episode of weaponized somebody's doing like direct messages with someone else.

They're lit, you know, for days and they're listing out everything that you and I recorded.

And then at some point they're like, oh, but Jeremy killed it.

You know, I'm keeping it secret.

It's no longer coming out.

piece of information.

It is not a surprise by any means.

It's not a big scoop as it was presented, but someone got confirmation from the Department

of Defense that Jay Stratton, who used to have the UAB task force, had created this classified

UAP briefing presentation.

not even just within the intelligence community.

A lot of it, he had in the declassified, you know, kind of area so that it could go to

Titans of industry and that sort of thing.

He was really to educate not only the intelligence community, but also people outside of the intelligence

Now, no one's seen that full video outside of the intelligence communities, technically,

but it's a great video and it describes a lot of the images that we obtained and released,

And this is important is that some of that, the contents that they didn't have, we

gave to the Pentagon when it came to the 2019 events, we were able as journalists to

It existed as sort of a netherworld at the same basic structure, but it wasn't officially

And he would have these briefings for different groups because he wanted the intelligence

and military communities, defense contractors included to start paying attention to this

and taking it seriously.

The briefing itself was classified.

But the individual images inside that briefing were not.

So some of them found their way to us, not Jay Stratton through other means, and we made

And what were some of the ones that come up to mind to you?

Yeah, I mean, so I remember everything that you released, people, if they see it, it's

got a blue background.

So there were three UAP, there were photograph with an iPhone out of a cockpit of a fighter

plane, and you were able to obtain those.

And then we released those.

Those are included in there, but there's tons in that audio visual thing that I think

the public should be able to see.

But I mean, other ones had to do with the 2019 swarms, you know, triangle by angle of
[0:18:10 - 0:18:15] ▶
So if people do their due diligence and they're able to see this report, they'll see that

you and I didn't make it up when we said, you know, triangle by angle of observation and
[0:18:20 - 0:18:24] ▶
Pyramid and shape is from the intelligence agencies.

They have more, I guess you'd say, optic systems or weapon systems that were able to catalog
[0:18:29 - 0:18:35] ▶
what they believed the shape was to be.

So I think that's what you're talking about.

But remember, the USS Omaha stuff, when you and I obtained a very comprehensive amount

of data from 2019 talking radar, thermal, IR, deck footage, even documents, some of

that was not in the possession and had not moved up the chain of command properly.

So we were able to provide you and me able to provide the USS Omaha where there's that
[0:18:59 - 0:19:03] ▶
thermal footage of the what appears to be egg shape object that was one of the many
[0:19:03 - 0:19:10] ▶
going in and out of the water over a multiple day period.

I saw our pal Merrick did some Twitter, sorry, some ex posts about that and he's right
[0:19:14 - 0:19:21] ▶
You know, that area is a hotspot for UAP UFO activity.
[0:19:23 - 0:19:28] ▶
It was in 2004 and it also continues to be.
[0:19:28 - 0:19:32] ▶
I mean, up until today, up until today, I got new reports from people on ships that
[0:19:32 - 0:19:39] ▶
are seeing UAP having trying to hit them down with with anti drone technology.
[0:19:39 - 0:19:46] ▶
Sometimes they even bring out the shotgun onto the back.
[0:19:46 - 0:19:49] ▶
But I mean, we're talking about having these things on the spy one, a hundred meters off
[0:19:49 - 0:19:53] ▶
of the tail of ship.

We're talking recently, this is still happening and visually them seeing them go in and out
[0:19:56 - 0:20:03] ▶
This is a constant thing that has been happening with our military deployments.

You know, back in those days, when J Stratton was with the UAP task force, they said, this

We don't know what that is.

They can't say it's a drone.

Now of course, arrows come in and said, everything explained.

There's nothing unknown without going into any detail about how they explain the way

the Omaha Marrix article and his discussion on social media takes that to task and says

the explanations simply do not fit.

They do not know who were the operators of those units and they were transmittum.

I mean, even I personally know from some of the helopilots on that, on one of those days,

that they saw things coming in and out of the water.

Also if people really pay attention, you know, those radar tracks with the other footage,
[0:20:50 - 0:20:55] ▶
there is a correlation of all of that swarming of the Omaha.

So I think over time, when we have people like Merrick, like really looking at it, we're

going to see that this is not unusual.

It's unusual to get any footage out.

But yeah, it was a really unique event series, but it's not unusual, man.

I mean, just today, you and I got a new set of information about USOs and current deployments.

He got a piece in the daily mail of dating back to the USS Nimitz and Calderes, the

Tick-Tack incident 2004, all these things that would happen over a 10-day period.

And he's got some testimony revealing that objects were picked up underwater.

Now you and I have reported on this a bit before, but we're glad to see Chris get something

What can you remember about the objects of our supposedly underwater around that time?

Yeah, so we've said from the beginning that there were other systems, other defense systems

that picked up a lot of this activity.

And people should think of things like NORAD, very simply, would be highly aware, but that

data and that footage and that just that data is not going to be something that's readily

released to the public.

Kind of like if there was a scientific report, the details, some of the capabilities of

the Tick-Tacks, maybe a report that you tried to submit to Congress, we were not successful

in that, but I mean there's a lot of information in data and I hope more of it comes out, but

underwater, I mean if you look back to, look this is almost 20 years ago, we're coming back,

Another development this week of interest to us and to our listeners of for weaponized

is there's a new director of arrow, his name is Dr. John T. Kuzlowski.

DoD also says that John Kirkpatrick is no longer a consultant to arrow, I might have a hard

time believing that he's not going to give more interviews about the topic and dumb

cold water on it for the rest of his life, but he's not officially part of the program
[0:23:25 - 0:23:29] ▶
anymore, that's good.

Dr. John Kuzlowski, I know we both have reached out to some people, we know what do they think,

I've heard good things, I'm sure you have too.

I would just caution folks that we heard the same thing about the interim director, right?

We were told by somebody we trust really well, this is a good guy, there's Tim Phillips,

So I mean, there you have like director of arrow, Tim Phillips going on some LinkedIn

post and just trying to disparage information that has come forward to him, that's the

When we really look at it with arrow, is arrow just really plainly, is arrow a counterintelligence

operation where it's just trying to find out who knows what.

Now I'm not willing to say it at this time, but there is evidence to that fact that arrow
[0:24:21 - 0:24:28] ▶
is just a counterintelligence operation.

So I don't know, even if this new director of arrow is a good guy and he's done a couple

things, he's reached out to a couple people that make me think that at least he wants a

better PR look at his organization.

So I'm encouraged by a couple of the people that he's reached out to, but he might be

kind of imprisoned within a mechanism called arrow that has a completely different agenda

than what he might think upon taking that job.

So I'm not holding high hopes.

We're not sending any witnesses to arrow.

We are kind of getting around arrow and getting people to other places to provide testimony

We're willing to give him the benefit of the adult.

Okay, the whole UFO world is talking about Lou Elizondo's book, Imminent Inside the Pategons

It went to number one on the New York Times bestseller list.

As we mentioned earlier, Lou's been all over media, social media, electronic media, podcast,

He's everywhere these days.

And the book packs quite a bunch.
[0:26:33 - 0:26:35] ▶
There's a lot of information in there.
[0:26:35 - 0:26:37] ▶
I enjoyed talking with Lou.
[0:26:38 - 0:26:39] ▶
I've probably interviewed him more than anybody else, six or seven years.
[0:26:39 - 0:26:44] ▶
And this latest interview on Coast was a really good one.

But something came up in association with the release of the book that I did want to touch
[0:26:49 - 0:26:53] ▶
on because, you know, our mutual friend, Dr. James Lekatsky, who was head of OSAP, who
[0:26:53 - 0:27:00] ▶
along with J. Stratton had designed OSAP.
[0:27:00 - 0:27:04] ▶
Jim Lekatsky was the program manager.
[0:27:04 - 0:27:07] ▶
He oversaw it from beginning to end for the entirety of its life.
[0:27:07 - 0:27:11] ▶
He has said before, Lou was not part of OSAP.
[0:27:11 - 0:27:14] ▶
They were going to bring Lou in to be the counterintelligence guy.
[0:27:14 - 0:27:17] ▶
If they had succeeded in turning OSAP into a special access program, OSAP, that didn't
[0:27:17 - 0:27:23] ▶
But Lou was brought in.
[0:27:24 - 0:27:25] ▶
He did have meetings with these guys later after OSAP disappeared.
[0:27:25 - 0:27:30] ▶
Elisando, I mean, excuse me, J. Stratton and Lekatsky tried to have an alternative program
[0:27:31 - 0:27:37] ▶
find a new home at the Department of Homeland Security program called Kona Blue.
[0:27:37 - 0:27:42] ▶
It was initially approved and it went away.
[0:27:42 - 0:27:45] ▶
And then later, OSAP A-TEP happened.
[0:27:45 - 0:27:48] ▶
A smaller program within the Pentagon, not at DIA, which is where OSAP was.

You got the $22 million authorized by Harry Reid and other members of the Senate.

Things kind of got blurred from the beginning.

There have been some touchy feelings between the different participants, but all that is
[0:28:03 - 0:28:07] ▶
water under the bridge.

So this week, a news organization, as a producer, writes to Jim Lekatsky.

And here is the essence of the message they sent to him.

They said, we're doing this show about Lou Elisando.
[0:28:16 - 0:28:21] ▶
We understand you were an early part of a program called OSAP.
[0:28:21 - 0:28:25] ▶
We'd like to get a photo of you and use it in our story.
[0:28:25 - 0:28:29] ▶
You know, Lekatsky, he's sort of a stickler for accuracy.
[0:28:29 - 0:28:33] ▶
So if you designed a message to provoke a reaction from him, that's pretty much what
[0:28:33 - 0:28:38] ▶
I don't think that that's what they did, but it's what happened.
[0:28:39 - 0:28:42] ▶
As he responded to me, he said, I don't want to be part of your program.
[0:28:42 - 0:28:45] ▶
Lou had nothing to do with OSAP.
[0:28:45 - 0:28:47] ▶
I'm not giving you my photo.
[0:28:47 - 0:28:49] ▶
And basically, he said, I was the director of OSAP from beginning to end.
[0:28:49 - 0:28:53] ▶
Lou had nothing to do with it.
[0:28:53 - 0:28:55] ▶
That comment in an email to a producer saying, I don't want to be part of the story, gets
[0:28:55 - 0:29:00] ▶
entered into this larger piece about Alessandro, and it looks like a slant.
[0:29:00 - 0:29:04] ▶
It looks like Lekatsky's going after Lou.
[0:29:04 - 0:29:07] ▶
He was responding to a question about an ill phrased question asking him for a photo.
[0:29:07 - 0:29:15] ▶
And what enough to do with it?
[0:29:15 - 0:29:17] ▶
He corrected what he thought was a mistake by the person asking for this photo.
[0:29:17 - 0:29:21] ▶
And then the quote gets used in this story and looks like he's banging heads.
[0:29:21 - 0:29:25] ▶
So Lekatsky gets trashed all over social media, including some certain email groups that
[0:29:25 - 0:29:32] ▶
I'm part of by journalist, oh, Tisk, Tisk.
[0:29:32 - 0:29:35] ▶
This is terrible for him to go after Lou like this.
[0:29:35 - 0:29:37] ▶
He wasn't going after Lou.
[0:29:37 - 0:29:38] ▶
He was saying the same thing, Lou is said.
[0:29:38 - 0:29:40] ▶
Lou admits he wasn't part of OSAP.
[0:29:40 - 0:29:42] ▶
He could have been if it had gone on to be an SAP, but he wasn't.
[0:29:42 - 0:29:46] ▶
And so both of those guys are saying the same thing.

They're not at odds about the book, but that's how it was created and caused off kinds
[0:29:48 - 0:29:55] ▶
of a little kerfuffle on social media as everything seems to do these days.

I saw that comment from Lekatsky and it was completely out of context and that sucks.

I mean, look, you were the first person to really get in depth with Lou.

Lou is a hell of a guy as a human being.

He has a critical role in our history of all of this.

And I know everybody tells their story from a different perspective, but they're all

telling the base same story of our government investigating UFOs.

What is your take on kind of how much Lou was able to tell the American public in this

Well, there's still a lot of stuff he can't say.

That was obvious in some of the questions I asked.

And none of them can.

And I think that those who want to sow division in UFO world and the UFO topic will look

for ways to poke holes and to stir up trouble.

You have to be on team Jim Lekatsky or team J Stratton or team Lou.

Obviously, there are differences in how they remember things and they're, that's human.

You know, it's been a long time since this stuff happened.

So they're all going to have their own versions of the story.

But in general, the story is seamless.

There was nids, a big lows organization at the ranch.

That became all sap with Jim Lekatsky and J Stratton, Robert Bigelow, Colin Callagher and

some other folks we know that went away called a blue tried to exist.

That went away a tip emerged later.
[0:31:26 - 0:31:29] ▶
There's a lot of give and take.

It's a morphus almost by design.

It's supposed to be secret.

It was never supposed to come come out in the public at all.

And I suspect if not for Lou coming forward, it would have stayed secret.

So everybody gets credit for doing a great job and helping to move the topic along.

But there are going to be differences of opinion.

It doesn't have to be all out war and to see people try to stir the pot and create rivalries

and trouble where they don't really exist is I think kind of pathetic.

But I mean, you know, that listening to Lou's book, hearing those first interactions where

he gets approached by J Stratton in his office.

He's not sure what this is going to be about.

And then going to to me, Dr. James Lekatsky and kind of getting brief, you know, the first

So obviously J Stratton, James Lekatsky, they were, they had established this program and

they were bringing Lou in.
[0:32:27 - 0:32:29] ▶
So though they were essentially his bosses, both of them.

And we've had both of them on weaponized, which is really neat.

I know that financially what it did to he and his wife, his family, after he left the

So let's talk about his book a little bit as a segue to where we're headed next.

So yeah, chapter two is just called coloris and it delves into a story that I've looked

at a lot in skin walkers at the Pentagon.

That was a book co-written by Jim Lekaski column hell, Kellahur and me.
[0:36:08 - 0:36:13] ▶
It goes into this particular dinner that was held at the beginning of a sap where all
[0:36:13 - 0:36:17] ▶
these really high powered big brain people got together, including Lekaski, Kellahur,
[0:36:17 - 0:36:23] ▶
big alone and Lu who was invited to it.

And Lekaski and Kellahur described in our skin walkers book what had happened at that
[0:36:26 - 0:36:31] ▶
Lu does sort of the similar thing, but from a different perspective, a guy walking in,

not knowing about UFOs all that much and gets exposed to information about coloris, which
[0:36:36 - 0:36:42] ▶
is an infamous outlier series of events, 1977 in Brazil where UFOs came out of the sky
[0:36:42 - 0:36:50] ▶
and essentially attacked people.
[0:36:50 - 0:36:52] ▶
And the stories have been in newspapers around the world that people died, that there were
[0:36:52 - 0:36:56] ▶
serious injuries in this remote part of the Brazilian Amazon, an island in the middle
[0:36:56 - 0:37:01] ▶
of the Amazon Delta where people scattered, they were freaked out, they left their homes
[0:37:01 - 0:37:06] ▶
and then actually this spread beyond just colaras into other communities in that area.
[0:37:06 - 0:37:12] ▶
A lot of people were affected by it.
[0:37:12 - 0:37:14] ▶
The Brazilian Air Force comes in, investigated for several months, keeps all those files
[0:37:14 - 0:37:20] ▶
secret for many, many years and then when OSAP was created, the Brazilian Air Force government
[0:37:20 - 0:37:26] ▶
gave that stuff to OSAP, to BAS, the big low team, Lekaski and Kellahur, etc.

And they started talking about it at this dinner.

There was the Brazilian Air Force commander, Ochoa, who was there and regaled everyone

with stories about what had happened, Liu puts it in his book.

Well, that story is of interest to me.

I was in Brazil not too long ago for something I'll tell you about down the road.

But, and looked at colaras and one of the people who helped me understand what had happened

is to colaras back then.

And what is still unfolding now in Brazil, an incredible history of strange UFO events

on a mass scale, this guy, Thiago Tachetti, who is sort of the foremost UFO investigator

at author in Brazil these days, after the passing of our friend, A.J. Gavard.

And well, what the Luel Zandos wrote in that book was real, but even more, I can see even

more dramatic because we were there.

We heard people from the Colaras and Barcarina while they experienced it when they were

attacked by USO's UEP's, IRO machines because they saw the shapes in many times.

And this attacks occurred during the night of the day, the doll, anytime.

So the people got very scared about it.

And he told us that, well, I can count more than 2000 people were attacked by this UEP.

So the Chupa Chupa phenomenon, the sex-sex phenomenon in Brazil.

You know, it's in the history of UFOs around the world.

It is obviously an outlier.

There just aren't any other incidents quite like that.

We think we have some, we heard some rumors that this footage, 22 hours, are now in

We have rumors suspicious that the American agents probably some with the three letters,

three came to Brazil and confiscated or got or borrow the main documents, photos and

So 22 hours of footage recorded by the Brazilian military of the UAP coming in and out of Lagoon's

I mean, probably some of the best footage we could possibly imagine.

And you're certain that it exists to a high degree?

And I could just confirm this that I have seen files from the Brazilian Air Force that

Well, they did not decide it.

Trying to avoid to discuss about this because that mission, the Air Force mission, was secret.

And it was unprovoked and we can't explain it.

Do you think that there is a different perception that's probably more accurate, that these laser

beams, maybe weren't laser beams, that was something else.

It was some kind of a sampling operation rather than an attack.

Yes, because the people that have been attacked by this laser beam, they went to the doctor,

they got sick, not something like that tired.

And she makes some exams of the people.

And she discovered that they lost blood and not only blood, they lost iron from the blood.

not only light, but it sounds like there's a physical attachment and you call them chupa

chupa, which means suck, suck, because they're full in blood out of people.

And this old man saw the blood dripping down.

And people left people left because they were didn't want to live there anymore with all

Yes, they they was scared because they they have no they they well six o'clock, six o'clock.

No one was in a straight.

Carlos made his, uh, his, uh, his, uh, is a journalist in Paris state and, uh, he investigated

much more cases than the, the, the, the Air Force team because he was working there.

He took a lot of pictures as well publishing in a newspaper and Carlos told us,
[0:55:56 - 0:56:02] ▶
that, uh, one day appeared, uh, uh, a man from Peru, a guy from Peru.

Oh, I live in Peru, but I want to know how the, the newspaper here in Brazil works.

And the Carlos told, told us that, uh, this guy was actually on an agent from the United
[0:56:15 - 0:56:24] ▶
States trying, trying to get all the documents in the, in the, in the, the, the photos
[0:56:24 - 0:56:32] ▶
And, uh, Carlos said the world, Chagel, the, the reports, the medical reports from 99,
[0:56:34 - 0:56:41] ▶
98% of all the, the victims just disappear.

So every year, every year, we have some reports made by pilots to the

Brazilian Air Force and they have, it's a law, they have to publish, they have to

send to National Archives. And that's why I, I was a, I apologize, I have, all,
[1:05:28 - 1:05:34] ▶
every day I go to National Archives to see if I have a, we have a new report.
[1:05:34 - 1:05:39] ▶
And then you got to physically go down there.

Oh, rather than, so this is, okay, so this is wild.

Let me just back up to make sure I understand I can be a little dense sometimes.

So what you're saying is back in the day, people didn't want to say UFO, if they're a

And this is like a terminology that people use over the air and that sort of thing.

the iceberg. But I noticed a report 860, you're talking about a cube shaped UFO nine meters long

report 860 eight. You're talking about cigar shaped UFO two to three meters long making jumps.

You're talking about case 875 star shaped object white in color, which at times turn reddish in color
[1:06:43 - 1:06:53] ▶
and then case 871 several white womanous objects with no defined shape, flying and making jumps.

So what really struck me about those four cases, man, we're seeing the same cases with our
[1:07:01 - 1:07:08] ▶
military systems. You're seeing star shapes, a garshape like the tic tac. You're seeing these cubes
[1:07:08 - 1:07:15] ▶
with spherical oras. It also reminds me back in the day when you get the Mount Reneer sightings.
[1:07:15 - 1:07:22] ▶
And that's the some of the original UFO sightings. Why we call them flying saucers is because of the
[1:07:22 - 1:07:28] ▶
way they move. They skipped like a saucer on water. That wasn't the shape of the craft. They were
[1:07:28 - 1:07:34] ▶
more like backwinged back in the day. But what we're seeing in Brazil as of last year is this
[1:07:34 - 1:07:43] ▶
variety pack of UFOs from cigars, the char-shaped cubes to spheres and the skipping motion. I mean,

in your opinion in Brazil, has there been an increase of frequency or just an increase of

documentation at people with cameras and stuff? Jeremy, I think both. Yeah. Because now the pilots,

mythology is taking most seriously by the media. Well, they they they they have more

tightened the screws. It's a lot harder to get information and for them to be honest with us. But

there's a lot of public impetus behind the push for transparency. I've said before what I think

is going to happen. I'm not holding my breath for disclosure. I don't think it'll ever happen.

And I think they've they've shown that arrow report that dismissed everything. Everything's

everything's been explained. Ticked out gimbal everything shows that they are not going to give up

should know about now was the purpose of that program. A lot of it to literally transfer a UFO

from Lockheed Martin into the ASAP program to be able to bring it through the front door and

have more bright minds working on the UFO. The James Likatsky admitted to Dr. James Katsky admitted

to was that one of the primary purposes that ASAP was created for us to obtain this material or
[1:22:28 - 1:22:35] ▶
this craft confirmed deny or disagree. I think it was definitely a big part of what ASAP hope to

happen. That has been told to me, you know, by multiple people who are involved in it. They really

did hope to get the goodies. I mean, it's confirmed by Robert Bigelow when he first talked about

the program. He spent a million dollars to retrofit Bigelow aerospace in order to get it ready to accept

certain materials. We know the kind of materials we're talking about and they they were told them

some things about it. That transfer never happened for a variety of reasons. But yeah, that was a

really big part of why ASAP was created. Absolutely. Yeah, the Lockheed Martin has a craft from a

crash from the 50s and they were going to try to give it to ASAP. That's not what I'm not saying.

It's definitely Lockheed Martin, but that's a pretty good guess. Okay, I'll make a few guesses.

Well, ASAP doesn't exist anymore. So if they had it, it's sitting in the bowels of the DIA

somewhere. Someone I think people that we know if it's there, they could access it. I would hope

they could, but I don't know. I mean, you know, we know those guys pretty well. I've asked about

this before. I have not been at anybody even come close to confirming they've got the kinds of

images that Tiavo just described to us. I've been through those files. You know, I've seen

most of that stuff about calaurus and from the Brazilian Air Force and I haven't seen any of that

stuff. I'd love to see it. If it's out there, I'd love to see it. But you know, maybe we could poke
