11:01 - 0:11:05] ▶
flying saucer review, you know, the Prince Philip and Prince Charles we get.
[0:11:05 - 0:11:10] ▶
He, you know, he told me when we interviewed him at his cottage in England, he says,
[0:11:11 - 0:11:16] ▶
people who are a little too much trouble, we just can't erase them, you know, and get rid of them.
[0:11:16 - 0:11:21] ▶
Yeah, because when you say two billion, it's a lot easier to get rid of you than pay you two billion.
[0:11:21 - 0:11:26] ▶
If they have, if a person has enough power to approve a two billion dollar bribe,
[0:11:27 - 0:11:32] ▶
that person also has the same amount of enough power to also eliminate you.
[0:11:33 - 0:11:36] ▶
So why waste two billion?
[0:11:37 - 0:11:38] ▶
Well, those attempts happened after that.
[0:11:38 - 0:11:40] ▶
But anyway, I don't want to get too much into that part of the person.
[0:11:40 - 0:11:45] ▶
My personal story is not, it's a tragic story, actually.
[0:11:45 - 0:11:49] ▶
But so it's no point rehashing 30 years of that.
[0:11:50 - 0:11:54] ▶
I think more important issue is who has access to that kind of black money?
[0:11:55 - 0:12:00] ▶
And what will they do to keep it secret?
[0:12:01 - 0:12:04] ▶
That's the only reason I brought this up.
[0:12:04 - 0:12:05] ▶
So everyone thinks, oh well, it's a $50,000 bribe.
[0:12:06 - 0:12:09] ▶
You know, the amount of assets that they, this organization, it's a transnational,
[0:12:09 - 0:12:14] ▶
criminal organization, it's such a US, it's global.
[0:12:15 - 0:12:18] ▶
And they're a long game, which is, I think about to happen.
[0:12:18 - 0:12:23] ▶
I'll just say, I'm going to give you a preview.
[0:12:23 - 0:12:25] ▶
There's two ways this comes out.
[0:12:25 - 0:12:27] ▶
It comes out truthfully, and it's quite clear that these non-human
[0:12:27 - 0:12:33] ▶
intelligences and crafter, not hostile.
[0:12:33 - 0:12:35] ▶
If they were hostile with the technologies that they have, we'd be gone.
[0:12:35 - 0:12:39] ▶
We would have been gone in August of 1945 when we detonated the first atomic bomb.
[0:12:39 - 0:12:44] ▶
However, they have spent a lot of money and time over the last 70 years staging,
[0:12:45 - 0:12:51] ▶
you know, false alien threats.
[0:12:51 - 0:12:55] ▶
So let me start ticking these off for you.
[0:12:55 - 0:12:57] ▶
The Abduction Syndrome, totally a staged CIA and other corporate event.
[0:12:57 - 0:13:05] ▶
One of them in that we have, who come forward recently,
[0:13:05 - 0:13:09] ▶
was abducted by a Raytheon triangular craft.
[0:13:09 - 0:13:12] ▶
He and his wife and suffered terrible injuries back in 2000, 2001.
[0:13:12 - 0:13:17] ▶
So that is not in dispute.
[0:13:18 - 0:13:20] ▶
We can prove what I just said.
[0:13:20 - 0:13:22] ▶
The animal mutilation is everyone here is about.
[0:13:22 - 0:13:25] ▶
Those are 100 percent men.
[0:13:25 - 0:13:26] ▶
They're all portrayed as alien.
[0:13:27 - 0:13:29] ▶
Then you have the sort of frightening stories of these objects being
[0:13:31 - 0:13:37] ▶
down and, you know, developing world countries,
[0:13:37 - 0:13:40] ▶
blowing up a whole village.
[0:13:40 - 0:13:41] ▶
Hello, I'm Dr. Stephen Greer.
[0:13:44 - 0:13:45] ▶
If you'd like to ask me questions or learn more about the UFO UAP issue,
[0:13:46 - 0:13:51] ▶
And we can unpack whatever you want to know about the disclosure efforts,
[0:13:52 - 0:13:56] ▶
about covert technologies, and what's going to be coming up in the next year.
[0:13:56 - 0:14:00] ▶
So as we go forward in a large disclosure on the extraterrestrial and UFO issue.
[0:14:00 - 0:14:07] ▶
