it's a wild time to be alive you know that is uh that's why i went with that title um you know

disclosure is not going to be a singular moment it's going to be this process that unfolds over

many years and um you know when we look back 50 years from now it'll be this little pocket of time

that's the the age of disclosure the age where all this stuff comes out and uh the truth comes out in

in in steps yeah how did this whole documentary start out for you so it's a kind of long origin

story i would say so you know i'm 46 and my childhood's the 80s and early 90s and grew up

with movies like close encounters and et close encounters made the biggest impact on me i was

[0:01:15 - 0:01:20] ▶

i was obsessed with that movie um x files was running on tv when i was a kid and movies like

[0:01:20 - 0:01:26] ▶

fire in the sky yeah you know we're making we're getting a lot of attention and i remember uh my

[0:01:26 - 0:01:32] ▶

cousins and i watching watching fire in the sky uh uh late at night scared the crap out of us but

[0:01:32 - 0:01:37] ▶

also made us super curious about this topic and so my my whole life uh just been interested in the

[0:01:37 - 0:01:42] ▶

topic um these big questions like are we alone in the universe does the u.s government know more about

[0:01:42 - 0:01:48] ▶

this topic than the average person that's kind of the common thesis and all that pop culture i grew

[0:01:48 - 0:01:54] ▶

up with right close encounters et x files the one common idea is that two common ideas are yes there's

[0:01:54 - 0:02:01] ▶

life from elsewhere um but elements of the u.s government have been covering it up um so i've

[0:02:01 - 0:02:07] ▶

always wondered if that was true you know and watched every movie and tv show read every book over the

[0:02:07 - 0:02:12] ▶

years and um i always wished that someone would make a really credible serious non-sensational

[0:02:12 - 0:02:20] ▶

documentary about this topic and only and like basically set the bar at only interviewing

[0:02:20 - 0:02:25] ▶

people who have direct knowledge of it as a result of working for the government if if elements of the

[0:02:25 - 0:02:31] ▶

government do in fact know more than the public the idea would be to find that out right and no one

[0:02:31 - 0:02:36] ▶

ever made that film um my career ended up going into mainstream producing um i had a lot of uh

[0:02:36 - 0:02:43] ▶

i was very fortunate over the last 20 years building movies uh and tv shows as a producer from the ground

[0:02:43 - 0:02:49] ▶

up like big commercial stuff um the biggest that people know would be ready player one yeah which

[0:02:49 - 0:02:55] ▶

spielberg directed um and then uh it was uh yeah it was on the set of uh ready player one

[0:02:55 - 0:03:02] ▶

watching steven spielberg direct and in my opinion is the greatest filmmaker that's ever lived and

[0:03:02 - 0:03:08] ▶

watching him direct was just unbelievably inspiring and i started i started thinking then in the back

[0:03:08 - 0:03:14] ▶

of my mind like i'd like to direct something after years of producing i've got my wheels spinning on what

[0:03:14 - 0:03:18] ▶

that might be um and uh i was uh i was actually doing research for a scripted project um a couple years

[0:03:18 - 0:03:26] ▶

after ready player one came out and uh in doing research i was trying to i was trying to learn how how

[0:03:26 - 0:03:32] ▶

real the situation around this topic was and so i got connected to some senior intelligence officials

[0:03:32 - 0:03:38] ▶

um in that that had worked on this topic for the u.s government and um started having just private

[0:03:38 - 0:03:45] ▶

private conversations meals with those guys trying to understand the lay of the land and i quickly

[0:03:45 - 0:03:50] ▶

realized uh how real the situation actually is and and these ideas that were put in our heads when we

[0:03:50 - 0:03:57] ▶

were kids with movies like close encounters and et weren't far off from the truth they're they're

[0:03:57 - 0:04:02] ▶

there has in fact been a massive cover-up of non-human intelligent life and the government does take

[0:04:02 - 0:04:08] ▶

it very serious and does know a lot more than the public does so in those those conversations um

[0:04:08 - 0:04:14] ▶

that originally were research for for a scripted project like i said um uh i started to realize that

[0:04:14 - 0:04:22] ▶

um these people that i had formerly would be that i formed relationships with would be great

[0:04:22 - 0:04:28] ▶

uh interview subjects for that documentary that i always wish existed and then i kind of

[0:04:28 - 0:04:34] ▶

shifted my focus to no longer doing research for a scripted project and i was like okay i'm

[0:04:34 - 0:04:39] ▶

i'm gonna make the definitive documentary on this topic that i always wish existed and this will be

[0:04:39 - 0:04:44] ▶

that thing that i direct to and so um it's sort of like the the origin and then um

[0:04:44 - 0:04:51] ▶

from there i started socializing uh with these intelligence officials i had met and their

[0:04:51 - 0:04:58] ▶

colleagues that i wanted to i wanted to make a film that would bring the truth out about what is

[0:04:58 - 0:05:04] ▶

known that can legally be shared all these people are privy to classified information but you know

[0:05:04 - 0:05:10] ▶

there's a lot they they they can share they've just been historically discouraged from doing so

[0:05:10 - 0:05:14] ▶

right i wanted to make the doc that gave them a platform to to share what they lawfully could

[0:05:14 - 0:05:18] ▶

um and really kind of open the public's eyes to what's really been going on and uh as i started

[0:05:18 - 0:05:24] ▶

to as i started to socialize that um it started to catch momentum you know one i would i would have

[0:05:24 - 0:05:32] ▶

like a you know private private meal with someone when it's official explain what i wanted to do they

[0:05:32 - 0:05:37] ▶

would think about it they would come back and say you know what i i think i'd be interested in

[0:05:37 - 0:05:40] ▶

participating but let's see who else you can get before i say i will and then they'd introduce me to a

[0:05:40 - 0:05:45] ▶

couple of their friends and sort of sent me down a rabbit hole um eventually i started getting

[0:05:45 - 0:05:49] ▶

passed up to uh senior members of the senate intelligence committee uh the staff the members

[0:05:49 - 0:05:56] ▶

um same thing with the senate armed services committee and what i didn't know then that i know now

[0:05:56 - 0:06:03] ▶

is in that same moment um senior leadership on the senate intelligence committee and the senate

[0:06:03 - 0:06:10] ▶

armed services committee had on their own in a classified setting uncovered this mass this

[0:06:10 - 0:06:16] ▶

massive cover-up they had they had learned about it and they knew it was real they knew that non-human

[0:06:16 - 0:06:22] ▶

intelligent life had been covered up for 80 years they knew that there were elements of our government

[0:06:22 - 0:06:26] ▶

actively gatekeeping this information and keeping it from the public they knew it was being kept from

[0:06:26 - 0:06:31] ▶

the congress the white house um and the public and um they were trying to figure out a way to get the

[0:06:31 - 0:06:40] ▶

base facts out into the public none of those politicians as elected leaders wanted to be the one guy

[0:06:40 - 0:06:45] ▶

out on a limb going on fox news or cnn saying these extraordinary things and being subject to the pushback

[0:06:45 - 0:06:51] ▶

they didn't really have a way to tell the world this complicated situation right and so i was sort of in the

[0:06:51 - 0:07:01] ▶

right place at the right place at the right time and that while they were having that thought

[0:07:01 - 0:07:04] ▶

process i was socializing that i wanted to make a documentary that would essentially do that right

[0:07:04 - 0:07:09] ▶

and so something really wild happened which is basically there was this moment in time where

[0:07:09 - 0:07:15] ▶

while i was putting together the documentary my film essentially became the plan for disclosure

[0:07:15 - 0:07:24] ▶

for those who had the knowledge so this this group of military government intelligence officials

[0:07:24 - 0:07:33] ▶

that had learned the truth about the cover-up decided my film would be the vehicle for disclosing that

[0:07:33 - 0:07:41] ▶

information and i spent about three and a half years putting this together um both uh learning the lay of the land

[0:07:41 - 0:07:52] ▶

myself and and really understanding what's real and what's not real and you know as they say uh the

[0:07:52 - 0:07:58] ▶

saying uh you know who's who in the zoo you know like all the all the different players and all this and

[0:07:58 - 0:08:04] ▶

um and then making it um doing interviews uh over the course of three years uh yeah in the beginning when

[0:08:04 - 0:08:13] ▶

you said you were meeting with some intelligence officials that were sort of like guiding you in the right

[0:08:13 - 0:08:19] ▶

direction and telling you like if you can get more people to speak out you know we'll do it too

[0:08:19 - 0:08:23] ▶

publicly how many of them that those original intelligence people you were talking about were in the movie

[0:08:23 - 0:08:31] ▶

a number of them most of them most of them most of like who um so for example uh jay stratton okay

[0:08:31 - 0:08:38] ▶

you know jay was was he one of the first people you talked to yeah yeah so jay was um in the process

[0:08:38 - 0:08:46] ▶

of retiring from government when i met him um at the at the time he was the director of the u.s

[0:08:46 - 0:08:54] ▶

government's uap task force the largest whole government investigation of uap and non-human

[0:08:54 - 0:09:00] ▶

intelligent life right um his story is pretty amazing he's really the central figure in uh the

[0:09:00 - 0:09:08] ▶

modern investigation of uap and non-human intelligent life and and frankly in disclosure he um he in a

[0:09:08 - 0:09:14] ▶

uh an intelligence official named dr james lakatsky goes by jim they co-founded uh osap the investigation

[0:09:14 - 0:09:25] ▶

of uap that eventually became known as a tip um there was this moment in time where osap essentially

[0:09:25 - 0:09:33] ▶

lost its funding and they they carried on as a right bootstrapped working group that went by a tip

[0:09:33 - 0:09:38] ▶

um after that um he was tasked by uh leadership and naval intelligence and um and at the dod to put

[0:09:38 - 0:09:50] ▶

together the largest whole of government investigation that's ever existed and that's the uap task force

[0:09:50 - 0:09:54] ▶

and he spent a couple years building it handpicking key members um some of your some of your listeners

[0:09:54 - 0:10:01] ▶

you know have heard some of those names like david crush who testified um to congress he was

[0:10:01 - 0:10:06] ▶

uh a member of the uap task force um yeah he was that was a big deal when he came out yeah yeah so

[0:10:06 - 0:10:13] ▶

he was one of the people on jay's team um was he in the film yeah he was in the film was there's some

[0:10:13 - 0:10:17] ▶

there's some there's some footage of him in the film yeah his his uh here no wait he didn't do any

[0:10:17 - 0:10:21] ▶

interviews yeah we didn't do a direct interview but but i had um i already knew i had him in the film

[0:10:21 - 0:10:26] ▶

through his congressional hearings where he was right saying that the most important stuff so um and i i

[0:10:26 - 0:10:32] ▶

liked having the uh the hearing footage in there i think it makes people there's a lot of people

[0:10:32 - 0:10:37] ▶

so much stuff that he was saying in front of congress was nutty yeah yeah and there's a lot

[0:10:37 - 0:10:41] ▶

of people who watch the movie and and they they say to me they're like i had no idea those hearings

[0:10:41 - 0:10:46] ▶

even happened right you know people people are just so busy and everyone's got their nine to five and

[0:10:46 - 0:10:51] ▶

you know putting food on the table for the kids and all those other priorities and you know maybe they

[0:10:51 - 0:10:54] ▶

see it in their social media feed oh there was this hearing and ufos but it doesn't really

[0:10:54 - 0:10:58] ▶

register for everybody so so jay was there from the jump and he was sort of leading you around

[0:10:58 - 0:11:04] ▶

kind of like holding your hand showing you the lay of the land where to go what what tree what

[0:11:04 - 0:11:09] ▶

branches to shake to yeah him and him and him and him and some other people yeah in the film there was

[0:11:09 - 0:11:16] ▶

there was about there was about four or five guys who were really guiding me in the early days and then

[0:11:16 - 0:11:20] ▶

and then um once i got connected with the senate intelligence committee specifically

[0:11:21 - 0:11:27] ▶

um i formed a really strong relationship with the the guys who run the senate intelligence committee

[0:11:27 - 0:11:35] ▶

staff so most people don't know this actually it's really interesting so um the senate intelligence

[0:11:35 - 0:11:42] ▶

committee the members the the senators on the committee they they can kind of come and go right

[0:11:42 - 0:11:48] ▶

like they they you know they get assigned to a committee and depending on who's you know running

[0:11:48 - 0:11:55] ▶

the senate at the time you know it impacts it and they might spend a senator might spend you know

[0:11:55 - 0:12:00] ▶

a year on it two years on it three years on it but the staffers uh they can be there for many years

[0:12:00 - 0:12:06] ▶

right three layers down their career long yeah they can you know like i can be working for the

[0:12:06 - 0:12:11] ▶

the c be a senior staff member for a decade and and the way they handle the the staff work is they

[0:12:12 - 0:12:19] ▶

break up topics so like one guy will know everything about uap one guy will know everything about nuclear

[0:12:19 - 0:12:25] ▶

technology one guy will know everything about you know environmental issues you name it and so

[0:12:25 - 0:12:31] ▶

i got introduced early on to the senate intel staff member who really owned the uap topic for the two

[0:12:32 - 0:12:41] ▶

chairmen which were rubio and warner warner was the was the chairman and rubio was the vice chairman of

[0:12:41 - 0:12:47] ▶

the senate intel committee and the staffer's job was to basically just shake all the trees every day

[0:12:47 - 0:12:53] ▶

and all the different intelligence agencies in the military and learn everything and be hyper aware of

[0:12:53 - 0:12:58] ▶

everything and he was a central figure in rubio and and and warner figuring out what was going on and

[0:12:58 - 0:13:07] ▶

uncovering this this truth um and learning all the reality of it um so i formed i formed a

[0:13:07 - 0:13:14] ▶

great relationship with the the senior that senior staffer and and his colleagues and they were really

[0:13:14 - 0:13:20] ▶

really helpful once once rubio decided to participate in the film and other senior senators like senator rounds

[0:13:20 - 0:13:28] ▶

from south dakota senator gillibrand from new york from the democratic party um once they leaned in then

[0:13:28 - 0:13:36] ▶

the committee staff was essentially told to help make sure that this doc is the definitive doc and is

[0:13:36 - 0:13:46] ▶

legit from start to finish and that i don't end up interviewing the wrong person who shares

[0:13:47 - 0:13:52] ▶

bullshit you know um that i don't end up uh misunderstanding the lay of the land and presenting it

[0:13:52 - 0:13:59] ▶

you know different than than it is and so they really helped keep me keep me on the right path

[0:13:59 - 0:14:04] ▶

um they i i shared with them people i was considering interviewing sometimes they would say hey you

[0:14:04 - 0:14:10] ▶

should you know stay clear of that person um sometimes they would guide me to people they

[0:14:10 - 0:14:15] ▶

introduced me to a number of the people who did interviews in the film i feel like that would make

[0:14:15 - 0:14:20] ▶

me so skeptical though you know if i'm having politicians and intelligence people telling me who to

[0:14:20 - 0:14:27] ▶

talk to and who not to talk to i'm automatically the wheels in my head are going whoa well it wasn't

[0:14:27 - 0:14:32] ▶

telling me it was more or even like subtly suggesting yeah well a number of the very

[0:14:32 - 0:14:38] ▶

like indisputably legitimate people in my film were introduced to me by the senate intel committee i mean

[0:14:39 - 0:14:45] ▶

there's certain you know think about it like the people in my film are all they have the most credible

[0:14:45 - 0:14:52] ▶

resumes sure yeah like they're unimpeachably credible people and they they have all they all have direct

[0:14:52 - 0:14:59] ▶

knowledge of this topic as a result of work for the government they all have been discouraged from

[0:14:59 - 0:15:06] ▶

moment one of learning about this not to talk about it publicly you know it it makes sense that like

[0:15:06 - 0:15:13] ▶

it would help encourage them to do it if you know they're hearing from folks on the senate intelligence

[0:15:14 - 0:15:20] ▶

committee that hey you know people like rubio and gillibran and rounds have decided this is the best

[0:15:20 - 0:15:25] ▶

men but about paul bennewitz are you familiar with that one yeah yeah yeah it's a crazy story man

just the the whole industry that is there underneath the surface whose entire purpose is to throw people

off the scent of what's really going on like the fact that this guy was living in new mexico or nevada

seeing these objects flying around and getting obsessed with them the fact that they had like a

[0:17:09 - 0:17:14] ▶

whole group of people from the nsa and from the air force whose job was to convince this guy that

[0:17:14 - 0:17:21] ▶

he was seeing aliens from another world when in reality it was just their own technology that they

[0:17:21 - 0:17:26] ▶

were testing drove the guy crazy put installed nsa next door to him to beam into his house because he

[0:17:26 - 0:17:32] ▶

was using radios and to detect stuff he was going he was going nuts and they were like beaming stuff

[0:17:32 - 0:17:37] ▶

into his house saying that they were a civilization from another planet that had run out of water and they

[0:17:37 - 0:17:41] ▶

were coming here and they knew that this guy was a big deal in mufon and they knew mufon this was in

[0:17:41 - 0:17:47] ▶

like the 60s i think 70s maybe they knew that mufon had been penetrated by the soviets because the

[0:17:47 - 0:17:53] ▶

soviets were trying to get more in information and intelligence on what we what we had going on in our

[0:17:53 - 0:17:58] ▶

air force bases and our war weapon technology all that kind of stuff during the cold war so they're like

[0:17:58 - 0:18:05] ▶

oh this is a great opportunity to just convince this guy it's aliens he's going to go tell everyone

[0:18:05 - 0:18:09] ▶

and move on and that's going to get that's going to poison the well he's going to be a con a conduit

[0:18:09 - 0:18:14] ▶

of disinfo for the soviet spies we're trying to get information on us the guy ended up going to

[0:18:14 - 0:18:18] ▶

a mental institution and dying and like i was like after that i was like whoa okay you know this is a

[0:18:18 - 0:18:25] ▶

fucking hall of mirrors that that's a real situation yeah for sure but you got to also remember you know

[0:18:25 - 0:18:29] ▶

i i learned about all that as well and i originally had the same reaction as you but then

[0:18:29 - 0:18:34] ▶

you know you got to realize the role that that storyline plays in a bigger picture right why is

[0:18:34 - 0:18:42] ▶

it that elements of the intelligence committee not the intelligence committee of the intelligence

[0:18:42 - 0:18:46] ▶

community um would make up a story like that to try to have it end up as you said received by the

[0:18:46 - 0:18:56] ▶

russians as real right right because the answer is because there is in fact a high-stakes secret

[0:18:56 - 0:19:02] ▶

cold war race playing out and there has been since the 40s regarding non-human technology

[0:19:02 - 0:19:06] ▶

and anywhere you can throw off your adversary it's strategic to do so sure so just because that

[0:19:07 - 0:19:12] ▶

situation is real doesn't mean the bigger picture isn't you know there's actually i've been told

[0:19:12 - 0:19:18] ▶

from my most senior relationships inside of military government and the intelligence community that a

[0:19:18 - 0:19:23] ▶

couple and i'm not going to say who but a couple of the more the uh the whistle quote unquote not

[0:19:23 - 0:19:29] ▶

they're not whistleblowers a couple of the people who have come out in in a big way in the public to

[0:19:29 - 0:19:34] ▶

um talk about this topic and reveal something they learned something specific they experienced or saw

[0:19:34 - 0:19:40] ▶

um have this it's the same backstory you know they they did they did experience that but it was staged for

[0:19:40 - 0:19:46] ▶

them because um at the time there was a there was a in those in those situations there was either a

[0:19:46 - 0:19:53] ▶

russian or a chinese um uh unit of spies that that that were were being fed information through this

[0:19:53 - 0:20:02] ▶

this public spectacle like like the paul thing um so look i think the reality of it is uh everyone i

[0:20:02 - 0:20:09] ▶

interviewed despite their political and ideological differences all told me the same thing they all made

[0:20:09 - 0:20:17] ▶

it super clear that the existence of non-human intelligent life has been getting covered up

[0:20:17 - 0:20:23] ▶

since since the 40s there are these elements within the u.s government within various agencies within the

[0:20:23 - 0:20:30] ▶

air force and the doe and some private contractors who have been gatekeeping this and covering it up

[0:20:30 - 0:20:37] ▶

for years and keeping it from the public and you know the movie i'm proud to say uh has made a big

[0:20:37 - 0:20:43] ▶

impact in that it opened a lot of people's eyes inside a government who didn't necessarily realize

[0:20:43 - 0:20:48] ▶

all this and then the people who had already realized it um are are are taking that new interest

[0:20:48 - 0:20:55] ▶

and really accelerating accelerating disclosure it led to it led to like four weeks ago trump gave a

[0:20:55 - 0:21:01] ▶

presidential directive to declassify evidence of non-human intelligent life and uap and i'm sure you saw

[0:21:01 - 0:21:09] ▶

that you know and um in the in the weeks since uh his two of his cabinet members pete exit the secretary

[0:21:09 - 0:21:16] ▶

of war and tulsi gabbert the director of national intelligence have been basically going going through

[0:21:16 - 0:21:22] ▶

the process of of trying to identify what evidence exists that can safely be declassified and shared with

[0:21:22 - 0:21:28] ▶

the american public without becoming a threat to national security and what i've been told through my

[0:21:28 - 0:21:33] ▶

relationships is that they are receiving a lot of pushback from the folks who have gatekept this

[0:21:33 - 0:21:39] ▶

despite the fact that there's a presidential directive they're still getting blocked from

[0:21:39 - 0:21:43] ▶

getting to this very real evidence that exists yeah the idea is that and correct me if i'm wrong but

[0:21:43 - 0:21:48] ▶

what i got from the documentary was in the 40s after roswell all this stuff got sucked up into private

[0:21:48 - 0:21:54] ▶

contractors and it's been being controlled by private contractors and people have rotated in and out of

[0:21:54 - 0:22:01] ▶

top level positions over the decades and now the new people that come in don't even get briefed on this

[0:22:01 - 0:22:08] ▶

stuff and essentially all of that whatever you want to call it black budget stuff or recovered craft

[0:22:08 - 0:22:14] ▶

is being controlled by the private sector and even like top tier generals can't even get access to it

in the government so the government there's like the secret war between the u.s government and private

[0:22:20 - 0:22:24] ▶

industry trying to wrestle control of this stuff whatever it is so private industry certainly has

[0:22:24 - 0:22:30] ▶

a lot of control over the situation right now but there's still elements of for example the cia and

[0:22:30 - 0:22:38] ▶

the air force and the department of energy like career bureaucrats within those those organizations that are

[0:22:38 - 0:22:45] ▶

very much involved with the defense contractors but you know in my film rubio breaks down how

[0:22:45 - 0:22:51] ▶

when you give technology to a private company like a defense contractor um to understand it which is

[0:22:51 - 0:23:02] ▶

you know the only option the government has the government doesn't have a room full of engineers

[0:23:02 - 0:23:05] ▶

and you know yeah plus they want to hide behind foia they want to hide behind foia but but more

[0:23:05 - 0:23:10] ▶

importantly if you if you recover a piece of exotic technology and you want to try to reverse engineer

[0:23:10 - 0:23:15] ▶

it or fully understand it um there's just not a room for those engineers sitting in an office at

[0:23:15 - 0:23:21] ▶

you know the dod um and so you know he explained how you know you you you give that technology to

[0:23:21 - 0:23:28] ▶

a defense contractor and then and then as you said um over the years they keep working at it they stay

[0:23:28 - 0:23:32] ▶

constant the government overseer you know retires or dies or you know changes and then the next guy

[0:23:32 - 0:23:39] ▶

knows a little bit about the program but doesn't know everything and then the guy after that um doesn't

[0:23:39 - 0:23:44] ▶

even know the program exists but the the defense contractors still chugging along and so you get

[0:23:44 - 0:23:48] ▶

to this point where um the defense contractors hold a lot of the cards and um at the same time though

[0:23:48 - 0:23:56] ▶

there are still these career bureaucrats that you know are there throughout multiple administrations

[0:23:56 - 0:24:01] ▶

within the cia the air force and the department of energy that are very much involved in this and so

[0:24:01 - 0:24:06] ▶

um everyone in my film that talked about this this this hidden program uh referred to as the

[0:24:07 - 0:24:14] ▶

legacy program um they they they all say that it has just been it was immediately removed from

[0:24:14 - 0:24:22] ▶

congressional oversight when it started in the 40s and so the tug of war really is elected officials

[0:24:22 - 0:24:30] ▶

and they're appointed officials like the secretary of war and director of national intelligence

[0:24:30 - 0:24:34] ▶

trying to wrestle this information out of these career bureaucrats and the defense contractors

[0:24:34 - 0:24:41] ▶

and it's a complicated situation as the film shows it's not it's not a black and white situation

[0:24:41 - 0:24:45] ▶

it's not like and the craziest part about all that is the united states is probably the only country that

[0:24:45 - 0:24:50] ▶

that's happening in because all the other countries the government just controls everything there are

[0:24:50 - 0:24:54] ▶

no private contractors yeah which also you know leads to one of the other really important takeaways

[0:24:54 - 0:25:00] ▶

for me from my interviews and in the film which is you know rubio also expresses this really clearly

[0:25:00 - 0:25:06] ▶

which is the the concern that if we don't take this more seriously as a nation and make the

[0:25:06 - 0:25:14] ▶

make it known that this is a valid area of inquiry that it's a real situation right and cause our

[0:25:15 - 0:25:21] ▶

scientific community and academia to want to take it serious then we are likely going to lose this race

[0:25:21 - 0:25:28] ▶

to our adversaries because our adversaries don't need the public to decide it's important they can just

[0:25:28 - 0:25:33] ▶

tell them it's important like she can just take the smartest scientists in china and say you're going

[0:25:33 - 0:25:38] ▶

to work on this right you know they don't yeah who can do the same thing and so it's hard to simply put

[0:25:38 - 0:25:44] ▶

it's hard to win a technology race if most of your scientists don't even know it's real you know and so

[0:25:44 - 0:25:49] ▶

uh you know the analogy i often heard was the space race analogy would we have won the space race if

[0:25:49 - 0:25:54] ▶

kennedy didn't step to the microphone and give that big famous speech at rice university and say we're

[0:25:54 - 0:25:59] ▶

going to get to the moon here's why it's important here's why it's important we win this race he he

[0:25:59 - 0:26:04] ▶

articulated it in a way that the same kind of way you would articulate the importance of this topic

[0:26:04 - 0:26:09] ▶

he said space technology like nuclear technology has no conscious of its own it's up to mankind

[0:26:09 - 0:26:16] ▶

whether it's used for good or bad and that's why it was important that the he felt it was important that

[0:26:16 - 0:26:21] ▶

the us lead in in this new frontier so we can make sure that it's used for the betterment of all mankind

[0:26:21 - 0:26:28] ▶

and not to create another sea of war that was his whole like thesis right right and then the country

[0:26:28 - 0:26:32] ▶

rallied behind him and scientific community rallied behind him and then you know we won the space race

[0:26:32 - 0:26:37] ▶

so a number of the people i interviewed made the point of you know their their opinion is that we

[0:26:38 - 0:26:44] ▶

need that sort of like level set with the american public and that sort of like you know mission made

[0:26:44 - 0:26:51] ▶

a national priority on this front so that we win this technology race do you think there's any sort

[0:26:51 - 0:26:57] ▶

of like super high level top top tier backstop agreement between all these nation states like

[0:26:57 - 0:27:04] ▶

the united states china and russia about disclosure like do you think there's any like super deep

[0:27:04 - 0:27:09] ▶

back channel like look there's got to be some coordination here i think so multiple people i

[0:27:09 - 0:27:14] ▶

interviewed um told me this isn't something we got into in the film but um multiple people told me that

[0:27:14 - 0:27:20] ▶

that in the past there was information sharing between china and the us excuse me sorry russia and

[0:27:20 - 0:27:27] ▶

the us not china russia and the us right and that that apparently broke down about 15 years ago

[0:27:27 - 0:27:34] ▶

and so i don't i no one's ever told me that currently there is still active communication and

[0:27:35 - 0:27:41] ▶

strategizing but many people told me about um information sharing um back in the day between

[0:27:41 - 0:27:48] ▶

the us and russia and and they they always they always gave the same examples they they basically

[0:27:48 - 0:27:53] ▶

said uh there was there was so much uap activity near nuclear weapon sites that it was it was clear to

[0:27:53 - 0:28:00] ▶

both leaders of both nations that they needed to make the other aware so that no one misinterpreted a uap

[0:28:00 - 0:28:07] ▶

right as an attack right and they were happening all over the place not just in the us they're

[0:28:07 - 0:28:12] ▶

happening in russia yeah uk yeah all over the place yeah what do you think have you has anyone ever

[0:28:12 - 0:28:18] ▶

anyone uh that you think is credible ever told you that that there is an active no no one's ever told me

[0:28:18 - 0:28:25] ▶

that but i think about it all the time you know i i sometimes wonder you know is there like some deep

[0:28:25 - 0:28:31] ▶

level of like you know the bankers that run the world or whatever that are that know about this

[0:28:31 - 0:28:37] ▶

stuff the people that are above the presidents you know well look president trump just didn't he just

[0:28:37 - 0:28:41] ▶

announced recently that he's he's gonna meet with she four times over the next 12 months something

[0:28:41 - 0:28:46] ▶

that's never happened you know um maybe maybe it's a coincidence that that that those meetings are

[0:28:46 - 0:28:53] ▶

happening while disclosure is unfolding following his presidential directive that's interesting

[0:28:53 - 0:28:57] ▶

yeah you know i but i just i'm skeptical that trump has any power to do that i'm skeptical that the

[0:28:57 - 0:29:04] ▶

president any any politicians in the united states have that kind of power i think there's a i think

[0:29:04 - 0:29:10] ▶

there's a a change happening here i think the current administration is really actively trying to

[0:29:10 - 0:29:19] ▶

get their hands on the reins of the situation yeah whereas every other administration has been

[0:29:20 - 0:29:26] ▶

kept so much out of the loop that they they didn't even have a shot at grabbing the reins

[0:29:26 - 0:29:32] ▶

they because they were either you know senior in the military or in the government and and just

[0:31:28 - 0:31:33] ▶

couldn't uh couldn't do it uh intelligence officials um and then uh there were a couple people that was a

[0:31:33 - 0:31:41] ▶

few people actually who ultimately decided that it would be too dangerous for them to speak up about

[0:31:41 - 0:31:47] ▶

what they know um the one that always stays in my head is uh is a uh someone who's um part of the

[0:31:47 - 0:31:54] ▶

special forces community who was who was gonna do an interview and talk about what he had learned and

[0:31:54 - 0:31:59] ▶

and then ultimately uh he used very specific words that have stayed in my head he ultimately told me

[0:31:59 - 0:32:06] ▶

that after uh long conversations with his wife they both determined he would be forfeiting his life

[0:32:06 - 0:32:12] ▶

if he participated in the film and i always thought the use of the word forfeiting was very specific and

[0:32:12 - 0:32:18] ▶

you know terrifying yeah you know you you don't ever want to hear especially coming from a special

[0:32:19 - 0:32:26] ▶

forces guy yeah and and it almost the vibe i got when i first heard that was it was it was the kind

[0:32:26 - 0:32:32] ▶

of word choice that like made you think like someone else had said that to him you know like

[0:32:32 - 0:32:37] ▶

someone said you before for your life and then he's just using those words because it's such an unusual

[0:32:37 - 0:32:42] ▶

word choice you know um but uh you know put yourself in my shoes man like i i had i immediately was

[0:32:42 - 0:32:49] ▶

like well of course i definitely do not want you or me in any situation remotely like that you know

[0:32:49 - 0:32:55] ▶

so you know of course let's let's you know let's not do an interview and yeah you know i always made a

[0:32:55 - 0:33:00] ▶

point also of telling everyone i talked to um it's just the truth i would say hey i don't want to know

[0:33:00 - 0:33:06] ▶

anything i shouldn't know you know don't tell me don't cross any lines don't tell me anything that's

[0:33:06 - 0:33:11] ▶

classified don't tell me anything i as a you know just a member of the public shouldn't shouldn't know

[0:33:11 - 0:33:16] ▶

you know right um don't want to be in some crazy dangerous situation um you know there's there's a lot

[0:33:16 - 0:33:23] ▶

of information that people have on this topic from their work for the us government that they can

[0:33:23 - 0:33:29] ▶

lawfully talk about and that's that's that's where i wanted to live and i wanted this movie to to live

[0:33:29 - 0:33:35] ▶

you know and that stuff's fascinating enough um it also does beg the question though of like what's

[0:33:35 - 0:33:40] ▶

on the other side of that line because what what's revealed in my film is shocking you know people

[0:33:40 - 0:33:46] ▶

senior telling officials talking about recoveries of crafts of non-human origin and bodies of not you

[0:33:46 - 0:33:51] ▶

know non-human bodies being in these crashes and um talking about the extent of the cover-up uh it's

[0:33:51 - 0:33:57] ▶

also mind-blowing it just makes you it's impossible not to get your wheels spinning on what's what's on

[0:33:57 - 0:34:02] ▶

the other side of that line you know like if if this is what they can lawfully share what's the stuff

[0:34:02 - 0:34:06] ▶

they can't lawfully share yet you know like that's that's pretty wild when you go down that rabbit hole

[0:34:06 - 0:34:12] ▶

thinking of what the possibilities are yeah so after everything what is your high high level 30 000

[0:34:12 - 0:34:19] ▶

foot view of what this phenomena actually is oof look i think i think it's been made pretty clear to me

[0:34:19 - 0:34:29] ▶

that we're not dealing with one non-human intelligent life that we're dealing with um

[0:34:29 - 0:34:34] ▶

multiple multiple forms of intelligent life from multiple origins and you know essentially the universe

[0:34:34 - 0:34:43] ▶

is full of life and so extraterrestrials i think i think i think all things are on the table i think it

[0:34:43 - 0:34:48] ▶

could be extraterrestrials and i think this concept of uh interdimensional beings uh as fantastical as

[0:34:48 - 0:34:56] ▶

that sounds uh could be one of the other possibilities of origin um there's also the possibility of

[0:34:56 - 0:35:03] ▶

there being other intelligent life that's been here all along and that earth has been the home to

[0:35:05 - 0:35:10] ▶

from you know home for to the beginning since the future humans uh human time travelers i i i guess i

[0:35:10 - 0:35:17] ▶

guess it's it'd be foolish at this point to take anything off the table you know yeah but um

[0:35:17 - 0:35:22] ▶

you know one of the most interesting things to me about the the grays that you see in close

[0:35:24 - 0:35:29] ▶

encounters and in all the media lore is that they're they're bipedal upright walking hominids

[0:35:29 - 0:35:36] ▶

with two eyes two legs two arms fingers toes and uh

[0:35:36 - 0:35:40] ▶

that's that's us like if if life were to evolve on any other goldilocks planet

[0:35:40 - 0:35:49] ▶

with different atmosphere different gravity different chemical makeup maybe a whole entire

[0:35:50 - 0:35:56] ▶

water world with no land what are the chances it's going to evolve to be so similar to us

[0:35:56 - 0:36:01] ▶

i mean i'm not smart enough to know the answer but i'm sure it's not i mean i've talked to

[0:36:02 - 0:36:06] ▶

anthropologists who look at this stuff and they say it's very very low probability it's it's it's

[0:36:06 - 0:36:10] ▶

fascinating yeah and then you have you know people like um who was it timber chet that said there was

[0:36:10 - 0:36:16] ▶

underwater bases just he's casually walking down the street yeah they're underwater bases they're down

[0:36:16 - 0:36:21] ▶

there no tim look tim's tim's a great guy and um yeah he's great he's really uh he's really on top of

[0:36:21 - 0:36:27] ▶

this issue the him and some of his colleagues in in on the house side of congress that are really on

[0:36:27 - 0:36:35] ▶

top of this it's like it's him uh anna luna from florida um burleson from missouri moscowicz from

[0:36:35 - 0:36:42] ▶

florida uh carson from indianapolis um that's that's like a short list of people that are really on top

[0:36:42 - 0:36:48] ▶

of it and trying to share what they can tim you know tim i saw that that too and i've talked to him

[0:36:48 - 0:36:54] ▶

about it uh how does he know that multiple leaders um in the navy in the u.s navy you know

[0:36:54 - 0:37:01] ▶

ranging from admirals to um naval intelligence officials have told congress about craft moving

[0:37:01 - 0:37:09] ▶

at impossible speeds under the water past our submarines and um so much so that they tim gallaudet

[0:37:09 - 0:37:17] ▶

tim's one of those people yeah um so much so that they they're they're making the logical conclusion

[0:37:17 - 0:37:24] ▶

that they're that there's bases and um it's crazy it's crazy man you know um apparently you know i'm

[0:37:24 - 0:37:34] ▶

no naval expert so if there's people listening who you know know i'm off on this that that's fine but

[0:37:34 - 0:37:39] ▶

apparently our submarines uh can only go like 40 or 50 miles an hour and these things are going hundreds of

[0:37:39 - 0:37:47] ▶

miles right um there was one that was that was tracked in aguadilla right in puerto rico that they

[0:37:47 - 0:37:56] ▶

said was going like 500 miles per hour under the ocean or something insane it's crazy yeah it's

[0:37:56 - 0:38:01] ▶

absolutely crazy i mean look the reason why jay stratton was the one who changed um using but you

[0:38:01 - 0:38:09] ▶

know he's the reason we no longer use the word ufo right because that's son of a

[0:38:09 - 0:38:13] ▶

bitch i got a phone to pick with him about that no i think he was right though because

[0:38:13 - 0:38:17] ▶

ufo stands for unidentified flying object right and he knew early on that a lot of this activity is

[0:38:17 - 0:38:24] ▶

happening in our oceans and in space where you're not flying right right and so unidentified anomalous

[0:38:24 - 0:38:30] ▶

phenomena became the the the catch-all yeah for ufo better though yeah ufo is catchy but here's the

[0:38:30 - 0:38:38] ▶

other reason they did it is ufo has this this cultural stigma it makes people giggle and not

[0:38:38 - 0:38:43] ▶

take it serious right and and and and sort of uh changing the optics helped help the conversation

[0:38:43 - 0:38:50] ▶

yeah uap is like the suit and tie version of it yeah the suit and tie version yeah that's another wild

[0:38:50 - 0:38:55] ▶

thing that came out of my interviews um a number of the officials including a senior cia official uh

[0:38:55 - 0:39:00] ▶

jim semivan um talked about how the program that that has gate kept this the legacy program that is

[0:39:00 - 0:39:08] ▶

gate kept this since the 40s they created the stigma around this topic in the late 40s early 50s

[0:39:08 - 0:39:14] ▶

as like a security wrapper as a security system like pretty smart idea like you don't want people

[0:39:14 - 0:39:18] ▶

looking into something put put it into society that put this idea into society that you're a wacky

[0:39:18 - 0:39:25] ▶

person if you look into it you're nuts you'll have your reputation ruined um like a couple movies

[0:39:25 - 0:39:29] ▶

about it yeah fund some movies making it look silly and no one will take it serious no one will

[0:39:29 - 0:39:34] ▶

want to look into it no real journalists will want to go look into it if the media is not paying

[0:39:34 - 0:39:38] ▶

attention to it then the public's not paying attention it's kind of it's kind of genius but

[0:39:38 - 0:39:41] ▶

but the problem is it got compounded over the years by you know multiple generations and then it got to

[0:39:41 - 0:39:48] ▶

the point where you know the average person just thought it was a you know it's like talking about big

[0:39:48 - 0:39:54] ▶

foot you know it's ridiculous and um and the average scientist didn't think it was real and so the

[0:39:54 - 0:40:01] ▶

stigma is a couple of officials in my film talk about how this stigma that was created originally

[0:40:01 - 0:40:06] ▶

with a national security intention of you know keeping it secret while while they figured out

[0:40:06 - 0:40:11] ▶

what was going on it's grown into this new national security threat where you know we could be falling

[0:40:11 - 0:40:17] ▶

behind in this technology race because our scientific community doesn't even know it's real as a result

[0:40:17 - 0:40:21] ▶

of the stigma so big a big mission for people in my film when when i talk to them you know off camera

[0:40:21 - 0:40:28] ▶

about why why what was driving them to want to participate in the film one of the big reasons

[0:40:28 - 0:40:32] ▶

was to put an end to this antiquated bullshit stigma around this topic and to make sure people just

[0:40:32 - 0:40:39] ▶

simply understand that it's a real situation that it's a valid area of inquiry and um yeah this the

[0:40:39 - 0:40:46] ▶

stigma you know and the stigma led to you know jay stratton talks in the film about how uh when you try to

[0:40:46 - 0:40:52] ▶

raise you know this issue up the flagpole within the government right um he was constantly faced

[0:40:52 - 0:40:57] ▶

with the stigma and then the people who've been covering this up have weaponized the stigma you

[0:40:57 - 0:41:03] ▶

know if uh for so many stories of high level navy fighter pilots who see something in the air that's

[0:41:03 - 0:41:10] ▶

indisputably not from here and before they can make an official report somebody from the legacy program

[0:41:10 - 0:41:17] ▶

approaches them you know basically like makes jokes makes them uncomfortable says things like

[0:41:17 - 0:41:24] ▶

hey where are we going to send the tinfoil hats you know like how right you know what's going to be

[0:41:24 - 0:41:28] ▶

your nickname now that kind of stuff you know like where where where you could really quickly see how a

[0:41:28 - 0:41:32] ▶

senior fighter pilot would just be like you know what i'm just not going to report this i don't need

[0:41:32 - 0:41:36] ▶

this bullshit you know and so they weaponize it dude there's a crazy a great um story in annie

[0:41:36 - 0:41:42] ▶

jacobson's book area 51 where she explains how uh when the cia first started test flying their first

[0:41:42 - 0:41:51] ▶

jet propelled airplanes in i forget what year it was super early uh they would send the cia test

[0:41:51 - 0:41:59] ▶

pilots up with gorilla masks in the cockpits so in the case they got into visual distance with a

[0:41:59 - 0:42:04] ▶

commercial aircraft they'd wear their gorilla mask wow so if someone they tried to go to the bar later

[0:42:04 - 0:42:09] ▶

be like yo i saw this airplane powered by jets that's crazy oh yeah who was flying it a gorilla

[0:42:09 - 0:42:14] ▶

like throwing a curveball into the story that's crazy yeah dude that's wild yeah so imagine man

[0:42:15 - 0:42:22] ▶

imagine if that was that was probably what the 40s they were doing doing that 60s imagine what they're

[0:42:22 - 0:42:28] ▶

doing now bro dude that's crazy that is crazy that is wild so this legacy program

[0:42:28 - 0:42:35] ▶

is this a monolithic program or is there factions of this i think

[0:42:35 - 0:42:41] ▶

well how do you those two choices you you just laid out how do you how do you define those differently

[0:42:44 - 0:42:50] ▶

so you talk in the movie you hear about the legacy program you hear other people talk about the legacy

[0:42:50 - 0:42:54] ▶

program on the internet it sounds like this big model how people talk about the cia oh yeah how the cia

[0:42:54 - 0:42:59] ▶

is this big monolith so it's not that in that um i learned pretty quickly you know leadership of the

[0:42:59 - 0:43:05] ▶

cia doesn't necessarily know about this you know the director of the cia it's a political political

[0:43:05 - 0:43:09] ▶

point they're there for they could be there for four years you know eight years whatever the cia is

[0:43:09 - 0:43:13] ▶

thousands and thousands of employees yeah and so someone reveals in my film that it's the head of

[0:43:13 - 0:43:19] ▶

science and technology at the cia that controls this topic it's one person who could be there for a long

[0:43:19 - 0:43:23] ▶

time and there's there's career bureaucrats at um within the air force and within the department of

[0:43:23 - 0:43:30] ▶

energy uh that really run the legacy program's interest in this that's my understanding of the

[0:43:30 - 0:43:40] ▶

situation from all my interviews uh it's not but my what i'm saying is like is the legacy program

[0:43:40 - 0:43:47] ▶

one big program in one inside of one umbrella underneath one company or is it multiple companies

[0:43:47 - 0:43:56] ▶

so it's all kinds of things multiple companies all working together is the best all working together

[0:43:56 - 0:44:00] ▶

yeah not competing no so from from you know what i what what the big takeaway was from all my interviews

[0:44:00 - 0:44:08] ▶

is that the cia acts as the quarterback of all this the cia acts as the operational command

airplanes and they have the warehouses the the hangars they can they can do the retrievals right and then

the defense contractors are used for reverse engineering they are only given um you know certain

[0:44:32 - 0:44:42] ▶

technology and tasked with certain you know reverse engineering work and then the department of energy

[0:44:42 - 0:44:48] ▶

um is apparently a key player in the situation because they have the best experts on um technology

[0:44:48 - 0:44:57] ▶

that um gives off great amounts of energy and anything related to creation yeah and and they you know

[0:44:57 - 0:45:06] ▶

own own the space of anything related to nuclear technology and a lot of the uap activity is at sites

[0:45:06 - 0:45:12] ▶

involved in the nuclear process ranging from nuclear weapons sites to uranium mines to you know processing

[0:45:12 - 0:45:20] ▶

centers um so they they also have a classification system that allows to keep all of this um extremely

[0:45:20 - 0:45:31] ▶

secret uh that they get to you know use the classification system that was designed for anything nuclear

[0:45:31 - 0:45:38] ▶

right so the classification system that they go by is like outside of the intelligence community's

[0:45:38 - 0:45:45] ▶

classification system it's even more more secret did you talk to anybody that worked for any of these

[0:45:45 - 0:45:52] ▶

private industry companies like any of these private military industrial complex companies none of

[0:45:52 - 0:45:57] ▶

no one from any of the defense contractors would would uh would participate did you talk sorry i did i

talked to a couple people that used to work for some of the key players on the defense contracting

side they would not go on camera but they helped inform me of the the lay of the land gave me give me

insight people who were i mean those those meetings were interesting they'd be in person and be told to leave

[0:46:18 - 0:46:26] ▶

my cell phone at home and yeah really yeah no way with the defense contractors yeah yeah no way of uh

cell phones can be tracked did you talk to any of the cia science and technology folks no did you try to

[0:46:37 - 0:46:45] ▶

i didn't because um a number of the people in my film made it clear to me that uh those folks you know

[0:46:46 - 0:46:54] ▶

know slam the door on even them when they were inside of government you know so um

[0:46:54 - 0:47:00] ▶

you know jay jay stratton when he was running the uap task force uh he figured out who the key

[0:47:01 - 0:47:08] ▶

gatekeeper was at the cia and um he went to go to talk to him literally knocked on his door and uh

[0:47:08 - 0:47:16] ▶

he wanted to see if he could get some answers to some of his big questions and um you know he knew

[0:47:16 - 0:47:26] ▶

that this person had 80 years of of knowledge you know and uh essentially just legitimately like

[0:47:26 - 0:47:32] ▶

literally had the door slammed in his face wow yeah and another crazy thing is a lot of these people

[0:47:32 - 0:47:38] ▶

at cia who are in charge of science and technology or other levels of cia spookiness they all end up in

[0:47:38 - 0:47:46] ▶

the private sector like one of the most recent directors of science and technology for like

[0:47:46 - 0:47:51] ▶

seven or ten years now works at the mitre corporation so there's this adult revolving door

[0:47:51 - 0:47:56] ▶

with the cia and these giant private contractors yeah yeah and they know the contractors know that

[0:47:57 - 0:48:04] ▶

these people have top secret access to shit and they're going to bring all that with them which is

[0:48:04 - 0:48:07] ▶

why they can get these insanely high salaries when they move there yeah it's a which is a form of

[0:48:07 - 0:48:13] ▶

corruption you know it's a flawed system so and then the other question is how do these where are

[0:48:13 - 0:48:18] ▶

they getting all the money to do this stuff well you know as as dave grush testified to congress about

[0:48:18 - 0:48:27] ▶

and as a number of the officials in my film say um there's been a misappropriation of funds you know

[0:48:27 - 0:48:33] ▶

money that's supposed to go to one thing that actually goes to to this uh on top of that i have

[0:48:33 - 0:48:39] ▶

been told that there's a lot of um uh off book funding from the public sector uh wealthy just wealthy

[0:48:39 - 0:48:47] ▶

people who uh are providing funding for certain uh technology uh reverse engineering work the hopes that

[0:48:47 - 0:48:55] ▶

they'll get some they'll they'll get the benefit down the line from some techno technological breakthrough

[0:48:55 - 0:49:00] ▶

that's been gleamed you know um it's a lot of money out there in the world you know um

[0:49:00 - 0:49:05] ▶

and look the thing you know people will take one of the things people take away from the movie

[0:49:09 - 0:49:12] ▶

is that all of these folks who have been involved in covering this up they've they've all had their

[0:49:13 - 0:49:20] ▶

reasons for doing so you know that's why i keep saying it's not a black and white situation you know

[0:49:20 - 0:49:24] ▶

um some of these people you know likely if you you know if you if you put a gun to the head of people

[0:49:24 - 0:49:32] ▶

with in the cia that have touched this over the years likely they would honestly say that they think

[0:49:33 - 0:49:38] ▶

they're doing the right thing you know that they think yeah sure we are in a uh we are in a technology

[0:49:38 - 0:49:45] ▶

race with adversaries and so um the best course of action ultimately is to not share with the public

what we know and don't know because that also will tell our adversaries that's they might just

[0:49:54 - 0:49:58] ▶

come out that's where they come out on it you know and i i don't think that any of these people are

[0:49:58 - 0:50:03] ▶

villains i really don't i just think it's a complicated situation and there's no easy answer

[0:50:03 - 0:50:07] ▶

um but i do think the same time that we've gotten to a place where we would benefit from the basic facts

[0:50:08 - 0:50:17] ▶

being known i do not think that a president or any leader of our country should step to the microphone

[0:50:17 - 0:50:22] ▶

and literally say everything we know and don't know like that's pretty stupid when we're in it when

[0:50:22 - 0:50:27] ▶

we're in a race with adversaries but i think the base facts that we're not alone in the universe

[0:50:27 - 0:50:32] ▶

that the us government has in fact retrieved technology of non-human origin that adversaries

[0:50:33 - 0:50:39] ▶

have as well and that we are in this technology race those base facts can be comfortably shared and

[0:50:39 - 0:50:45] ▶

what i think it will do is i think it will motivate the scientific community and private industry and

[0:50:45 - 0:50:51] ▶

academia to really lean into this and i think it will lead to a whole error of technological

[0:50:51 - 0:50:58] ▶

breakthroughs that we wouldn't otherwise get to yeah and then you have the whole conflict with like

[0:50:58 - 0:51:03] ▶

the energy like if we can cut if we have this ability to have free clean energy around the world and

[0:51:04 - 0:51:10] ▶

it's been it's been covered up and hidden for this long this is going to disrupt the whole petroleum

[0:51:10 - 0:51:15] ▶

industry which is like you know the whole world is propped up on oil right so we've been hiding free

[0:51:15 - 0:51:22] ▶

energy but the energy source thing goes back to my point where i think some of these some of these

[0:51:22 - 0:51:26] ▶

people involved in gatekeeping this yeah that it's the it's the race we're in with adversaries that

[0:51:26 - 0:51:31] ▶

they worry about so if you look at the the technology it these crafts are it's revealed in my film how

[0:51:31 - 0:51:38] ▶

these craft are working essentially right um they are tapping into an energy source that we are

[0:51:38 - 0:51:44] ▶

currently not tapping into right and whether that is so-called free energy you know zero point energy

[0:51:44 - 0:51:51] ▶

or whether it's um using quantum entanglement to bring large amounts of energy from somewhere else

[0:51:51 - 0:51:57] ▶

to to that area whichever way they're achieving creating this much energy in a localized area

[0:51:57 - 0:52:03] ▶

they're warping space time in a localized area they're creating um with the scientists in my film

[0:52:03 - 0:52:08] ▶

uh described as a bubble around the craft and that separates the craft from the environment around

[0:52:08 - 0:52:14] ▶

it it allows it to do things um that you know this is kind of what bob lazar described right in his

[0:52:14 - 0:52:20] ▶

film he did he did describes yeah it allowed it allows the craft to operate in a way that looks like

it's defying physics as we know it but it's not defined physics as we know it it's working within

down the road is the the point is yes that could if we figure that out if it becomes known to mankind

theory it could revolutionize the way we live but the people who have been you know gatekeeping this

information would also say it it could be used by a bad actor very easily to deliver a weapon of mass

destruction in the blink of an eye and that's a terrifying thought and so see how it's it's not black it's not a black

or white situation yes it could solve the energy crisis but you know a bad actor in his garage could

[0:53:05 - 0:53:11] ▶

make you know a weapon of mass destruction all of a sudden right that's absolutely terrifying so you

know again the people who have been involved in this would say that's the only reason you need to just

[0:53:17 - 0:53:22] ▶

keep it locked down and keep it quiet right that's all you're like crazy hypothetical situation imagine

[0:53:22 - 0:53:29] ▶

some of the people that are on the boards of these private industry companies also like own a huge stake in

[0:53:29 - 0:53:34] ▶

oil companies too they're like if i get this out i'm going to lose billions of dollars so i'm just

[0:53:34 - 0:53:39] ▶

going to keep a secret for as long as i can and hold the gun to the head of every government around

[0:53:39 - 0:53:44] ▶

the world knowing that if i wanted to i could like it seems like this stuff there's a lot of weaponized

[0:53:44 - 0:53:50] ▶

it could be more powerful than every military around the world and every government combined

[0:53:50 - 0:53:56] ▶

yeah i mean you don't right now generally speaking my understanding is that you you essentially need

[0:53:56 - 0:54:04] ▶

to be a nation state to have the means to build nuclear weapons if the if this technology and the

[0:54:04 - 0:54:12] ▶

ability to tap into energy like this was made public you do not need to be a nation state you could

[0:54:12 - 0:54:16] ▶

literally be a bad actor in your garage in middle america and you could make something as destructive as

[0:54:16 - 0:54:22] ▶

a nuclear weapon you could be a rogue breakaway military that's more powerful than any nation state

[0:54:22 - 0:54:27] ▶

you could yeah or do you want this ending up in the hands of like terrorists like you know imagine

[0:54:27 - 0:54:33] ▶

cartels get free energy weapons and ufos it's crazy but so when you when you talk about this then you

quickly start to realize you know no matter how much people like us who grew up you know watching

close encounters and et and interest in this would like to know the truth and and and learn about it all

yeah you quickly get to like having to be honest and understand why these people have kept this all

have um i mean just look at the boeing shit with the boeing whistleblowers with the whole boeing lawsuit

are you did you follow that at all yeah it was all these people that were like in line to go in front

of congress or give their testimony just like you know killing themselves by shooting themselves in the

they could think the government could really stop them if four-star generals can't get access to the

[0:57:59 - 0:58:03] ▶

secret programs what's going to stop them from building attaching a nuke to a tick tock

maybe but look i think i think there could be an attempt to to but i don't think i think this stuff

makes nuclear weapons obsolete though well not obsolete but just it's just they're just superior it would

create superior weapons yeah um so anyway like i mean look maybe how's right maybe he's wrong but his

his outlook is that um because this technology could be so revolutionary to the way we live and because um

the truth about all this could could could in in theory unite humanity it could make it could make

all of humanity realize that we have more in common than than than we have differences right and um

[0:58:43 - 0:58:50] ▶

because there's potential for all this positive outcome he thinks that the best thing is to do

[0:58:50 - 0:58:56] ▶

a level set with the public and make this a humanitarian issue where we figure out as a whole

[0:58:57 - 0:59:03] ▶

how to deal with it um now look that might just not be in the cards that might not be possible the dynamics

[0:59:04 - 0:59:11] ▶

might not the dynamics between us and our adversaries might not allow for that but it's um it's certainly

[0:59:11 - 0:59:20] ▶

um in my opinion the most interesting time to be alive because some some some amount of the truth

[0:59:20 - 0:59:28] ▶

is is coming out right now you know my film makes it clear that there has in fact been a cover-up of

[0:59:28 - 0:59:34] ▶

non-human intelligent life this technology does exist and now we have you know we had a president put this

[0:59:34 - 0:59:39] ▶

put this uh disclosure directive in motion and so it's it's playing out right now we'll we'll see you

know um and also why haven't we seen do they plan on using any of this stuff on the battlefield

you know that's an interesting point i'm glad you brought that up someone someone really senior that

um when when he formed a confidential relationship with someone in the leadership of the legacy program

win a war or prevent a war and uh the answer quickly was no that we would not we would not show this card

the last thing the last card that we played basically um and the idea being that the reason being once

once you show this card then again you're showing your adversaries what you know and don't know and you're

you're you're opening this giant can of worms and you're telling the public we got this and

[1:00:49 - 1:00:52] ▶

um and i remember when i was told that and i was that was that was pretty mind-blowing um

so now i don't think i don't think it's been i don't think it's been used did they give you any

[1:01:00 - 1:01:05] ▶

idea of how they could weaponize it uh yeah i mean if you you know as described in the film you know you

create a bubble and if you warp space time in a localized area you can create a bubble around anything a craft

uh you know a weapon of mass destruction anything so like the way you the way you could use it is i

think pretty pretty clear it's a so you can move a move of a weapon from point a to point b instantaneously

yeah or a craft with weapons on it yeah right um i mean if you go from if you can go from

if you can travel great distances in the blink of an eye then

yeah that's how you do it what do you what do you i'm just i'm curious you've talked a lot about this

topic like where where would you come out and when you when you start talking about the ways that this

[1:01:50 - 1:01:55] ▶

technology can be used you know for bad but then you know solve the energy crisis sounds awesome right

um where do you come at it do you think do you think it's possible to to make it a humanitarian issue

and and figure it out with our allies and adversaries at a high level or do you think that ultimately

game and people's you know gamemanship will come in and geopolitics will come in and i think

[1:02:11 - 1:02:17] ▶

ultimately there's probably so many layers above this and above the so many layers above not only the

[1:02:17 - 1:02:24] ▶

politicians and the cia but above that you have like this this decentralized mafia layer and banking

[1:02:24 - 1:02:36] ▶

layer that controls all them and probably own some of these corporations and own these politicians

[1:02:36 - 1:02:41] ▶

and control everything that happens and that just like work behind the curtain and um it's hard to

[1:02:41 - 1:02:50] ▶

be optimistic that like humanity can rise up and overthrow that you know especially with the like all this

[1:02:50 - 1:02:57] ▶

epstein stuff that's come out that like basically shows how these people work behind the scenes and that

[1:02:57 - 1:03:03] ▶

like politicians are basically like fake stand-ins um yeah you know again i hope like dave grush was when he

[1:03:03 - 1:03:14] ▶

came out and did that and all these congressional hearings started happening like it gave me a lot of hope

[1:03:14 - 1:03:20] ▶

like you know maybe we can see shine they can shine just enough light to get people because now i i will say this

[1:03:20 - 1:03:28] ▶

at least now the ufo topic in general i don't think it's stigmatized anymore it's completely out of the bag

that's a completely normal thing for everyone to talk about right yeah i actually think that's the

thing i'm most proud of uh with my film with the edge of disclosure is i really think it puts the nail

in the coffin for the stigma we all know everybody knows ufos are real you can't watch that film and

and not be like okay this is a hundred percent yeah a hundred percent so what's the next level

of that you know like where where does that move to next the the thing is when there is this gap in

knowledge people are just going to fill it with whatever they're going to fill it with whatever they

want to believe they're going to fill it with aliens extraterrestrials uh time traveling humans

[1:04:05 - 1:04:10] ▶

uh angels and demons religious stuff and again that stuff it's like there's factions it seems like

[1:04:11 - 1:04:18] ▶

in the intelligence and military communities that all have different views on this stuff like there's

[1:04:19 - 1:04:25] ▶

people that are in the military and in intelligence and in higher levels of government who think that

[1:04:25 - 1:04:30] ▶

it's like angel jd vance said that yeah he thinks they're angels and demons no people are applying

[1:04:30 - 1:04:36] ▶

their their belief systems to it which is not surprising you know and that's what happens when they

[1:04:36 - 1:04:40] ▶

don't give when the when the people in charge don't give a definitive analysis yeah they just sort

[1:04:40 - 1:04:46] ▶

of like here's this crazy do with it what you will that's why i really do think we need the equivalent

[1:04:46 - 1:04:51] ▶

of kennedy's space race speech that he gave at rice university like just that that level set of we have

[1:04:51 - 1:04:58] ▶

retrieved craft actual aircraft like technology not spiritual stuff technology of non-human origin and so

[1:04:58 - 1:05:06] ▶

have our adversaries and our allies and there is this race and we need to win this race for the following

[1:05:06 - 1:05:11] ▶

reasons right just like that kind of a level set i think that will take it out of all this like

[1:05:11 - 1:05:16] ▶

guessing game of what it is and just make it a real thing for people um the reason i think this the

[1:05:16 - 1:05:22] ▶

the space race analogy is so great too is like think about it like there's probably a lot of people

[1:05:22 - 1:05:29] ▶

at that time you know throughout the country that the idea like if you were to go up to them prior to

[1:05:29 - 1:05:34] ▶

kennedy's speech and say you know the moon the thing up in the sky there we're gonna go there

[1:05:34 - 1:05:38] ▶

they would laugh at you and be like that sounds crazy you know like in the context of that time

[1:05:38 - 1:05:42] ▶

it probably sounds crazy right right but then a president you know and other leaders in the country

[1:05:42 - 1:05:48] ▶

saying that that's a real thing that can happen and we're gonna make it a national priority it made it

[1:05:48 - 1:05:54] ▶

like an accepted idea that that's possible you know and then people put their brain power towards

[1:05:55 - 1:06:00] ▶

it so i think like that that's sort of a level set with the american public is i think what we're gonna

[1:06:00 - 1:06:06] ▶

get and i think we'll get it relatively soon um what was how and eric davis what was their view

[1:06:06 - 1:06:13] ▶

on what this stuff was did they have like a singular view or was do they think it was a no they think

[1:06:13 - 1:06:19] ▶

they think it's a you know for lack of better words like a like a smorgasbord of like uh yeah

possibilities um the you know interdimensional extraterrestrial um ultra terrestrial uh yeah

might have been there might be a species that has been here all along and some at some point

essentially you know on on uh unexplored um yeah i mean antarctica is just like a big mystery box

you know hide great place to hide and you could an entire species could have you know could could be

[1:07:04 - 1:07:09] ▶

under under the ice in arcan we'd have no idea we're we're in a little bubble you know i mean it

could be like literally i mean i'm making a joke here but i mean like you watch a movie like black panther and

you're like you know what it's an entire advanced species that's coexisted alongside humanity right

they've developed ahead of us they have technology that we don't have they're worried about our our

[1:07:27 - 1:07:33] ▶

our our blossoming you know technological advancements right and they don't want us to end up having

[1:07:33 - 1:07:39] ▶

their technology because it could destroy the world right you're like hmm all right very familiar story

[1:07:39 - 1:07:44] ▶

yeah um so you know look there's a lot of possibilities the the only thing that's certain

[1:07:44 - 1:07:50] ▶

is that um you know a number of people my film know as a fact from their from their work with the

[1:07:50 - 1:07:57] ▶

government that crafts of non-human origin have indeed crashed or been caused to crash and we have

[1:07:57 - 1:08:04] ▶

recovered them it's tangible technology and in some cases there's been non-human beings in these crafts

[1:08:04 - 1:08:11] ▶

and um you know the other thing is you know they say people say it in my film but uh

[1:08:11 - 1:08:17] ▶

there there is indisputable video evidence that exists it's just classified so you know the best we

[1:08:19 - 1:08:26] ▶

can get now is is credible people have you seen any of it i have not seen anything that's classified no

[1:08:26 - 1:08:31] ▶

um but the best we can get now is people who have great reputations putting their credibility on the

[1:08:31 - 1:08:40] ▶

line saying on camera i have seen with my own eyes yeah craft of non-human origin i have seen

[1:08:40 - 1:08:47] ▶

non-human beings i have seen evidence that is classified that that is indisputable like that's

[1:08:47 - 1:08:53] ▶

the best we can get now yeah until they can leave until that information can legally be those videos

[1:08:53 - 1:08:58] ▶

and photos can legally be shared well the best you can get is someone credible putting their rep on the

[1:08:58 - 1:09:03] ▶

line saying i have seen that with my voice it exists right and so that's that's where we are now and

[1:09:03 - 1:09:07] ▶

i think in this age of disclosure we're living and i think we will eventually get to some of that stuff

[1:09:07 - 1:09:13] ▶

being being unclassified and and shared with some kind of thoughtful context and it seems like these

[1:09:13 - 1:09:18] ▶

things have the certainly have the ability to uh make themselves visible or not at will you know i think

[1:09:18 - 1:09:25] ▶

one of the interesting things uh you and rogan were talking about on his podcast which was a great analogy i

[1:09:25 - 1:09:31] ▶

thought um how taking a photo of fish under the water the water basically like warps and occludes and

[1:09:31 - 1:09:38] ▶

blurs out the fish you can barely see it because there's this layer yeah right of elements between

[1:09:38 - 1:09:43] ▶

you and the fish yes and like the same thing with these ufos like if they're creating some sort of a

[1:09:43 - 1:09:47] ▶

gravity bubble around them or something or warping space-time around them it's going to be

[1:09:47 - 1:09:52] ▶

like essentially cloakable yeah so people always say you know the the average person always says well if

[1:09:52 - 1:09:59] ▶

these things are out there how come no one's ever gotten a good video um with their iphone everyone's

[1:09:59 - 1:10:04] ▶

got a 4k camera in their pocket yeah everyone has a 4k camera in their pocket but it's the same reason

why everyone with a 4k camera in their pocket can't get clear video of fish under the ocean from above

the ocean it's not possible you know right if you're if you if if you know the koi pond uh analogy if you

if you stand above a koi pond and you see the fish down there with your your naked eye and you take out your

[1:10:23 - 1:10:28] ▶

iphone you try to film them it's going to look all distorted because you're literally filming

[1:10:28 - 1:10:32] ▶

through a barrier you know a different medium there's the the top of the water you know you're

[1:10:32 - 1:10:38] ▶

above the water they're they're below the water line exactly and and so it's the same thing here if

[1:10:38 - 1:10:43] ▶

you try video filming these things um from outside the bubble that they've created the bubble around

[1:10:43 - 1:10:49] ▶

them then you're just trying to you're trying to film through a space-time barrier essentially right

you're never going to get anything more than the kind of footage we get now right um but at the same

[1:10:54 - 1:11:00] ▶

time i've been told that there is video evidence that exists at a classified level of these craft

when the bubble is turned off where you can see clear as day the craft and that's the stuff that

[1:11:09 - 1:11:18] ▶

people my film have seen and go on the record saying exists um it's very clear cut uh indisputable i've

[1:11:18 - 1:11:27] ▶

heard from folks that i've had on this podcast who are like the most tapped in dorkiest ufo dorks

[1:11:27 - 1:11:36] ▶

ever okay who really study this stuff uh that out of all the agencies

[1:11:37 - 1:11:42] ▶

mm-hmm that look at the ufo topic the one that knows the most about everything is the navy and the

[1:11:42 - 1:11:50] ▶

under there's there's this pro um this agency called the i think it's the u in r or nro something it's

[1:11:50 - 1:11:59] ▶

like the underwater nro like the national reconnaissance office of the ocean and like

[1:11:59 - 1:12:05] ▶

if we see so many of these things coming out of the oceans all the time and we have i mean

[1:12:06 - 1:12:12] ▶

historical evidence back into like the beginning of written history of these things coming out of

[1:12:12 - 1:12:16] ▶

the ocean like what have these nuclear submarine pilots seen or like detected on their radars i

[1:12:16 - 1:12:25] ▶

wonder because you don't hear a lot about that probably a lot probably a lot look i do think

[1:12:25 - 1:12:30] ▶

the navy knows a lot for sure um you know jay stratton who ran the uap task force and who co-created

[1:12:30 - 1:12:39] ▶

awsap with caskey which became you know a tip he comes from naval intelligence a very senior naval

[1:12:39 - 1:12:47] ▶

intelligence official um but i do i do believe him and and his colleagues who i've gotten to know well

[1:12:47 - 1:12:53] ▶

when they say that despite the navy having learned a lot they are still um boxed out by the legacy program

[1:12:54 - 1:13:04] ▶

and they are still like you know on their own parallel path to to figure this all out i think

they collect a lot of data though yeah like a lot of data at a classified level there's got to be so

much more under the water look i was just to guess yeah i would guess there'd be so much more because

you can't obviously you can't take a photo i don't think that they have cameras outside their

submarines they can take photos of stuff but i'm sure they have some sort of ways of detecting it no stuff

they're catching on sonar they're grabbing that data for right the the the the um

tim galladet told us a crazy story what's that about uh like a navy captain a submarine captain

who he talked to who explained uh they had like their signals going off inside their nuclear submarine

[1:13:43 - 1:13:52] ▶

somewhere in like the north atlantic or whatever of like an incoming something really fast like the

[1:13:52 - 1:13:56] ▶

as fast as a missile and uh it came up like really close behind them and it ended up being like

[1:13:56 - 1:14:03] ▶

way bigger than their submarine like 10 times bigger than their submarine and it just stopped on a dime

[1:14:03 - 1:14:08] ▶

and then vanished jesus that's fucking bananas now it's got to be so scary because you're a sitting

duck inside this metal tube in the middle of the ocean yeah i mean think back to you know for rough

[1:14:16 - 1:14:21] ▶

for for context like think back to movies like hunt for red october like those yeah claustrophobic

[1:14:21 - 1:14:27] ▶

like sardine can at the bottom right it's terrifying right right terrifying it makes me it makes me you

[1:14:27 - 1:14:33] ▶

know whenever we talk about the under the water activity it makes me think that maybe maybe james

[1:14:33 - 1:14:37] ▶

cameron was ahead of his time and yeah you know on to something um yeah the water stuff spooky

[1:14:37 - 1:14:43] ▶

abyss the abyss makes you rethink this you know um it is spooky the the people i've spoken to who

[1:14:43 - 1:14:52] ▶

have seen with their own eyes some of those kind of events it's all been uh on nuclear weapon sites i

[1:14:53 - 1:14:59] ▶

mean i've you know for example that um in my film one of the one of the interview subjects

[1:14:59 - 1:15:05] ▶

was a air force security guard at vanderburg air force base on the california coast i live in

[1:15:06 - 1:15:13] ▶

los angeles and this is just like a couple hours north of us right around santa barbara and he

[1:15:13 - 1:15:18] ▶

goes on the record on camera for the first time saying that he personally witnessed he was standing

[1:15:18 - 1:15:24] ▶

guard at a nuclear weapon site and sorry that was not a nuclear weapon site that was a member yeah it

[1:15:24 - 1:15:30] ▶

was it was it was a it was a missile site that's where their interceptor system is based yeah there

[1:15:30 - 1:15:34] ▶

in alaska exactly it was it was a missile site that he was guarding was not a nuclear weapon site

[1:15:34 - 1:15:38] ▶

but it was it was part of our uh defense system uh key part of our defense system as you said

[1:15:38 - 1:15:43] ▶

and um he said that him and a few other guards i think it might have been might have been six i

[1:15:43 - 1:15:48] ▶

can't remember off the top of my head it was either three or six but they saw a light approaching from

[1:15:48 - 1:15:53] ▶

the pacific ocean going towards the base at first they thought it was an airplane like heading towards

[1:15:53 - 1:15:57] ▶

the base which also concerned them but that's what they thought it was at first and then as it got

[1:15:57 - 1:16:02] ▶

closer like the size just completely changed and all of a sudden they saw a and the light went away and all of

[1:16:02 - 1:16:08] ▶

a sudden they saw a matte black giant object the size of a football field they scrapped as like to

[1:16:08 - 1:16:14] ▶

the left and to the right of their their jesus their eye line and he said that it slowed almost to a stop

[1:16:14 - 1:16:21] ▶

when it came above the base and then it kind of hovered above them for for i can't remember whether

[1:16:21 - 1:16:27] ▶

he said like 30 seconds or 60 seconds but short short while and he said they all just kind of stood

[1:16:27 - 1:16:32] ▶

there in awe staring at this thing processing this uh he said there was no lights no windows no visual

[1:16:32 - 1:16:38] ▶

you know visible means of propulsion it was just there this giant um rectangular object the size of

[1:16:38 - 1:16:45] ▶

a football field uh and then he said it took up took off thousands of miles an hour up the coast and um

[1:16:45 - 1:16:52] ▶

you know there was also the guy bob jacobs who bob jacobs is in the film he talked about they were

[1:16:53 - 1:17:00] ▶

sending dummy nukes up or something yeah same base vanderburg air force base decades prior um he's

[1:17:00 - 1:17:07] ▶

interviewed in the film as well he was a he was a cameraman for the air force his job was to film

[1:17:07 - 1:17:11] ▶

a missile test that was happening and um they shot a dummy missile up and they had it being filmed by a

[1:17:11 - 1:17:18] ▶

bunch of different cameras um just to study study it and uh while they were filming a uap

[1:17:18 - 1:17:25] ▶

uh and uh and then and then this uap just took off and it was all caught on camera and you know he was

[1:17:25 - 1:17:42] ▶

told you know never to talk about it and and you know essentially like wow dude threatened in a way um

[1:17:42 - 1:17:50] ▶

and how did they use nukes to try to like bait the ufos in yeah so that's one of the really fascinating

[1:17:50 - 1:17:56] ▶

things um that my interview subject shared and um a long time ago they realized folks involved in

[1:17:56 - 1:18:06] ▶

covering this up in the legacy program and in other you know areas like the navy uh they they they

[1:18:06 - 1:18:14] ▶

learned that nuclear footprints attract these things they're they're paying attention to our

[1:18:14 - 1:18:21] ▶

nuclear progress and to what we do with nuclear technology and so they started creating environments

[1:18:22 - 1:18:29] ▶

that would attract uap and lower them in and um then they could collect data and get get uh get

[1:18:29 - 1:18:38] ▶

information that would help them in their technology race i do believe that my understanding is some

[1:18:38 - 1:18:44] ▶

lines were crossed where they also cause some of these crashes they would lower them in and they would

[1:18:44 - 1:18:48] ▶

create circumstances that would cause some crashes which seems like a pretty risky decision um but uh at

[1:18:49 - 1:18:57] ▶

the same time i think um my understanding is that adversarial nations have done this and do this so that

[1:18:57 - 1:19:05] ▶

so if we don't do it then we would fall behind um again one of those like examples of this being a

[1:19:05 - 1:19:12] ▶

super complicated situation you know sort of damned if you do damned if you don't in any part of this whole

[1:19:12 - 1:19:18] ▶

conversation yeah right and uh i found that fascinating interestingly um i just learned through some

[1:19:18 - 1:19:26] ▶

of my relationships in the government right now that um some of the intelligence officials

[1:19:27 - 1:19:34] ▶

who have been tasked with identifying what evidence can be lawfully disclosed following president trump's

[1:19:35 - 1:19:43] ▶

directive some of them learned that various agencies and branches of the military had been

[1:19:43 - 1:19:52] ▶

luring these things in in the past and that they had figured out how to do that and these intelligence

[1:19:53 - 1:19:58] ▶

officials asked for a demonstration of that as recent as a couple weeks ago and apparently

[1:19:58 - 1:20:04] ▶

saw with their own eyes uap um i was told this in confidence uh by a couple people within the last

[1:20:04 - 1:20:12] ▶

couple weeks and then interestingly um congressman burleson um who also had learned this uh shared it on a

[1:20:12 - 1:20:19] ▶

podcast i think last week a few days ago um that he had heard the same thing

[1:20:19 - 1:20:23] ▶

uh so so it was some of the intelligence officials

[1:20:23 - 1:20:33] ▶

tasked by a member of the current cabinet to uncover evidence that can be declassified trump gives a

[1:20:36 - 1:20:45] ▶

directive we need to we need to identify what evidence exists that can be declassified right so

[1:20:45 - 1:20:50] ▶

then he tells certain cabinet members you know get on that right and then they have their teams go and

[1:20:50 - 1:20:57] ▶

shake those trees and in that process apparently um some of them were given a demonstration on how

[1:20:57 - 1:21:04] ▶

uap can be lured on how to lure them in yeah and apparently saw with their own eyes which was a game

[1:21:04 - 1:21:09] ▶

changer and burleson said this on a podcast yeah i i had heard this from multiple sources prior to

[1:21:09 - 1:21:14] ▶

burleson saying it on a podcast recently yeah within the last couple weeks wow and then it was three or four

[1:21:14 - 1:21:19] ▶

days ago congressman burleson said it on a podcast um i was just going to keep it to myself but then

[1:21:19 - 1:21:25] ▶

he you know he brought it up so there you go it's interesting how were they if that's true if that

[1:21:25 - 1:21:29] ▶

really happened it's it's a pretty is this a psionic stuff incredible escalation i honestly don't know

[1:21:29 - 1:21:35] ▶

how they actually how they actually did it and the people people i've talked to i'm sure you know such as

[1:21:35 - 1:21:43] ▶

drape such as drape j stratt yeah um have told me that in the past nuclear footprints were used so

[1:21:43 - 1:21:51] ▶

you could put a nuclear submarine in a certain area and nearby it you could put um another vessel with a

[1:21:52 - 1:22:04] ▶

with a nuclear weapon on it and that footprint will attract them

[1:22:04 - 1:22:08] ▶

whoa yeah so actually um something that you know your listeners will find fascinating um so so jay

[1:22:08 - 1:22:18] ▶

actually uh has a big memoir coming out later this year j stratton uh-huh and it's his tell-all book

[1:22:18 - 1:22:24] ▶

about his journey down this rabbit hole uh over the investigating uap and non-human intelligent life for

[1:22:24 - 1:22:30] ▶

for 16 years and he goes into a lot of detail on this stuff and the learnings that you know he and

[1:22:30 - 1:22:42] ▶

his colleagues had about how these things could be lured in how they how um how elements of our

[1:22:42 - 1:22:49] ▶

government and other governments have been doing that did they ever talk to you about or did he ever

[1:22:49 - 1:22:53] ▶

mention or anyone ever mentioned any of the psionic stuff no no i've read i've seen i've you know like

[1:22:53 - 1:22:58] ▶

you i've seen i've seen other people talk about it on online and stuff but i no one ever talked to

[1:22:58 - 1:23:03] ▶

me about that never heard anything about that what have you found to be the most interesting about it

[1:23:03 - 1:23:07] ▶

uh there was a guy michael herrera who was one of the whistleblowers who came out i forget how long

[1:23:09 - 1:23:17] ▶

ago it was i want to say the 90s maybe i could be wrong could be in the 2000s um who said that he was

[1:23:17 - 1:23:23] ▶

working in the military somewhere in the remote jungles of indonesia or something yeah i remember

[1:23:23 - 1:23:30] ▶

that remember and they and there was like an earthquake a humanitarian crisis where they were

[1:23:30 - 1:23:34] ▶

rescuing people but what they were really doing is taking these like indigenous people children

[1:23:34 - 1:23:40] ▶

kidnapping them and then like all of a sudden like these like crazy looking ships showed up like these

[1:23:41 - 1:23:47] ▶

fucking like um like almost human-made crafts like ufos and they were loading these people onto them

[1:23:47 - 1:23:55] ▶

wow and taking them away and and what i guess he learned or what we eventually learned through

[1:23:55 - 1:24:03] ▶

other whistleblowers is that they were using these people who were sort of like not

[1:24:03 - 1:24:11] ▶

indoctrinated into western society into the technological world that we live in here people

[1:24:11 - 1:24:19] ▶

that are more tied to nature younger people they were eating funny people who are left-handed or gay

[1:24:19 - 1:24:26] ▶

and something about them was enabling them to tap into something where they could use their minds to

[1:24:27 - 1:24:33] ▶

consciously control the ufos wow sounds crazy there was a guy that jesse michaels had in his podcast who

[1:24:33 - 1:24:39] ▶

was i forget his name now but he worked for some private company or whatever and he said that he

[1:24:39 - 1:24:44] ▶

was there to red team michael herrera when he did his press thing and uh he said he he was going in

[1:24:44 - 1:24:52] ▶

there as like counter intel to like find out who was spilling the secrets and then when he heard michael

[1:24:52 - 1:24:57] ▶

carrera give that testimony he this guy realized he goes holy i was there i was a part of that team that

[1:24:57 - 1:25:04] ▶

was doing that i was one of the guys that he saw and then i guess his story was like that like

[1:25:04 - 1:25:09] ▶

made him want to tell his story and like switch teams um but and then that's like the whole

[1:25:09 - 1:25:17] ▶

that's as far as what i'm aware of i i didn't i don't know anything about that particular

[1:25:18 - 1:25:21] ▶

event no that was not rascal that was a different guy that jesse michaels had on i don't know about

[1:25:23 - 1:25:27] ▶

that particular event in the jungle other than what you know i've read on my once michael started sharing

[1:25:27 - 1:25:33] ▶

that but um i have heard about um i have heard that there are people who have the ability to

[1:25:33 - 1:25:46] ▶

communicate um using the power of their mind and i i i know that probably is like the most wacky

[1:25:47 - 1:25:57] ▶

sounding thing not at all your listeners are have you seen my library i i i know but there's there's

[1:25:57 - 1:26:03] ▶

there's there's certainly going to be some some of your listeners who are like man that guy's out of

[1:26:03 - 1:26:06] ▶

mind you know um but this is what i've been told by super serious people um there uh there are a bunch

[1:26:06 - 1:26:16] ▶

of um there's a bunch of really uh grounded not a bunch that's the stupidest way to say it there's

[1:26:16 - 1:26:26] ▶

a lot of there's a lot of data that shows that this this is a real area of inquiry so if you get

[1:26:26 - 1:26:33] ▶

out of the uap topic for a second so stargate it's a real program that really existed there is so much

[1:26:33 - 1:26:40] ▶

evidence of it uh that's been declassified uh dr hal putoff who's in my film who's very involved in the

[1:26:40 - 1:26:45] ▶

uap topic he um ran stargate he was tasked with building stargate and what stargate was was a program

[1:26:45 - 1:26:56] ▶

that identified people who have psychic abilities and they trained them to use their mind's eye

[1:26:56 - 1:27:06] ▶

to wander to remote locations and to be able to do what's called remote viewing to to see a location

[1:27:07 - 1:27:14] ▶

remotely sounds crazy right just sounds completely bananas but that was a real program that our

[1:27:14 - 1:27:22] ▶

government funded the cia and darpa and the department of defense funded that for years

[1:27:22 - 1:27:31] ▶

and they got actionable intelligence out of it uh this is something that joe rogan and i talked about

[1:27:32 - 1:27:37] ▶

this for a while there's there's even um there's even recordings of past presidents talking about this

[1:27:37 - 1:27:44] ▶

as a valid thing uh jimmy carter made a couple statements on it before he died

[1:27:44 - 1:27:48] ▶

um saying that they the military actually acted on intelligence that the remote viewers gave

[1:27:48 - 1:27:55] ▶

and it worked they used it he famously gave a quote about uh

[1:27:56 - 1:28:00] ▶

a remote viewer being used to find a missing airplane a crashed a crashed fighter jet that had that had

[1:28:02 - 1:28:09] ▶

fallen off radar yeah and so there's always there's all this data out there that's that's indisputable that

[1:28:09 - 1:28:15] ▶

that program existed it was real there's a there there right it's a real situation and so it's not

[1:28:15 - 1:28:23] ▶

the craziest leap um to go from accepting that remote viewing is a real thing even though it's hard to

[1:28:23 - 1:28:32] ▶

understand and hard to uh you know wrap your head around to to to to to thinking that maybe people who

[1:28:32 - 1:28:40] ▶

have those abilities can also communicate uh from a distance with um non-human life um there are

[1:28:40 - 1:28:51] ▶

there are people who have told me that that is a thing that that there are people who have the

[1:28:54 - 1:29:01] ▶

ability to do that and that it's referred to as uh space space intelligence communications

[1:29:01 - 1:29:06] ▶

uh let's put a pin there i gotta piss so bad i can taste it we're back so you know we're talking

[1:29:06 - 1:29:14] ▶

about a lot of stuff that i think to the average person just sounds completely bananas and extraordinary

[1:29:14 - 1:29:20] ▶

and i'm not to our audience though totally well yeah i'm conscious of it for sure and so it's i think

it's always worth you know it's always worth saying like for me when you know when making the age of

[1:29:24 - 1:29:29] ▶

disclosure i only interviewed extremely credible people who had a lot to lose reputation wise

[1:29:29 - 1:29:41] ▶

and who actually had direct knowledge of the stuff as a result of working for the government because i

[1:29:43 - 1:29:48] ▶

feel like my personal opinion and i'm sure a lot of your listeners feel the same short of indisputable

[1:29:48 - 1:29:54] ▶

video evidence or a craft landing you know in time square and non-human intelligent life walking out

[1:29:54 - 1:30:01] ▶

you know short of that level of in your face evidence the best we can really hope for is extremely

[1:30:01 - 1:30:10] ▶

credible people putting their reputation on the line to share what they can that's really what it

[1:30:10 - 1:30:15] ▶

comes down to like that is that's the best we can hope for short of that that dream scenario right

[1:30:15 - 1:30:20] ▶

right um and so you know that that is that is sort of the bar i've always held like you know i i put

[1:30:20 - 1:30:28] ▶

weight in things said by people who fit that description you know and um whether that's you

[1:30:28 - 1:30:35] ▶

know a very senior politician who has a lot to lose because you know a he sits on classified

[1:30:35 - 1:30:42] ▶

committees and doesn't want to lose his seat right uh b wants to run for president one day you know

[1:30:43 - 1:30:48] ▶

know all these other things whether it's someone like that or whether it's an intelligence official

who you know doesn't want to get himself killed and doesn't want to um you know lose his ability

lose his clearance his security clearance and doesn't want to lose his ability to provide for

his family with someone like that speaking up and sharing with you lawfully can i i i put i put a lot

[1:31:04 - 1:31:09] ▶

of stock yeah things credible people say yeah when they have a lot to lose and it's interesting too like

[1:31:09 - 1:31:14] ▶

we alluded to this uh briefly earlier but how these people can i just now thought of this for the

[1:31:14 - 1:31:19] ▶

first time ever is that they can use that top secret clearance that they have or that special access

[1:31:19 - 1:31:26] ▶

that they have as leverage to earn more money in different private organizations oh yeah yeah so yeah

[1:31:26 - 1:31:32] ▶

a lot of people don't realize this if you're a high level intelligence official at like navy intelligence or

[1:31:32 - 1:31:39] ▶

um within the department of defense or or the cia and you retire you're collecting your pension as a

[1:31:39 - 1:31:46] ▶

government worker um the way the the what a lot of them do after they retire from government work they

[1:31:46 - 1:31:52] ▶

go in the work in the private sector they work for a big defense contractor or you know or they work for

[1:31:52 - 1:31:58] ▶

uh you know a big uh pharmaceutical company uh and one of the requirements for those jobs after is that

[1:31:58 - 1:32:05] ▶

they they they have a security clearance and they're set up to be able to like actually work on

[1:32:05 - 1:32:10] ▶

whatever whatever classified projects those private companies are doing for elements of the government

[1:32:10 - 1:32:15] ▶

right yes and if you if if if you piss off the wrong people or you start making things up and look crazy

[1:32:15 - 1:32:28] ▶

or untrustworthy you're going to lose your clearance and you're not gonna be able to provide for your family

[1:32:28 - 1:32:32] ▶

right and so no one who spoke on camera in my film and revealed these extraordinary truths

lost their clearances after no one you know you know lost their job if anything many of them excelled

[1:32:40 - 1:32:49] ▶

you know when i interviewed rubio he was vice chairman of the senate intelligence committee

[1:32:49 - 1:32:53] ▶

he said these extraordinary things in my film did he get laughed out of dc no he got escalated

[1:32:53 - 1:33:02] ▶

he got escalated to the second most powerful guy in the world our secretary of state interest

[1:33:02 - 1:33:07] ▶

and our national security advisor you know there's only one time in american history that one person

[1:33:07 - 1:33:13] ▶

has been the national security advisor and the secretary of state at the same time was henry kissinger

[1:33:13 - 1:33:17] ▶

for two years it's like such rare air i mean you unprecedented access to information you know um

[1:33:17 - 1:33:26] ▶

um number of the people in my film are are actively working uh in the private sector using their their

[1:33:26 - 1:33:35] ▶

clearances really yeah the number of them dozens of them actually and um you know none of them have been

[1:33:35 - 1:33:43] ▶

you know laughed out of the rumor called crazy or had their reps ruined because they really stuck to

[1:33:43 - 1:33:48] ▶

what is true that can be lawfully disclosed and so yeah what did you make of james clapper i think

[1:33:48 - 1:33:56] ▶

that james clapper the interview he did was him attempting to come clean with the american public

[1:33:56 - 1:34:06] ▶

in the only way he could that's what i think i think he's a guy who's in his 80s he's been at the

[1:34:07 - 1:34:15] ▶

highest levels of the intelligence community for decades he was the head of air force intelligence

[1:34:15 - 1:34:21] ▶

he was um the director of national intelligence yeah he's been the head of multiple other intelligence

[1:34:22 - 1:34:29] ▶

agencies he's never publicly revealed anything on this topic but he agreed to participate in my film

[1:34:29 - 1:34:40] ▶

and play a role in disclosure and he shared what he could and it was pretty significant actually um

[1:34:40 - 1:34:46] ▶

for those who haven't seen the film on camera james clapper confirms that uap activity over area 51

[1:34:47 - 1:34:54] ▶

is in fact real it's not conspiracy it's not nonsense it is a real situation

[1:34:54 - 1:34:59] ▶

and he confirmed that despite the air force saying they have not had any investigation of uap

[1:35:00 - 1:35:07] ▶

since the closure of project blue book he says when he was the head of air force intelligence

[1:35:07 - 1:35:12] ▶

they did in fact have a program to actively investigate uap so he unveiled the air force's

[1:35:13 - 1:35:19] ▶

actual role in all this their hidden role and he i think did a big service to the public and to

[1:35:19 - 1:35:26] ▶

squashing the stigma by acknowledging that uap activity over area 51 is real because i think for

[1:35:26 - 1:35:32] ▶

most people around the world the idea of uap and area 15 the mysteries around area 51 they've been

[1:35:32 - 1:35:42] ▶

sensationalized so much you know in movies and tv shows that i think most people don't think it's real

[1:35:42 - 1:35:47] ▶

and i think here here here was a guy putting his credibility on the line late in life to say that

[1:35:48 - 1:35:53] ▶

that is real it's a valid area of inquiry and um i remember you know when i interviewed him i'm this

[1:35:53 - 1:36:00] ▶

this far away from him and i remember feeling it like he had just got this off his chest you know

[1:36:00 - 1:36:07] ▶

like he got a weight off his chest yeah when he said that and um i think he was at a place in life

[1:36:07 - 1:36:12] ▶

where he just he want he wanted to uh he wanted to sort of like uh give give that to the public and you

[1:36:12 - 1:36:20] ▶

know come clean on some of these basic facts you know he uh he's a general general jim clapper right

[1:36:20 - 1:36:28] ▶

yeah yeah he is you know and and and yeah he's been caught up in some um you know political

[1:36:28 - 1:36:34] ▶

you know stuff there's the whole thing with lying to congress yeah there's this whole whole biden

[1:36:35 - 1:36:40] ▶

laptop thing um you know i know a lot of people will say well i don't think he was honest about

[1:36:40 - 1:36:45] ▶

that so how do i how do i know he's honest about this right you know you're calling who you want to

[1:36:45 - 1:36:49] ▶

believe but like what what would he get out of line yeah what would what would a guy in his 80s

[1:36:49 - 1:36:54] ▶

get out of going and participating in this film that he knows is all about disclosure he knew in

[1:36:55 - 1:37:02] ▶

advance rubio rounds gillibrand jay stratt and chris mellon help put off eric davis white house national

[1:37:02 - 1:37:08] ▶

security council members all were coming out of the shadows to speak up about what they could legally

[1:37:08 - 1:37:12] ▶

why why would he participate and say the things he said have you played that out have you thought

[1:37:13 - 1:37:18] ▶

about that yeah why why would he is that do you can you think of any reasonable explanation of why he

[1:37:18 - 1:37:23] ▶

would make it no no especially when you add in context that like i alone would have like the the

[1:37:23 - 1:37:28] ▶

people watching my film wouldn't have his wife was in the hospital dying like in her in her final weeks

[1:37:28 - 1:37:34] ▶

he had been sitting by her bedside every day he took a couple hours off to come straight from the

[1:37:35 - 1:37:40] ▶

hospital to do this and then went back to the hospital like you know and he told me i actually

[1:37:40 - 1:37:49] ▶

said when i when i when when i learned like a day before that that was the circumstances he was dealing

[1:37:49 - 1:37:54] ▶

with personally i reached out and said hey you know if it's not the right time in life it's it's it's all

[1:37:54 - 1:37:59] ▶

good you know you know and and he was like no this is important so you know um and and and and to be

[1:37:59 - 1:38:07] ▶

easier to go down the conspiratorial route of you know the people people making up stories if it was

[1:38:07 - 1:38:14] ▶

like a few people but i interviewed 34 people on camera 30 34 senior members of the military government

[1:38:14 - 1:38:21] ▶

intelligence community that that many of which aren't even don't don't know each other you know

[1:38:21 - 1:38:26] ▶

did jay get you in touch with clapper um no okay no i just think it's you know it's important to keep

[1:38:26 - 1:38:36] ▶

in mind some of that stuff the history of these people you know because even if somebody is a

[1:38:36 - 1:38:41] ▶

military general and at the top of the food chain of the american government or intelligence organization

[1:38:41 - 1:38:45] ▶

doesn't always mean in fact almost never means they're going to tell you the truth

[1:38:45 - 1:38:50] ▶

and um you know it is important to know that this guy literally lied to congress and said that the nsa

[1:38:51 - 1:38:56] ▶

was not spying on american citizens two months before snowden leaf the nsa documents proving that they

[1:38:56 - 1:39:01] ▶

were spying on american citizens yeah look i do think that you know if he had lied in the past

[1:39:01 - 1:39:07] ▶

maybe this was a way to kind of make up for it maybe this was maybe this was like hey i'm gonna

[1:39:08 - 1:39:14] ▶

i'm gonna i'm gonna do the right thing this this time and i'm gonna share that this is a real situation

[1:39:14 - 1:39:20] ▶

right if you study his body language in the doc that's that's the impression i get

[1:39:20 - 1:39:24] ▶

like he's not excited to do what he's doing but he's doing it because he think like thinks he should

[1:39:24 - 1:39:31] ▶

he's getting up there in age man you know a lot of these people are look at his face in the film

[1:39:31 - 1:39:37] ▶

when he i did i did after he says the area 51 line you could tell there was other people in the room

[1:39:37 - 1:39:43] ▶

with me actually that picked up on this too he immediately kind of looked down and it was like

[1:39:43 - 1:39:47] ▶

as if he was thinking himself like well i just said it so hopefully hopefully that's okay you know

[1:39:47 - 1:39:52] ▶

yeah like it kind of just came out yeah um and uh yeah but i mean

[1:39:52 - 1:39:58] ▶

you know what what would be what would be the the narrative if all 34 people in this film

[1:40:02 - 1:40:09] ▶

there were they're all saying the same thing and all sharing information they have personally learned

[1:40:10 - 1:40:18] ▶

to be true they're all sharing it it all fits together it all it all it all works together yeah

[1:40:18 - 1:40:24] ▶

what would be what would be the alternative to the truth yeah i mean i would personally just be

[1:40:24 - 1:40:29] ▶

very skeptical if it all fit together perfectly you know and it was like bow tied up and wrapped up in

[1:40:29 - 1:40:35] ▶

a little gift it's like you know i would be skeptical that they would be trying to push out a

[1:40:35 - 1:40:40] ▶

narrative to the american public you know a specific narrative um you know who knows you know who knows

[1:40:40 - 1:40:48] ▶

maybe they're trying to protect some sort of secret military weapons program that they've been working

[1:40:48 - 1:40:57] ▶

on since the 40s when they when roswell happened and they want to convince them they've learned what

[1:40:57 - 1:41:02] ▶

it is they know how it works they're trying to figure out more about how it works and they want to

[1:41:02 - 1:41:07] ▶

put out some sort of a public limited hangout right and let everyone make everyone think that this is

[1:41:07 - 1:41:12] ▶

real disclosure when in fact it's a completely separate narrative from what they think it really

[1:41:12 - 1:41:17] ▶

is they want to throw people off the scent you know back to the whole paul bennewitt story but on a

[1:41:17 - 1:41:20] ▶

whole grander scheme so okay so if you play that out which of course i've had that i've had that thought

[1:41:20 - 1:41:25] ▶

you play that out and then where you land is elements of the u.s government cracked a new energy source

[1:41:26 - 1:41:33] ▶

in the 40s and kept it secret and never used it to benefit our country right and um

[1:41:33 - 1:41:42] ▶

well it's just private industry right this doesn't make any sense because private industry wants to

[1:41:44 - 1:41:48] ▶

make money you know if someone had cracked a new energy source in the 40s i think they would have used

[1:41:48 - 1:41:55] ▶

it to become the most valuable company on the planet none of the defense contractors are even in the top

[1:41:55 - 1:42:00] ▶

hundred most valuable companies in america much less the world really yeah yeah not northrop and

[1:42:00 - 1:42:09] ▶

lockheed and and raytheon and all those no look at their market caps compared to like nvidia you know

[1:42:09 - 1:42:16] ▶

yeah it's not even on the same what about like palantir i mean all yeah these they're big don't get me

[1:42:16 - 1:42:21] ▶

wrong they're big business yeah but they're not they're not the most valuable companies on earth

[1:42:21 - 1:42:27] ▶

which i just personally i would be curious believe they would be i would be curious can we ask one

[1:42:27 - 1:42:32] ▶

of the ais like compare the um just do the gdp of the top five or top ten united states uh military

[1:42:32 - 1:42:41] ▶

contractors versus well no just do just do market cap lockheed martin versus nvidia well don't do no

[1:42:41 - 1:42:48] ▶

don't do that do do top ten united states military contractors versus

[1:42:48 - 1:42:54] ▶

what would be the other industry that could that could compete with that you think i mean

[1:42:57 - 1:43:01] ▶

if you're just looking at market cap just just just just just ask just ask gpt if uh if any of the

[1:43:03 - 1:43:10] ▶

major defense contractors um are in the top ten corporations yeah that's cap wise i don't think the

[1:43:10 - 1:43:17] ▶

answer is yes yeah i'd be curious to see what they would compete with and where they would stack

[1:43:17 - 1:43:22] ▶

with that but so if look if someone cracked this kind of technology in the 40s my point is i think

[1:43:22 - 1:43:28] ▶

they would have used it to make a fortune if they were a private company if they were the government

[1:43:28 - 1:43:33] ▶

i think they would have used it in other ways i don't think that technology would there's no there's

[1:43:34 - 1:43:41] ▶

no i don't understand any upside to that technology being completely hidden since the 40s that doesn't

[1:43:41 - 1:43:48] ▶

make any sense to me you might be right anything steve so major u.s defense contractors are generally

[1:43:48 - 1:43:58] ▶

not in the top 10 most valuable companies globally by market capitalization as of 2016 while firms like

[1:43:58 - 1:44:03] ▶

lockheed martin rtx formerly raytheon general dynamics boeing and northrop grumman are top tier defense

[1:44:03 - 1:44:08] ▶

revenue uh they are smaller in market valuation compared to tech giants such as apple microsoft

[1:44:08 - 1:44:14] ▶

nvidia and alphabet okay yeah yeah so it's just not it's just not realistic like it you know everyone

[1:44:14 - 1:44:22] ▶

i spoke to says that uh some of those defense contractors listed there are involved in this yeah

[1:44:22 - 1:44:29] ▶

they would just they would be such bigger and more valuable companies if they had

[1:44:29 - 1:44:34] ▶

this technology for that long i think they are involved in reverse engineering it now and i think

[1:44:34 - 1:44:42] ▶

they're making massive breakthroughs and maybe some of them are finally like there already in their black

[1:44:42 - 1:44:47] ▶

programs but i do not believe that you know this is organic human technological breakthroughs that

[1:44:47 - 1:44:57] ▶

we've had since the 40s i call how many people do you think oh wait here's the other point yeah

[1:44:57 - 1:45:02] ▶

military pilots saw uap during world war ii yeah if we had that technology don't you think world war

[1:45:02 - 1:45:13] ▶

ii would have ended a lot quicker you know like would we have stayed in world war ii right no that's

[1:45:13 - 1:45:20] ▶

bonkers right it's crazy we probably hadn't figured out a way to to harness it there were orbs flying next

[1:45:20 - 1:45:27] ▶

to fighter pilots right energy balls flying alongside they called them they called them

[1:45:27 - 1:45:33] ▶

foo fighters you know it if that was ours if we had cracked this technology that allowed us to harness

[1:45:33 - 1:45:40] ▶

energy in a localized area and create these little crafts that flew within you know bright bubbles of

[1:45:40 - 1:45:46] ▶

of energy wouldn't we have won it use it to win world war ii right what about the tic tac stuff

[1:45:46 - 1:45:52] ▶

there's there's no there's absolutely no one who who

[1:45:52 - 1:45:57] ▶

has any credibility that would say that was man-made really yeah we we we

[1:45:59 - 1:46:03] ▶

a number of the people involved in first off jay stratton ran the investigation of the tic tac for

[1:46:05 - 1:46:10] ▶

the government like he actually wrote the actual the actual official report on it he's the one who

[1:46:10 - 1:46:16] ▶

actually went and investigated it and um completely came to the conclusion that it was not man-made like

[1:46:16 - 1:46:23] ▶

tried to you know assign it to some you know hidden program of ours and hoped that would be the case

[1:46:24 - 1:46:32] ▶

you know wanted to be able to explain it right and and couldn't and that's the guy who would have had

[1:46:32 - 1:46:40] ▶

the job of knowing so prior to investigating uap and non-human intelligent line for the government

[1:46:40 - 1:46:46] ▶

he was the head of air and space warfare for the defense intelligence agency his literal job was to

[1:46:46 - 1:46:53] ▶

know what all of our black programs not our classified programs our black programs our unacknowledged

[1:46:53 - 1:46:58] ▶

special access programs yes what they were building right what was on their road map for 20 30 years out

[1:46:59 - 1:47:05] ▶

20 30 years out um in terms of air and space technology it was literally his job so like the

[1:47:05 - 1:47:13] ▶

analogy for him you know we talked about hunt for october earlier the analogy is like remember hunt for

[1:47:13 - 1:47:17] ▶

october alec baldwin is an analyst at the cia and his specialty is knowing everything about russia's

[1:47:17 - 1:47:24] ▶

nuclear submarine program and and everything about the leadership of that program like he is that's his

[1:47:24 - 1:47:30] ▶

wheelhouse right like he knows everything there is to know at a classified and on classified level

[1:47:30 - 1:47:36] ▶

about this one thing right so much so that in the movie uh when james earl jones the head of the cia

[1:47:36 - 1:47:42] ▶

gets a satellite photo of a submarine in russia that he doesn't recognize and they wonder what it is

[1:47:42 - 1:47:48] ▶

who do they go and ask you know they ask baldwin and he knows what it is he knows who the commander

[1:47:48 - 1:47:53] ▶

is he knows everything about him where it's school his relationship his wife everything right

[1:47:53 - 1:47:56] ▶

mm-hmm people like that exist within the intelligence community that have these specific lanes that they

[1:47:56 - 1:48:02] ▶

know everything about at a classified level and an unclassified level and jay's jay was that guy for

[1:48:02 - 1:48:08] ▶

air and space technology and that is why he ended up in this investigation of uap and non-human

[1:48:09 - 1:48:17] ▶

intelligent life because one day one of his colleagues walked into his office and said hey i got to show you

[1:48:17 - 1:48:24] ▶

something and pulled him into a skiff and showed him a video that air force security guards had taken

[1:48:24 - 1:48:29] ▶

on a nuclear base of a triangle craft hovering above a nuclear weapon site and moving in ways that nothing

[1:48:29 - 1:48:38] ▶

does and so they asked him you know please tell us this is one of ours he had been read in on all the black

[1:48:38 - 1:48:48] ▶

programs developing advanced you know next gen technology for space and air

[1:48:48 - 1:48:54] ▶

he was read in on those so that he could identify things that are ours versus things that are

[1:48:57 - 1:49:01] ▶

unknowns or potential threats and it was clear to him that it wasn't so that same guy ends up you know

[1:49:01 - 1:49:09] ▶

putting together all sap with jim lakasky which starts investigating this stuff and then eventually that

[1:49:09 - 1:49:15] ▶

same guy runs the investigation of the tic tac and there's just no way we didn't we didn't have that

[1:49:15 - 1:49:21] ▶

technology right i believe i i think i'm i'm of the belief that it's multiple things going on i'm sure

[1:49:21 - 1:49:28] ▶

it's that we have no idea what it is some other civilization i mean i have no doubt there's got to

be there has to be intelligent life teaming go back go back to tic tac if in 2004 if if let's say

the i saw the uh you know the conspiracy theory online somebody somebody claimed that that was

that was lockheed martin technology all right if lockheed martin in 2004 had technology that could go

[1:49:45 - 1:49:53] ▶

from sea level to 80 000 feet which is what the tic tac did that's when you get into space 80 000 feet

[1:49:53 - 1:49:58] ▶

right if they had technology that could go from sea level to space in like the blink of an eye and then

[1:49:58 - 1:50:05] ▶

do that all afternoon they they would be the most valuable company on the planet right now

[1:50:05 - 1:50:12] ▶

20 years later yes it is impossible to accept the idea that they cracked that technology if they're

[1:50:13 - 1:50:19] ▶

publicly public they're not even in the top 100 market cap in the united states much less the world

right i mean i'm saying if that technology was public they would be for sure no they would be if

[1:50:26 - 1:50:30] ▶

even if it wasn't if it even if they had that technology i mean think about this real estate

[1:50:30 - 1:50:34] ▶

i've thought about this from every angle if they had that technology in 2004 even if it was highly

[1:50:34 - 1:50:39] ▶

classified that would give them so much leverage they they would have never lost a defense contract

[1:50:39 - 1:50:47] ▶

to any other defense contractor but in reality they did unless every year they did unless there was a

[1:50:47 - 1:50:52] ▶

handful of defense contractors who were close to it too or doing the same stuff it doesn't even matter

[1:50:52 - 1:50:58] ▶

they they would have so much leverage there is no way they would not be a more valuable company

[1:50:58 - 1:51:04] ▶

you'd be you'd be sitting on the biggest technological breakthrough in the history of humanity

yeah but how can you be more valuable when people aren't aware of what you have if nobody with money

[1:51:09 - 1:51:14] ▶

or nobody knows what you really have except for a very small group of people where's the value so in

[1:51:14 - 1:51:20] ▶

this conspiracy theory the only way there would be any merit to it is if there was leadership in the

[1:51:20 - 1:51:26] ▶

government that that knew this because if they didn't if if lockheed had tick tech technology in

[1:51:26 - 1:51:32] ▶

2004 and no one in the government knew it why would they keep it classified

[1:51:32 - 1:51:36] ▶

doesn't make any sense they would only keep it classified if they had to because there was

[1:51:38 - 1:51:41] ▶

government overseers that knew they had it if if there was no government overseers and they were the

[1:51:41 - 1:51:46] ▶

only and they had actually cracked this technology in 04 and it was theirs it wouldn't they wouldn't it

[1:51:46 - 1:51:51] ▶

wouldn't be classified they would monetize it they become the wealthiest company in the history of

[1:51:51 - 1:51:56] ▶

the world overnight yeah i'm not sure about that though 100 dude i'm not sure that they would want

to monetize it i'm sure there'd be more power in keeping it secret if they were developing something

that was like how change it would change the way that modern physics is known and if it's been

getting siloed and kept secret since the 50s or the 40s first off lucky martin wasn't even around then

no you know right they bought up smaller companies over the years yeah companies a lot of the companies

that they bought were involved in the legacy program early on i've been told same with northrop grumman

yeah um but let me put it to you this way it's just not realistic if i'm if we're the american

[1:52:31 - 1:52:36] ▶

government me and you run the american government and we do have this technology we do have this

[1:52:36 - 1:52:41] ▶

tech technology nobody knows about it except us and we have all these adversarial nations around us as

[1:52:41 - 1:52:46] ▶

well do we want to tell them publicly that we do have this or do we want to put out this narrative

[1:52:46 - 1:52:51] ▶

that it's aliens and we don't know what it is no that yeah what i'm saying is follow that that that

[1:52:51 - 1:52:59] ▶

that line of thought if that was the case then if that was the case and it led to in 2004

[1:52:59 - 1:53:07] ▶

you know a private contractor on behalf of the government reverse engineer this technology and

[1:53:08 - 1:53:13] ▶

create something like the tic tac right if that was the case then that means government overseers

somewhere know about it right and so does lockheed in that dynamic i personally believe lockheed would have

been able to leverage that dynamic to become a much bigger company by now i do not believe you can

have those sets i just don't believe it sounds insane to me that you can have those circumstances

and not be at least in the top 10 market cap by the way i own lockheed martin stock it'd be amazing

i i look i think they and you know you don't need to be a rocket scientist to know who the biggest

defense contractors are in the us right i think i think those are the companies that our military

relies on and our government relies on to try to uh build the most you know advanced beyond next

generation technology and i think that they have been involved and utilized in the legacy programs

[1:54:13 - 1:54:18] ▶

efforts to reverse engineer this stuff to understand it reverse engineer it but i do not think that they

[1:54:18 - 1:54:23] ▶

that they made all this stuff from the beginning i just it just seems do you think they have any

[1:54:24 - 1:54:28] ▶

technology that's secret that nobody in the public knows about yeah for sure for sure and i think they

[1:54:28 - 1:54:32] ▶

leverage just not this far yeah yeah i mean i think they i think that there has been a lot of success

[1:54:32 - 1:54:37] ▶

reverse engineering this stuff in recent years that's what i think but i do not think that you know

[1:54:37 - 1:54:43] ▶

this was all these giant craft that military people see that that fly past that right that the move

[1:54:44 - 1:54:52] ▶

underwater past our our submarines right that this is like i'm with you man stuff we made you know i

[1:54:52 - 1:54:58] ▶

think it's a lot i think i think it's a a mixture of and especially if you have accounts of

[1:54:58 - 1:55:03] ▶

people seeing this stuff in like antiquity you know sailors on ships seeing these giant balls of

[1:55:03 - 1:55:09] ▶

light size of football stadiums coming out of the water it's crazy that wasn't locked yeah yeah exactly

[1:55:09 - 1:55:13] ▶

and but don't get me wrong i don't want to like confuse the listeners it's i do think that there are

[1:55:13 - 1:55:18] ▶

reverse engineered craft out there i think china and russia are neck and neck in a high stakes race

[1:55:18 - 1:55:25] ▶

and they're both making progress yeah i think um you know in the film until those officials refer

[1:55:25 - 1:55:31] ▶

to it as the manhattan project on steroids i think that's real um hal putoff says on on camera he throws

[1:55:31 - 1:55:37] ▶

he slides it into one of the interview pieces that i don't i don't know if enough people picked up on

[1:55:37 - 1:55:42] ▶

this but he he he says you know some of the uap activity we see might actually be a result of our

[1:55:42 - 1:55:49] ▶

legacy programs work and some of it might be a result of china's program right um so i think that

[1:55:49 - 1:55:55] ▶

there's a there's a lot of these like little nuggets that people might film or trying to share with the

[1:55:55 - 1:56:00] ▶

public to right to say things without overtly saying them and um i think that those set of circumstances

[1:56:00 - 1:56:06] ▶

exist but the tic tac was a long time ago man it was a couple couple decades ago and yeah i don't

i do not think that we we cracked that kind of technology back then one of the scientists in

the film eric davis um he says the exact uh number i'm not gonna i'm not gonna try to uh quote it because

i don't remember exactly what he said but he says he makes an analogy for the amount of energy that would

[1:56:25 - 1:56:30] ▶

have been required to go from sea level to 80 000 feet oh yeah and back forth and it was like it was

[1:56:30 - 1:56:34] ▶

like something just completely it was like i i think i just watched it so it was like i think it

[1:56:34 - 1:56:40] ▶

was like the entire energy output of the entire continental united states times 100 or something

[1:56:40 - 1:56:45] ▶

something like that yeah we're just like okay obviously obviously we don't we we didn't have

[1:56:45 - 1:56:50] ▶

the ability to harness that much energy to localize an area above the ocean 20 years ago you know well

[1:56:50 - 1:56:56] ▶

there was a lot of anti-gravity research going on in the united states specifically around the

[1:56:57 - 1:57:01] ▶

university of north carolina chapel hill in the 50s lots of physicists were like on the cusp and and

[1:57:01 - 1:57:08] ▶

doing extensive deep research on anti-gravity and electro-gravity effects yeah and um these scientists

[1:57:08 - 1:57:15] ▶

went dark like just completely stopped doing their research and all the research went underground yeah

[1:57:15 - 1:57:20] ▶

so if that stuff has started happening it's getting siloed and and hidden and underneath black

[1:57:21 - 1:57:25] ▶

projects in the 50s who knows what they could have figured out by now certainly some i'm sorry it's

[1:57:25 - 1:57:29] ▶

certain that they have exponentially um expounded on that research since then yeah and like even if

[1:57:29 - 1:57:37] ▶

you take like um you know all the missing money in the u.s government where rumsfeld said right before

[1:57:37 - 1:57:45] ▶

9 11 is there was like what four trillion dollars that had gone missing off the books yeah i think at

[1:57:45 - 1:57:50] ▶

that time it was like two trillion so yeah and now it's like now it's a balloon to like 11 trillion or

[1:57:50 - 1:57:55] ▶

something yeah 20 something trillion i do think that we might find out down the line that a lot

[1:57:55 - 1:58:01] ▶

of that unaccounted money has gone towards yeah this technology race and funding this effort um that's

[1:58:01 - 1:58:07] ▶

what grush was tracking right yeah and and look the other thing that's worth saying is you know we just

[1:58:07 - 1:58:12] ▶

we just honed in on u.s defense contractors and did they have that and my my thesis is no and if they

[1:58:12 - 1:58:17] ▶

if they did they they'd be a lot more valuable of companies right now but that doesn't mean that there's not

[1:58:17 - 1:58:23] ▶

other private groups you know that don't have market caps that we aren't aware of that you know

[1:58:23 - 1:58:29] ▶

are heavily invested in our current technologies and have been involved in reverse engineering stuff

[1:58:30 - 1:58:38] ▶

and are motivated to keep it keep it private yes because they don't want their interest they don't

[1:58:38 - 1:58:42] ▶

want to disrupt their other interests their other interests yes there's total possibility for that and

[1:58:42 - 1:58:47] ▶

you know numerous people i interviewed alluded to their their their coming to the conclusion that

[1:58:47 - 1:58:53] ▶

there is um non-government non-contractor money involved in this and i never really got got any

[1:58:54 - 1:59:01] ▶

details it not enough to be able to talk about um so maybe maybe there's another whole hidden hand

[1:59:01 - 1:59:09] ▶

involved in this that we that we don't know about yet but um

[1:59:09 - 1:59:12] ▶

um you know you brought up earlier we we um before we took a break we were talking about

[1:59:12 - 1:59:19] ▶

um consciousness and remote viewing yeah and um one of the more interesting stories i want to circle back

[1:59:19 - 1:59:25] ▶

to um i met an intelligence official um we'll we'll we'll refer to as scott who um was a high level

[1:59:25 - 1:59:39] ▶

intelligence official uh mostly focused on counter-terrorism uh had a really high level career

[1:59:39 - 1:59:46] ▶

and um he ended up on a mission in the middle east and came back and he had an illness and long very

[1:59:46 - 1:59:54] ▶

long story short they they they identified a parasite in his brain and he had he had a brain surgery to

[1:59:54 - 2:00:00] ▶

try to relieve swelling and try to save his life and while he was recuperating from this brain surgery

[2:00:00 - 2:00:06] ▶

he had an experience that he couldn't explain where he felt like he had bi located like he felt like

[2:00:06 - 2:00:13] ▶

while laying stationary he went somewhere else like he saw it all in his mind's eye like he felt like he

[2:00:13 - 2:00:20] ▶

was somewhere else and at first he and his wife uh just simply thought he was losing his mind from the brain surgery

[2:00:20 - 2:00:28] ▶

like that he was you know it messed him up and he was just like hallucinating um but then it happened

[2:00:28 - 2:00:34] ▶

again and he started socializing this with some of his intelligence friends and one of them said

[2:00:34 - 2:00:41] ▶

what you're explaining is something called remote viewing people are trained to do that to use their

[2:00:42 - 2:00:47] ▶

mind's eye to go somewhere else he had never even heard of remote viewing so sends him down this rabbit hole

[2:00:47 - 2:00:53] ▶

and uh that friend of his connected him with someone who used to work for the cia who knows a lot about

[2:00:53 - 2:00:59] ▶

this and that person asked him if he had ever had a uap encounter he said he didn't think so uh

[2:00:59 - 2:01:06] ▶

the former cia official said uh why don't you talk to your parents and ask them if anything happened

[2:01:09 - 2:01:12] ▶

when you were young scott's father had passed so he talked to his mother and his mother actually without

[2:01:12 - 2:01:19] ▶

missing a beat was like yeah i remember when you were a kid it was like when he's like six or seven

[2:01:19 - 2:01:23] ▶

or something like that i really can't remember it's under 10 um saw ufo and apparently it came out of a

[2:01:23 - 2:01:29] ▶

body of water like a lake or a pond near their house and he witnessed it very close he ran home he

[2:01:29 - 2:01:34] ▶

told his parents about it the mother reminds him starts jogging his memory that uh the day after this event

[2:01:34 - 2:01:41] ▶

a couple guys from air force office of special investigation showed up to um talk to him

[2:01:41 - 2:01:48] ▶

and the mom apparently said uh you know leave my kid alone he's his kid but the dad took him into

[2:01:48 - 2:01:54] ▶

the backyard with these two air force guys and and they talked for a while and that was like the last

[2:01:54 - 2:01:58] ▶

the mom had heard of it so she's like jogging scott's memory and then um after that it sent him down

[2:01:58 - 2:02:08] ▶

a little bit of a rabbit hole investigating his past and he again long story short i'm really summarizing here

[2:02:08 - 2:02:14] ▶

um long story short he found a collection of files that his father had and it was broken down by the

[2:02:14 - 2:02:23] ▶

years of his life scott's life and um yeah so it's like scott year seven scott year eight and inside

[2:02:23 - 2:02:32] ▶

was his medical records and his education records and then shockingly he found enlistment paperwork in the

[2:02:32 - 2:02:38] ▶

u.s air force as a child which he had absolutely no memory of imagine seeing that you're like is this

[2:02:38 - 2:02:46] ▶

like a made-up document what is this date he was in yeah can you say it or no i probably shouldn't i

[2:02:46 - 2:02:54] ▶

probably should keep those details so this so this this this guy in in real life scott is um someone i was

[2:02:54 - 2:03:01] ▶

introduced to um from someone in my film and he is writing a tell-all memoir right now and simon and

[2:03:01 - 2:03:11] ▶

schuster is the publisher and um i don't know when it's going to be complete or when it's going to come

[2:03:11 - 2:03:18] ▶

out but his full story is in this and i've uh got to know him and his wife and his kids and spent a lot

[2:03:18 - 2:03:26] ▶

of time with them and it is just the most bombshell singular story i've ever heard in my life and um

[2:03:26 - 2:03:34] ▶

not only did he find enlistment paperwork uh in the u.s air force but he also found his discharge

[2:03:35 - 2:03:40] ▶

paperwork and the service code on there when he looked it up was space communications intelligence

[2:03:40 - 2:03:48] ▶

and the base he was assigned to was the old um space command base at that time yeah and then uh he

[2:03:48 - 2:04:02] ▶

you know like any reasonable intelligent person would do he kind of just went on a mission to like

[2:04:04 - 2:04:09] ▶

try to piece together his past and he started finding this massive cover-up um

[2:04:09 - 2:04:16] ▶

um in those records was um was um his excused absences from school for weeks at a time he

[2:04:16 - 2:04:26] ▶

doesn't remember any of it the school when he contacted school the the school's records were missing

[2:04:26 - 2:04:31] ▶

um there's all these other things about his past that as he started to look into it became clear he was

[2:04:32 - 2:04:39] ▶

a part of something as a kid after this uap event um and then it was all covered up and something

[2:04:39 - 2:04:45] ▶

caused him to forget all this then the brain surgery brought all these memories back um and then just

[2:04:45 - 2:04:52] ▶

to skip to sort of like the end of the story um when he started socializing this to some of his high

[2:04:52 - 2:04:59] ▶

level intelligence official friends um he found his life in jeopardy and there were a couple attempts

[2:04:59 - 2:05:04] ▶

uh uh uh to end his life and um fortunately that stopped and uh now he's you know he's around to tell a story but

[2:05:04 - 2:05:17] ▶

it's a it's a remarkable story and and and likely it'll it'll lead to uh us all learning about a a part of our past that's been hidden and and and these biological you know the the the uap encounter he had maybe

[2:05:18 - 2:05:33] ▶

i guess there's two ways you could look at it maybe the encounter left him with this ability like it

[2:05:34 - 2:05:39] ▶

gave him a biological effect that's yeah gave him this ability to somehow use his mind in a way that

[2:05:39 - 2:05:45] ▶

we're you know average people don't um maybe it just like turned on something that's in all of us already

[2:05:45 - 2:05:52] ▶

maybe it's sort of like heightened an ability that had been sort of like repressed or whatever dormant um

[2:05:52 - 2:05:57] ▶

um um those are kind of like you know the two the two thoughts right um but either way it seems that

[2:05:57 - 2:06:05] ▶

event led to him being um recruited into a program that that that worked with young people kids that

[2:06:05 - 2:06:16] ▶

that had uh encounters i mean clearly it was a cause and effect saw uap next day the air force guy to

[2:06:16 - 2:06:22] ▶

show up to talk to him about right so um yeah the same thing happened in rendalsham right yeah yeah

[2:06:22 - 2:06:31] ▶

after after the there was an event at rendalsham so rendal for those that don't know you know rent

[2:06:31 - 2:06:36] ▶

rendalsham when people say rendalsham it's really referring to the rendalsham forest in the uk right

[2:06:36 - 2:06:41] ▶

there was a there was a joint military uk base there in the 80s it was called um i think it was called raf

[2:06:41 - 2:06:48] ▶

bentwaters steve is that correct that sounds right raf bentwaters i think that was the name of the base

[2:06:48 - 2:06:54] ▶

it was a joint uk us base at the time in the 80s it had the largest stockpile of nuclear weapons in europe

[2:06:54 - 2:07:01] ▶

very specific set of circumstances you know and

[2:07:02 - 2:07:05] ▶

raf woodbridge yeah okay raf is it raf woodbridge

[2:07:07 - 2:07:11] ▶

yeah yeah which one had the ufo incident

[2:07:15 - 2:07:17] ▶

is your mic on or can we hear you talking on the mics or no

[2:07:19 - 2:07:21] ▶

uh the events uh occur just outside of woodbridge okay ufo landings so

[2:07:24 - 2:07:29] ▶

simply put there was a joint uk military base in this area of the english countryside and um at the

[2:07:31 - 2:07:37] ▶

time they had this massive stockpile of nuclear weapons and there was a uap incident there where

[2:07:37 - 2:07:45] ▶

apparently multiple crafts came down from the sky one night and were hovering around the nuclear

[2:07:45 - 2:07:49] ▶

weapon sites um like right above uh where nukes were hidden underground and a number of the base

[2:07:49 - 2:07:57] ▶

security guards and the base commander went out and saw these things in the woods around the base and

[2:07:57 - 2:08:04] ▶

some of them got very close to them um one of them one of these guards ended up having a lot of

[2:08:04 - 2:08:09] ▶

negative biological effects um heart issues and some other medical issues uh as a result of the contact

[2:08:09 - 2:08:15] ▶

with this this technology being close to it um

[2:08:15 - 2:08:18] ▶

and uh interestingly also similar to the scott story um the day after um a mysterious

[2:08:20 - 2:08:28] ▶

uh unmarked plane landed on the base according to the base commander who i spoke to personally

[2:08:28 - 2:08:33] ▶

um and people that identify themselves as being a part of air force office of special investigation and of the cia

[2:08:33 - 2:08:43] ▶

the cia talked to the witnesses brought them into a private room spoke to them interrogated them asked

[2:08:43 - 2:08:50] ▶

them a lot of questions um years later those witnesses told the base commander many years later told them

[2:08:50 - 2:08:58] ▶

that they were given some kind of um serum now whether that was to like erase memories or like whether

[2:08:58 - 2:09:06] ▶

it was a true serum who knows yeah but they all told this base commander that that's that's what happened

[2:09:06 - 2:09:12] ▶

and um there's a number of people who have had encounters on bases who then were promptly um put in a room

[2:09:12 - 2:09:22] ▶

with people from air force office of special investigation osi it's called and people from the cia

[2:09:22 - 2:09:28] ▶

who basically just asked a million questions and then ultimately told them never to talk about it

[2:09:29 - 2:09:34] ▶

so look the air force and the cia's role in this is is well well documented people have been talking about

[2:09:35 - 2:09:41] ▶

it for years um but the the overlap with um consciousness remote viewing yeah and this is is a

[2:09:41 - 2:09:51] ▶

really interesting intersection you know and if you and if you accept the fact that remote viewing is real

[2:09:51 - 2:09:56] ▶

as crazy as it sounds if you accept that it's real then why would you why would you stop why would you

[2:09:56 - 2:10:03] ▶

why would you draw a line there and be like oh that's where it stops you can you can remotely you can

[2:10:03 - 2:10:07] ▶

you can make your up your mind your eyes your excuse me your mind's eye wander to a remote location

[2:10:07 - 2:10:13] ▶

but you can't communicate remotely it doesn't seem like that it doesn't feel like a bridge too far for

[2:10:14 - 2:10:19] ▶

me there definitely seems to be a huge connection between this whole ufo phenomenon and the human mind

[2:10:19 - 2:10:27] ▶

and the human psyche yeah it seems to be an integral part of a very important piece to this puzzle yeah you

[2:10:27 - 2:10:35] ▶

know that with the combined with the fact that like most ufo sightings happen with children

[2:10:35 - 2:10:42] ▶

you know and there's just an unbelievable amount of ufo sightings that children report and there's a lot

[2:10:44 - 2:10:51] ▶

of schools there's a lot oh the aerial all around the world the aerial school encounter you know about

[2:10:51 - 2:10:55] ▶

this one yeah that's one of the most fascinating this is covered very well for those that don't

[2:10:55 - 2:11:03] ▶

know it in the documentary the phenomenon which james fox directed i had the opportunity to be one of

[2:11:03 - 2:11:09] ▶

the producers on it um by all means james gets all responsibility for making that movie that was his

[2:11:09 - 2:11:15] ▶

baby that was phenomenon the aerial school one yeah the phenomenon covered it at the very end okay and

[2:11:15 - 2:11:21] ▶

james did an amazing job of of covering that story in a little section at the end of the film

[2:11:21 - 2:11:26] ▶

it's where i first learned about it and essentially what happened is i believe it was like 1992 or 1994

[2:11:26 - 2:11:33] ▶

yeah um there was a school in uh in south africa yeah in rural south africa yeah and it was a

[2:11:33 - 2:11:43] ▶

international school it was young young kids from from um actually a lot of european nations people

[2:11:43 - 2:11:49] ▶

whose um parents were working in south africa for some reason and uh so it wasn't it wasn't like local

[2:11:49 - 2:11:57] ▶

south african kids it was like and it was distinctly an international school yep and um

[2:11:57 - 2:12:01] ▶

kids representing all all parts of the world and there was like one school day where there's

[2:12:03 - 2:12:11] ▶

100 something kids out in the backyard playing they ranged in age i think it was like 6 to 12 or

[2:12:11 - 2:12:16] ▶

something like that and they all came running back to the school screaming saying that there was a ufo

[2:12:16 - 2:12:24] ▶

in the in the field that had landed and beings telepathically communicating and all these kids

[2:12:25 - 2:12:30] ▶

told the teachers the same thing they all said they described this craft landing they described it

[2:12:30 - 2:12:35] ▶

being distorted around it like a blur they described these beans being near the craft and how they

[2:12:35 - 2:12:42] ▶

seem to move in weird ways like almost like a blur and they described them telepathically communicating

[2:12:42 - 2:12:49] ▶

with them um the message that these kids all got was that one there's a clip of there's a actual

[2:12:49 - 2:12:58] ▶

footage of one of these young girls yeah like six or seven saying in her in her kid vocabulary she says

[2:12:58 - 2:13:05] ▶

they told us we mustn't get too technoledged was the word she used right and and and and that if we did

[2:13:05 - 2:13:14] ▶

like the the world could burn and there'd be all this destruction yeah right so an adult watching that

[2:13:14 - 2:13:21] ▶

you you take away the conclusion they're saying you know you know be careful about how we're progressing

[2:13:21 - 2:13:25] ▶

technologically and then it could lead to destruction right it was like a warning right and um that was the main

[2:13:25 - 2:13:33] ▶

takeaway from the communication these kids claim to all not all but many of them experience um all the kids

[2:13:33 - 2:13:40] ▶

described the same event though and then now looking through the lens of you know what people reveal

[2:13:41 - 2:13:47] ▶

in my film in the age of disclosure about how the technology works if a craft came down and it had a bubble around it

[2:13:47 - 2:13:53] ▶

that and and beings got out of the craft but they were still in the bubble it would look like they're

[2:13:54 - 2:13:59] ▶

moving in slow motion like these kids described because they're in a different space time right

[2:13:59 - 2:14:03] ▶

they're behind the bubble the distorted you know look and the light they saw it would all would all check

[2:14:03 - 2:14:09] ▶

out with how this tech with how the people might from say this technology works and then where the story

[2:14:09 - 2:14:14] ▶

gets even wilder is there was a very um very grounded credible hardened wartime news correspondent who was

[2:14:14 - 2:14:25] ▶

the head of the bbc south africa who was stationed in south africa and heard about this extra member's

[2:14:25 - 2:14:33] ▶

name it was his name was tim leach yes and he heard about this and he went to go investigate it at first

[2:14:33 - 2:14:41] ▶

there's there's footage uh of him talking about it where he said at first i thought these kids must

[2:14:41 - 2:14:46] ▶

be out of their mind or it's a big elaborate lie they all got together instead they're gonna make

[2:14:46 - 2:14:49] ▶

up the story so he goes and he investigates it and he said after spending time talking to each of these

[2:14:49 - 2:14:54] ▶

young kids and interviewing them he was just completely he completely came to conclusion that

[2:14:54 - 2:15:00] ▶

they were all telling the truth because kids just can't lie that good like little kids can't one-on-one

[2:15:00 - 2:15:06] ▶

tell all the same details as each other one after another like it wasn't like five kids i think it

[2:15:06 - 2:15:10] ▶

was like over 100 kids and and and and so he came to believe them but at the same time as a as a as a

[2:15:10 - 2:15:19] ▶

hardened you know journey as a serious journalist he wanted to like bring in some kind of expert to tell

[2:15:19 - 2:15:24] ▶

him if these kids were all you know expert liars or crazy so he he he phoned the um the head of child

[2:15:24 - 2:15:32] ▶

psychiatry at harvard at the time who was like apparently the the the leading expert on child

[2:15:32 - 2:15:38] ▶

psychiatry in the united states at the time his name was john mack so he calls him he tells him about

[2:15:38 - 2:15:43] ▶

this event and asks him to come out to south africa and interview the kids and tell him his conclusion

[2:15:43 - 2:15:49] ▶

so mack flies out to south africa and he interviews these kids one at a time he films the interviews and

[2:15:49 - 2:15:57] ▶

100 takes away the fact that these kids are all telling the truth that they all experience what they're

[2:15:57 - 2:16:01] ▶

saying they experienced yeah and then years later um james fox uh um tracked down a bunch of these

[2:16:01 - 2:16:09] ▶

kids and he got them to do interviews for the phenomenon and it's amazing you see them you see

[2:16:09 - 2:16:15] ▶

them talking as kids intercut with them as adults and they're saying the exact same thing none of them

[2:16:15 - 2:16:21] ▶

have ever tried to monetize their story or become famous if anything they've just completely kept it to

[2:16:21 - 2:16:27] ▶

themselves um one of them says she's actually never told her husband about it like just didn't want

[2:16:27 - 2:16:33] ▶

to like be you know make them think she's crazy or whatever that's crazy and it's just this wild

[2:16:33 - 2:16:39] ▶

story and the fact that these these interviews exist that you can watch of these little kids talking

[2:16:39 - 2:16:43] ▶

it's super moving and yeah man james fox did an amazing job putting that piece of the film together

[2:16:43 - 2:16:49] ▶

yeah and um you know i was really grateful he you know he brought me on to that project as a producer

[2:16:49 - 2:16:56] ▶

um towards the end of his process and i was able to play a role in helping get the movie out there and

[2:16:56 - 2:17:01] ▶

and the marketing of the movie and and getting it out into the mainstream but he did a hell of a job

[2:17:01 - 2:17:06] ▶

also moment of contact was fucking oh yeah moment of contact's a great movie james james is an awesome

[2:17:06 - 2:17:12] ▶

filmmaker and he's been ahead of the curve on this topic you know like he started making films on this before

[2:17:12 - 2:17:18] ▶

people yeah oh yeah he's doing this films on it he's been doing this for a long time yeah

second was i know what i saw right mm-hmm i think so yeah yeah um but uh yeah moment of contact was

crazy because he was just interviewing random everyday people in this like bumfuck town in brazil

[2:17:33 - 2:17:39] ▶

who saw this creepy looking creature he did the he did the deepest dive i think someone actually died from it

[2:17:40 - 2:17:47] ▶

yeah and then they all talk about these like all these like military people in brazil are afraid

[2:17:47 - 2:17:52] ▶

to talk about it they want to be anonymous have their voices changed and all this stuff there's

[2:17:52 - 2:17:56] ▶

one guy who wouldn't even talk who threatened to shoot everybody who came on his property

[2:17:56 - 2:18:00] ▶

and like like stories of men in black the u.s air force plane landing carting this thing off and then

[2:18:00 - 2:18:06] ▶

leaving like yeah that one is like there's so much testimony witness testimony that lines up

[2:18:06 - 2:18:14] ▶

so well even the his new one has the the surgeon of the hospital yeah that one surgeon who like

[2:18:14 - 2:18:19] ▶

literally said he had a communication with this thing and he said like he was explaining how when

[2:18:19 - 2:18:24] ▶

he was like looking at this thing and it was communicating to him it was just like it made him

[2:18:24 - 2:18:28] ▶

want to cry because he just felt like overwhelming love yeah from this thing super super powerful story

[2:18:28 - 2:18:36] ▶

and james james did the best deep dive ever on it um and i'll tell you i i have heard from some of my

[2:18:36 - 2:18:43] ▶

my most trusted uh senior intelligence friends intelligence community friends including you know

[2:18:45 - 2:18:51] ▶

who we mentioned today jay stratton who you know co-ran osap and and and and was director of the uap task

[2:18:51 - 2:18:56] ▶

force he he and others have told me that they spoke to people from the brazilian military like very senior

[2:18:56 - 2:19:05] ▶

people who shared with them evidence of this having happened um medical reports yeah reports

[2:19:05 - 2:19:14] ▶

of the biological effects to civilians in that area um people that got zapped by uh this uap

[2:19:15 - 2:19:22] ▶

in this event this this specific event um the the brazilian military did a massive investigation of it

[2:19:23 - 2:19:31] ▶

and there's tons of evidence they you know they the people i've come to trust talk about it like an event

[2:19:31 - 2:19:39] ▶

that really truly happened and and is well documented and maybe you know most likely the us the elements

[2:19:39 - 2:19:46] ▶

of the us government that have been covering this up the folks involved in legacy program you know likely

[2:19:46 - 2:19:50] ▶

had had a role in covering it up and just you know sure making sure it never never made it to the public um

[2:19:50 - 2:19:57] ▶

you know talking about james james fox and his filmmaking um just you know makes me it's another

[2:19:57 - 2:20:03] ▶

reminder like how important um civilian journalism is you know like we know about this stuff because

[2:20:03 - 2:20:10] ▶

you know some of us have made documentaries you know people like you and joe rogan are you know

[2:20:10 - 2:20:14] ▶

talking about it on podcasts like yeah um in the past there wasn't enough people bringing attention to it

[2:20:15 - 2:20:22] ▶

and because legacy media didn't bring any attention to it right and is largely controlled um people

[2:20:22 - 2:20:28] ▶

just didn't find out you know so i think it's it's it's an exciting time for civilian journalism and

[2:20:28 - 2:20:33] ▶

documentaries and podcasts because you can do these you can do these deep dives and you can put out an

[2:20:33 - 2:20:38] ▶

independent film or you can put out an independent podcast and people people will see it and learn

[2:20:38 - 2:20:42] ▶

about it and it's also leading to more to come out you know like because james made that doc

[2:20:42 - 2:20:47] ▶

like he's going that doctor came out of the shadows and decided he would he would he would share his

[2:20:47 - 2:20:54] ▶

story yeah so it's like bringing attention to stuff actually leads to more coming out you know and at

[2:20:54 - 2:21:00] ▶

the same time there's also like that's that's like ballsy of him to do that to do that investigation to

[2:21:00 - 2:21:05] ▶

put that out there and not just ballsy of him but it's like it it's a huge leap to go from

[2:21:05 - 2:21:12] ▶

government ufos recorded on the radar of military fighter jets and unknown objects documented by the

[2:21:12 - 2:21:20] ▶

military to go all the way to i communicated with a alien in a hospital telepathically like that's

[2:21:20 - 2:21:29] ▶

we've already we've already gone past the ufo bridge like everyone can accept that ufos are real

[2:21:29 - 2:21:35] ▶

it's pretty much in like the zeitgeist now in common in in america at least but like i feel

[2:21:35 - 2:21:42] ▶

like it's gonna take a lot more to get people to the okay we're telepathically communicating with these

[2:21:42 - 2:21:48] ▶

beings that are coming here and they're it's some other uh entity not human that is really

[2:21:48 - 2:21:57] ▶

technologically advanced and like yeah even alien abductions like did any of the people that you talk to

[2:21:57 - 2:22:04] ▶

go that far to talk about like talk about the actual beings people people did people i chose to

[2:22:04 - 2:22:09] ▶

leave it out of the film because i just felt like for the average person who hasn't spent any time

[2:22:09 - 2:22:16] ▶

learning about this it's just a bridge too far yeah it's just hard for them to wrap their head around

[2:22:16 - 2:22:21] ▶

it's hard to it's a jagged pill to swallow and i think it i think it will it makes a lot of people

[2:22:21 - 2:22:26] ▶

discount the other stuff and so i think my my ultimately obviously i you saw the film ultimately

[2:22:26 - 2:22:35] ▶

where i came out on it was um to have the film cover the base facts of the high level situation

[2:22:35 - 2:22:43] ▶

and not get into that which would be sort of like the next bridge for the audience to get right right

[2:22:43 - 2:22:50] ▶

right it could be in a follow-up film it could be in a spin-off um it could be in something else i do um

[2:22:50 - 2:22:56] ▶

but there's just already so the base facts are already

[2:22:56 - 2:23:00] ▶

is already so extraordinary you know and such a departure from people's everyday life that i felt

[2:23:03 - 2:23:09] ▶

that was enough you know yeah and i actually had um in one uh cut of the movie i did have a little like

[2:23:09 - 2:23:19] ▶

three or four minute scene that touched on it wasn't abductions but touched on um the personal

[2:23:20 - 2:23:30] ▶

experiences some of the u.s government officials had at their homes after investigating this so

[2:23:31 - 2:23:39] ▶

one of the wild things i learned was that as people involved in investigating this

[2:23:40 - 2:23:46] ▶

for the government looked into non-human intelligent life it seems non-human intelligent life started

[2:23:48 - 2:23:54] ▶

looking into them uh the analogy that they you know used to wrap their head around what's happening

[2:23:54 - 2:24:01] ▶

is they would say look if if russia sends a spy to dc to spy on members of our congress our

[2:24:01 - 2:24:09] ▶

intelligence community spies on the russian spy you know like we look into them because they're looking

[2:24:09 - 2:24:15] ▶

at us and so these intelligence officials just sort of like applied that logic to what was happening to

[2:24:15 - 2:24:20] ▶

them they started looking into non-human intelligent life in uap for the government and all of a sudden

[2:24:20 - 2:24:24] ▶

they were having activity at their houses orbs in their homes in front of their wives in some cases

[2:24:24 - 2:24:32] ▶

crafts like straight up ufos within eyesight of their homes um that's covered in a lot of my interviews

[2:24:32 - 2:24:42] ▶

and i ended up putting it into like a three or four minute scene in an early cut of the movie and when

[2:24:43 - 2:24:48] ▶

i did test screenings um small test screenings with trusted friends time and time again at the end

[2:24:48 - 2:24:56] ▶

when i would say i would ask general questions like you know did it change your perspective on all this

[2:24:56 - 2:25:02] ▶

the ideas you had going into watching the movie are the same after watching the movie those kind of

[2:25:04 - 2:25:08] ▶

just headline questions and i always would say was there anything that you found um hard to accept and

[2:25:08 - 2:25:14] ▶

and and believed betrayal and every single time it was that sequence it was that sequence in the film

[2:25:14 - 2:25:20] ▶

that they people had problems with and there was through there was just something about it that was

[2:25:20 - 2:25:24] ▶

a bridge too far and i would even ask you know i asked the obvious follow-up questions you know i'd say

[2:25:24 - 2:25:28] ▶

well the person telling that story didn't didn't the previous part of the film establish their credibility

[2:25:29 - 2:25:35] ▶

and they'd say yeah yeah it did for sure 100 and i'd be like then why do you find it hard to believe

[2:25:35 - 2:25:40] ▶

what they're saying in this scene and it was just something about these people sharing their own

[2:25:40 - 2:25:46] ▶

personal experience that happened in their own home that becomes a bridge too far for people yeah

[2:25:46 - 2:25:52] ▶

whereas that same intelligence official saying what they learned when investigating and what they

[2:25:52 - 2:26:00] ▶

uncovered is totally digestible to the audience so i just decided to take that scene out yeah this is

[2:26:00 - 2:26:08] ▶

the long story short yeah the normies aren't ready for you exactly yeah and i don't know what that is

[2:26:08 - 2:26:12] ▶

i don't know what part of like human psychology makes that like a bridge too far for people one of

[2:26:12 - 2:26:16] ▶

the interesting things in the film is rubio and clapper we talked about two guys we talked about today

[2:26:16 - 2:26:20] ▶

they both say in the film they talk about how it's difficult for people to wrap their head around

[2:26:20 - 2:26:26] ▶

something they haven't personally experienced or to or prepare themselves for something i've experienced

[2:26:26 - 2:26:31] ▶

it's something in the human psyche yeah that does that and that's actually something that they are

[2:26:31 - 2:26:35] ▶

concerned about they are concerned that collectively we as a nation won't properly prepare for what's

[2:26:35 - 2:26:43] ▶

happening right now and and and and um put the right brain power towards it because we haven't

[2:26:43 - 2:26:51] ▶

experienced it yet and rubio makes points about um there being several examples of that blowing up in

[2:26:51 - 2:26:58] ▶

our face like we never imagined terrorists would fly you know come to the the homeland and learn to fly

[2:26:58 - 2:27:03] ▶

commercial airplanes and use it against us in a terror stack yeah until they did and we never you

[2:27:03 - 2:27:07] ▶

know imagined the japanese would be able to you know strike us at pearl harbor with their missiles and

[2:27:07 - 2:27:11] ▶

get their missiles through the straits but until they did um and so there's histories full of these

[2:27:11 - 2:27:15] ▶

examples of of of us not preparing for or wrapping our head around uh things we haven't experienced yet

[2:27:15 - 2:27:23] ▶

and then sometimes that leads to a strategic surprise that as he says in the film could change the course of

[2:27:23 - 2:27:28] ▶

human history yeah and and so there's this it is interesting and i found it i found it really

[2:27:28 - 2:27:34] ▶

informative when i was doing these test screenings of earlier cuts where that bridge is for people

[2:27:34 - 2:27:39] ▶

where it just goes a bridge too far yeah that's interesting but i did certainly hear a lot of

[2:27:39 - 2:27:44] ▶

incredible stories and from where i was sitting as the guy doing all the interviews there was so much

[2:27:44 - 2:27:48] ▶

overlap you it was like tell me what you heard about the aliens so talked to um several people who worked

[2:27:48 - 2:27:58] ▶

on nuclear weapons bases who had seen a uap on the base like been part of an event that multiple

[2:27:58 - 2:28:07] ▶

people witnessed with them and then in the coming days had subsequent events when they were off the

[2:28:07 - 2:28:13] ▶

base where they encountered um uap and then not human beings um oh they encountered beings at their

[2:28:13 - 2:28:20] ▶

homes yeah or not necessarily those cases the new open stories were actually not homes it happened in

[2:28:20 - 2:28:26] ▶

various not at work yeah not at work um one one story that did happen on the on a base though um

[2:28:26 - 2:28:33] ▶

and i didn't i didn't include this in the film but i did say i have it maybe i'll maybe i'll

[2:28:34 - 2:28:38] ▶

release it one day yeah director's cut or like maybe uh you know i've been thinking about not not

[2:28:38 - 2:28:43] ▶

to digress but i've been thinking about um maybe doing a dvd a blu-ray with special features on it i like it

[2:28:43 - 2:28:51] ▶

it deleted scenes when i was a kid i used to love buying dvds that had deleted scenes keep it off

[2:28:51 - 2:28:57] ▶

the internet just make it a dvd yes put on dvd people can have it collect hold on to it you know

[2:28:57 - 2:29:01] ▶

that's a great idea i still collect dvds personally do you i like physical media yeah i have i have a

[2:29:01 - 2:29:07] ▶

few draws of uh dvds in alphabetical order like like a lunatic that's awesome um but uh

[2:29:07 - 2:29:15] ▶

uh yeah i think i might do that one day but so one of these interviews um i did was it was it was

[2:29:15 - 2:29:24] ▶

the air force security guard on a nuclear weapons base had a had an encounter where him and his

[2:29:24 - 2:29:28] ▶

partner saw a uap over a nuclear weapon site and then what happened after that was he

[2:29:28 - 2:29:36] ▶

he said that a bright light came from the uap and hit this vehicle that him and his partner went and they

[2:29:37 - 2:29:43] ▶

basically became like you know catatonic like frozen they couldn't move and um he said out of

[2:29:43 - 2:29:49] ▶

the corner of his eye he saw three non-human beings approaching the car and he said he was terrified and

[2:29:49 - 2:29:55] ▶

his heart started to race and he thought he's gonna have a freaking heart attack he thought his like heart

[2:29:55 - 2:29:59] ▶

was gonna like leap out of his chest and then he just blacked out and when he woke up his vehicle

[2:29:59 - 2:30:06] ▶

was no longer where it was in front of the the uh the nuke um site he was now at the bottom of a

[2:30:06 - 2:30:17] ▶

reservoir that was on the back side of the base that you couldn't physically drive down to the truck was

[2:30:17 - 2:30:22] ▶

just there it had been relocated and he came to and his partner was still basically catatonic in shock

[2:30:22 - 2:30:29] ▶

couldn't move he was like gripping the steering wheel he said and um over the base over the radio

[2:30:29 - 2:30:36] ▶

he heard like his colleagues looking for him still and he looked at his watch and hours had passed

[2:30:36 - 2:30:43] ▶

and he called in saying saying where they were and you know as crazy as it was he's like this is where

[2:30:44 - 2:30:51] ▶

we are and apparently they came and got them and then when they brought him back to the base apparently

[2:30:51 - 2:30:57] ▶

they were separated and air force office of special investigation and cia were there and

[2:30:57 - 2:31:04] ▶

essentially interrogated them both asked them a million questions they sent them both to the

[2:31:05 - 2:31:09] ▶

hospital after they checked them um for radiation damage they checked their gums and other other

[2:31:09 - 2:31:17] ▶

medical tests you would do if someone was near something that gave off a lot of energy that you knew

[2:31:17 - 2:31:21] ▶

would cause biological effects you know and then um they were told never to talk to each other again

[2:31:21 - 2:31:28] ▶

and the partner was shipped out to another country very quickly soon after that whoa yeah and um

[2:31:29 - 2:31:38] ▶

what's wild about that is i interviewed other people who didn't know another person who didn't know this

[2:31:39 - 2:31:47] ▶

guy and he had a very similar story that went down on a different base in a different decade and then

[2:31:47 - 2:31:55] ▶

the aftermath was like almost exactly the same him and his he that guy was um in another vehicle he had

[2:31:55 - 2:32:01] ▶

a partner they were separated told never to talk to each other again same air force office of special

[2:32:01 - 2:32:07] ▶

investigation cia asking the questions and then um one of them was shipped to a base on in japan

[2:32:07 - 2:32:15] ▶

and this is all this bolt bolt stories uh we're saying is you know before the internet before email

[2:32:15 - 2:32:21] ▶

and you know social media and all that so like you you know by telling someone don't talk to each other

[2:32:21 - 2:32:26] ▶

and then sending them to you know sending one of them to another country you're really like cutting

[2:32:26 - 2:32:31] ▶

down on communication and people socializing it and have a better chance of it just like kind of

[2:32:31 - 2:32:36] ▶

like going away you know did you film those yeah i filmed all those testimonies yeah i filmed those and

[2:32:36 - 2:32:41] ▶

they're really chilling and um um each time each of those interviews um you can really feel when

[2:32:41 - 2:32:51] ▶

they're like going back in their mind these memories you could feel how much it like stresses them out

[2:32:51 - 2:32:57] ▶

like it's like dramatic um one guy when he's telling the story actually i i he i noticed his like knee was

[2:32:57 - 2:33:04] ▶

like like shaking and like like you know when you're thinking about something really dramatic and it's just like

[2:33:04 - 2:33:09] ▶

like going so fast that i i actually stopped the interview and i was like hey man you want to like

[2:33:09 - 2:33:12] ▶

you want to take a you need to take a break you know how much detail did he give you on like what

[2:33:12 - 2:33:16] ▶

the beings looked like he said one was a really tall humanoid being and then there was other shorter

[2:33:16 - 2:33:22] ▶

smaller beings that looked different uh with him and he said that one looked more human tall very tall he said

[2:33:22 - 2:33:29] ▶

humanoid and then smaller ones that did not look the same and um whoa and he said that the tall

[2:33:30 - 2:33:38] ▶

one had he could see in the corner's eye had what looked like like a cattle prod like a device in

[2:33:38 - 2:33:44] ▶

its hand that was like a like a pole and he did the only reference point he had was i do remember that

[2:33:44 - 2:33:51] ▶

yeah yeah there's all this overlap in these stories and you know a lot of them um a lot of them happened in

[2:33:51 - 2:34:03] ▶

um in different they happened in different years and like the circumstances um

[2:34:03 - 2:34:08] ▶

there's also like a lot of there's a lot of like um

[2:34:11 - 2:34:13] ▶

you gotta i i personally think there's a difference between uh trap the difference between travis walton and

[2:34:16 - 2:34:22] ▶

these guys to me is these guys were trusted enough to work on nuclear weapons bases they were placed in

[2:34:22 - 2:34:31] ▶

positions of authority yes as security forces on a nuclear weapons base they have to be also during

[2:34:31 - 2:34:37] ▶

the cold war they have to be proven psychologically sound yeah to be in charge of those places and i

[2:34:37 - 2:34:42] ▶

think like if we put ourselves in the context of history like during the cold war there would have

[2:34:42 - 2:34:47] ▶

there would have been even more um thoughtfulness put towards who gets those jobs yeah you know and so

[2:34:47 - 2:34:54] ▶

um yeah it really made an impact on me uh i just felt for this film you know it it was a bridge too

[2:34:54 - 2:35:04] ▶

far and we could get to that point next you know i think i i was really trying to make a movie that was

[2:35:04 - 2:35:10] ▶

not just for people who are already completely immersed in this topic and interested in it you

[2:35:10 - 2:35:14] ▶

know i wanted to make it for the everyman so that the average person could understand this is a real and

[2:35:14 - 2:35:20] ▶

serious situation and i do feel like that mission was accomplished um especially in how it led to

[2:35:20 - 2:35:25] ▶

this directive from trump i feel like the average person seeing 34 really credible military government

[2:35:25 - 2:35:32] ▶

intelligence officials and people like rubio and center rounds and jillibrand and white house

[2:35:32 - 2:35:35] ▶

national security council members alongside generals and admirals i do think it just makes an imp like a

[2:35:35 - 2:35:40] ▶

massive impact on people yeah the average person you know when i think about like my folks in jersey in

[2:35:40 - 2:35:45] ▶

their mid 70s like who've never watched any documentary on this topic you know then they watch this and like all

[2:35:45 - 2:35:50] ▶

of a sudden like what this is real yeah you know you think about those normal people the normies as

[2:35:50 - 2:35:54] ▶

you said um yeah that's who i was making the movie for and i think now that the average person is aware that

[2:35:54 - 2:36:01] ▶

this is real i think we can get to those other you know content whether it's documentaries or whether it's

[2:36:01 - 2:36:07] ▶

scripted movies uh or whether it's um whether it's just you know news program special yeah i'm sure there's so many more

[2:36:07 - 2:36:15] ▶

branches and so many more story lines that you could have followed and you can make uh you know

[2:36:15 - 2:36:20] ▶

movies about all of those individually i'd like to and i'd like to i really i i enjoyed making the film

[2:36:20 - 2:36:25] ▶

and i enjoyed the process of like making making an impact i do think the problem with it is like when

[2:36:25 - 2:36:29] ▶

you're doing that kind of thing and i've done it before it's like there's so much good you got

[2:36:29 - 2:36:34] ▶

to delete oh yeah this this was the hardest creative process of my entire life yeah you know i've been as

[2:36:34 - 2:36:39] ▶

a producer i've i've um i've built from the ground up a bunch of movies and tv shows you know including

[2:36:39 - 2:36:46] ▶

ready player one i developed that from the very beginning when it was you know we just had the

[2:36:46 - 2:36:50] ▶

book to start with the the book by ernest klein um and developing movies and tv shows is is hard it's a

[2:36:50 - 2:36:58] ▶

it's a process it's a hard creative process um but this was the hardest creative process because

[2:36:58 - 2:37:05] ▶

you know there was there was a yeah there could have been a four and a half five hour version of

[2:37:05 - 2:37:09] ▶

this movie right that ten people would have watched because it would have been too long you know um but

[2:37:09 - 2:37:13] ▶

um more than ten people would have watched it yeah more than ten more than ten people to watch it but

[2:37:13 - 2:37:18] ▶

you know there's a huge population uh uh that will not watch a movie if it's over two hours yeah

[2:37:18 - 2:37:23] ▶

you know or they'll doze off or they'll watch it you could have done it in like three parts or something

[2:37:23 - 2:37:27] ▶

then it's a series and series i don't think series have the same cultural impact as movies right they just

[2:37:27 - 2:37:32] ▶

don't i agree they don't the same staying power they're not as evergreen um and um you know a

[2:37:32 - 2:37:38] ▶

standalone movie it's a lot to ask someone to watch a whole series you know if you ask your friends

[2:37:38 - 2:37:43] ▶

honestly how many series they start and don't finish it's yeah it's gonna be majority do the

[2:37:43 - 2:37:47] ▶

whole thing with the cliffhangers to get them into the next episode and all that yeah yeah i mean i had

[2:37:47 - 2:37:52] ▶

the thought of course but then i was just like you know that's just not gonna make the same impact

[2:37:52 - 2:37:55] ▶

right but a movie you know yeah someone tells you someone you know i see it all the time people say my

[2:37:55 - 2:38:00] ▶

friend told me to watch the disclosure and like you know i went home and i watched it that night

[2:38:00 - 2:38:03] ▶

like you can do that you can you can accomplish that mission in under two hours you can watch this

[2:38:03 - 2:38:07] ▶

movie you can completely learn the lay of the land you can now be able to talk about it you can now

[2:38:07 - 2:38:12] ▶

know what's real what's not real yeah you can't do that with a series no one's gonna when you did

[2:38:12 - 2:38:16] ▶

ready player one how much interaction did you have with spielberg a lot really yeah i mean first off

[2:38:16 - 2:38:23] ▶

uh like i said i think he's the greatest director of all time no one no one inspired me more

[2:38:23 - 2:38:27] ▶

um not only uh to become interested in this topic because of movies like et and close encounters

[2:38:27 - 2:38:35] ▶

but also to get into filmmaking i remember when i was a kid and um i became obsessed with with et

[2:38:36 - 2:38:44] ▶

and close encounters i remember reading about how he made uh short films as a kid in like middle school

[2:38:44 - 2:38:50] ▶

and high school yeah on 16 millimeter film and eight millimeter film and he used him and his uh uh you know

[2:38:50 - 2:38:57] ▶

he did like he wore a bunch of hats he would like edit them and direct them and produce them and

[2:38:57 - 2:39:01] ▶

then his friends would be in them um his family members would be in them and so i was inspired to

[2:39:01 - 2:39:07] ▶

do the same thing so like i i didn't i didn't have any we didn't have a lot of money growing up um

[2:39:07 - 2:39:12] ▶

you know normal like you know middle class in jersey and um so i saved up shoveling snow in the winter and uh

[2:39:12 - 2:39:19] ▶

you know mowing lawns in the summer um to buy uh a camera super eight camera a 16 millimeter camera

[2:39:20 - 2:39:28] ▶

and to buy film and a little splicing machine a little editing splicing machine like before digital

[2:39:28 - 2:39:33] ▶

editing you literally had to like cut the film right yeah and so uh i wrote directed produced and

[2:39:33 - 2:39:42] ▶

edited these little short films that my neighborhood buddies would would would star in one of my best

[2:39:42 - 2:39:48] ▶

uh to participate and uh we would do i remember one this is actually hilarious there's just one short

film i made where two buddies of mine uh phil and dan they they rob a 7-eleven and it's like in the movie

[2:40:09 - 2:40:15] ▶

in this little short and it's just like a it's like a heist little three minute heist right and

[2:40:15 - 2:40:20] ▶

i wanted a police car chase so at the time i was working at the uh the local pizzeria working the

[2:40:21 - 2:40:27] ▶

counters like i think it's like probably freshman year in high school yeah the cops came in and they'd

[2:40:27 - 2:40:33] ▶

always eat really cheap the role was the owner would let us charge cops 10 bucks no matter what they

[2:40:33 - 2:40:37] ▶

ate they could get 30 dollars worth of food 10 bucks and uh so they liked us and uh i remember i asked

[2:40:37 - 2:40:44] ▶

uh officer tim durkin shout out to officer tim durkin i remember asking i said hey will you will you

[2:40:44 - 2:40:49] ▶

participate in this police chase in my short film and the guy did it he did it and i sped up the film

[2:40:49 - 2:40:57] ▶

you know you can speed up film right so yeah he was going fast but i made him look like he's going

[2:40:57 - 2:41:01] ▶

really fast and he's peeling around corners in our little suburban jersey neighborhood that's absolutely

[2:41:01 - 2:41:05] ▶

hilarious and he got really into it we had this great camera movement at the end we're like at the

[2:41:05 - 2:41:11] ▶

end like when the when the two thieves get away he like slams on his brake hops out of his car and

[2:41:11 - 2:41:15] ▶

like the camera like moves around the door like and he just looks like a badass and he loved it and

[2:41:15 - 2:41:20] ▶

he had a great time and um when i go home for the holidays to my little jersey town i often bump into

[2:41:20 - 2:41:25] ▶

him at the local bar and he always brings it up he's like man that was awesome so i had all these i

[2:41:25 - 2:41:31] ▶

like i tried to add like production value and all the things i did as a kid was making these short films

[2:41:31 - 2:41:36] ▶

yeah and try to make it you know i kept viewing each one as a challenge like i would get a police

[2:41:36 - 2:41:40] ▶

car chase or i'd get like the local emts the ambulances to like you know show up in a scene

[2:41:40 - 2:41:45] ▶

and like um but i was very inspired by spielberg to do all that like reading about him the fact that

[2:41:45 - 2:41:51] ▶

he did that as a kid is what made me want to do it as a kid yeah and um yeah i made i made like a

[2:41:51 - 2:41:56] ▶

i probably made like a dozen short films on super 8 and 16 throughout middle school and high school

[2:41:57 - 2:42:02] ▶

and it really cemented you know my uh my desire to get into the movie business and and make it a

[2:42:02 - 2:42:10] ▶

career you know and then so years later when we developed ready player one so the way that started

[2:42:10 - 2:42:16] ▶

is ernie ernie klein wrote the book amazing book he's an amazing author and um and uh i started

[2:42:16 - 2:42:23] ▶

collaborating with him and we i set it up as a producer i set it up at warner brothers um got them

[2:42:23 - 2:42:29] ▶

on board to fund the development of it and pay for the adaptations to be written and uh that process

[2:42:29 - 2:42:36] ▶

started in 2010 a year before the book came out and then the book came out and became this big you

[2:42:36 - 2:42:43] ▶

know sensation instant bestseller and we continued developing the screenplay and then it got to the

[2:42:43 - 2:42:49] ▶

point in uh spring of 2015 we had a draft that we all loved and the studio loved and we needed a

[2:42:49 - 2:42:57] ▶

director and we we brought it to spielberg and he loved the script and then he read the book and

[2:42:57 - 2:43:02] ▶

loved the book that's amazing and um i remember learning uh at the time that his uh wife had

[2:43:02 - 2:43:08] ▶

coincidentally just um listened to the audio book on her morning walks and so she had been talking

[2:43:08 - 2:43:13] ▶

about it coincidentally and then we offered it to him and it's kind of like wow you know he's here

[2:43:13 - 2:43:17] ▶

meant to be yeah he was hearing from multiple people how wonderful the book was and um yeah and

[2:43:17 - 2:43:22] ▶

then so he he came on board spring of 15 and everything got fast tracked um we started

[2:43:22 - 2:43:27] ▶

pre-production end of 15 we shot in 6 16 in the uk in the english countryside uh warner has a studio

[2:43:27 - 2:43:33] ▶

called leavesden and it's about an hour hour and a half out of out of london and we shot there in 2016

[2:43:33 - 2:43:40] ▶

and then it was in post-production throughout all of 2017 and um then it came out march of 2018

[2:43:40 - 2:43:48] ▶

2018 and um we premiered it at the south by southwest film festival opening weekend sunday afternoon of

[2:43:48 - 2:43:54] ▶

2018 and that's relevant because uh a really cool thing for me was when when my movie the age of

[2:43:54 - 2:44:01] ▶

disclosure was done we also premiered it in the exact same slot sunday afternoon opening weekend of

[2:44:01 - 2:44:06] ▶

south by southwest film festival and we premiered in the same theater the paramount theater in austin

[2:44:06 - 2:44:12] ▶

the historic paramount theater it's like an 1100 seat theater and it was pretty surreal for me

[2:44:12 - 2:44:17] ▶

yeah being on stage introducing the movie well i have this memory of sitting in the audience

[2:44:17 - 2:44:21] ▶

watching spielberg introduce ready player one in the same same place into that's pretty incredible

[2:44:21 - 2:44:26] ▶

dude yeah yeah what's even weirder like kind of a glitch in the matrix um it was uh south by southwest

[2:44:26 - 2:44:34] ▶

film festival 2006 that i met uh ernest klein who wrote ready player one so this all kind of happened

[2:44:34 - 2:44:41] ▶

within a couple blocks of each other which is kind of weird that's why yeah it's wild yeah um but no

[2:44:41 - 2:44:46] ▶

no spielberg's had a huge influence on me and you know you ever talk to him about this whole

[2:44:46 - 2:44:51] ▶

topic this alien ufo just a little bit on on set making the movie yeah you know he uh he's got a

[2:44:51 - 2:44:56] ▶

new movie coming out yeah he's got he's got he's got disclosure date coming out in june and i think

[2:44:56 - 2:45:00] ▶

it's gonna make a huge impact i think the one it's like a one-two punch i think like this documentary

[2:45:00 - 2:45:05] ▶

makes people realize how real this is and how serious it is and then you get like a big popcorn movie

[2:45:05 - 2:45:11] ▶

from like the greatest filmmaker ever that you know shows a grounded story dealing with this i

[2:45:11 - 2:45:17] ▶

think the combined impact of that is going to really open people's minds i mean if me watching

[2:45:17 - 2:45:22] ▶

close encounters as a kid and et as a kid led to me having this lifelong interest in eventually making

[2:45:22 - 2:45:27] ▶

this documentary right what is the combined impact of my doc and his film gonna do for someone else

[2:45:27 - 2:45:33] ▶

you know right or for other people or for the collective you know yeah um so i think i think movies

[2:45:33 - 2:45:38] ▶

man make a bigger impact on culture than anything else totally i really believe that and um i think

[2:45:38 - 2:45:48] ▶

you get especially in this day and age where everyone's so add and looking at a million things

[2:45:48 - 2:45:53] ▶

on their social media scrolls like movies or those is like you know in rare air in that like you get

[2:45:53 - 2:46:00] ▶

someone's focus for like an hour and a half to two hours that's what they're focused on you know and it

[2:46:00 - 2:46:05] ▶

makes an emotional impact on them yeah they learn something from it they take something away from

[2:46:05 - 2:46:09] ▶

it it makes them think about things they hadn't thought about um yeah it's uh it's a powerful it's

[2:46:09 - 2:46:15] ▶

a powerful force of movie i think and so especially when you like really have to invest in it you know

[2:46:15 - 2:46:21] ▶

like when you had to get in the car drive there go sit down you know buy your popcorn buy your soda

[2:46:21 - 2:46:27] ▶

sit down put your phone away make sure your phone's on silent you know like the fact that we don't do that

[2:46:27 - 2:46:33] ▶

anymore it's kind of sad because that's like you're you're so locked in when you're when you're there

[2:46:33 - 2:46:38] ▶

and you're you're that invested in it you've committed that much time to doing it and now it's

[2:46:38 - 2:46:42] ▶

just like oh we watch half of them on our phone half of them on our laptop at night we split it into

[2:46:42 - 2:46:46] ▶

multiple days because we don't have time yeah and um man i don't know where that goes but yeah no it's

[2:46:46 - 2:46:54] ▶

like it's days i do too i do too the um but making that movie making ready player one um i gotta say you

[2:46:54 - 2:47:01] ▶

know for a guy who's the most successful person in the history of hollywood right yeah uh he was

[2:47:01 - 2:47:08] ▶

very sweet and he was very cool you know i was he you know i'm a young producer now as a younger

[2:47:08 - 2:47:14] ▶

producer then and he was still super cool and welcoming and you know when a when a when a when

[2:47:14 - 2:47:20] ▶

a big director's making a a big movie like it's their set right it's their set and they they've got a

[2:47:20 - 2:47:26] ▶

job to do and like you know anyone else there like they have to be cool with and they have to be

[2:47:26 - 2:47:33] ▶

welcoming and they have to be okay with it right and he was always cool about that does he shoot

[2:47:33 - 2:47:38] ▶

what do you mean like is he a shooter director cinematographer no yeah no no he has he has go-to

[2:47:39 - 2:47:44] ▶

cinematographers okay one of the some directors like to use the cameras the one he uses the most is um

[2:47:44 - 2:47:51] ▶

yamish kaminsky who shot our movie uh-huh amazing cinematographer also a great guy um and it was uh

[2:47:51 - 2:47:58] ▶

it was it was an um i mean put yourself in my shoes man i mean literally my favorite filmmaker since i was

[2:47:58 - 2:48:03] ▶

a kid and the biggest influence on me and i'm getting to be on set with him making a movie that

[2:48:03 - 2:48:10] ▶

i developed right the script i developed that's pretty that's pretty incredible i thought i was like

[2:48:10 - 2:48:13] ▶

it felt like a kid in a candy store and um but he was very cool and um i remember actually uh

[2:48:13 - 2:48:22] ▶

one day uh early on in making that movie um myself and uh ernie klein were in in the lunch line with

[2:48:23 - 2:48:31] ▶

the crew just filling up a plate of food we're pretty far down the line i'd filled a full plate of food

[2:48:31 - 2:48:37] ▶

and steven's assistant came up behind us and was like uh hey guys i i don't want to interrupt you but um

[2:48:37 - 2:48:43] ▶

you know no pressure i remember saying no pressure but uh steven's having lunch by himself right now

[2:48:44 - 2:48:48] ▶

i want to know if you guys want to join but no pressure we both like instantly just dropped our

[2:48:48 - 2:48:52] ▶

plates we're like let's go let's go we don't need lunch we don't need lunch and then uh and then like

[2:48:52 - 2:48:59] ▶

that was a great memory i remember he he was telling us like he's just like you know he was the

[2:48:59 - 2:49:04] ▶

coolest version of himself we uh we he was telling us stories about jurassic park and jaws and that's

[2:49:04 - 2:49:09] ▶

amazing we were just sitting there with our jaws on the floor wow remember literally walking away

[2:49:09 - 2:49:15] ▶

from that lunch and being like i cannot believe that that just happened you know that's wild yeah

[2:49:15 - 2:49:20] ▶

fun fact i was a production assistant or a camera production assistant on a movie with the

[2:49:20 - 2:49:24] ▶

cinematographer who did independence day the dp of independence day it's amazing that's the closest

[2:49:24 - 2:49:29] ▶

i've ever gotten anything cool like that i love that movie man and now now i look back at that

[2:49:29 - 2:49:35] ▶

movie differently you know there's that great scene where um bill pullman who plays the president yeah he

[2:49:35 - 2:49:41] ▶

says uh some line basically essentially saying uh someone brings up the idea that like our government

[2:49:41 - 2:49:47] ▶

has a secret ufo alien program and he says some line like you know that's all that's all conspiracy

[2:49:47 - 2:49:53] ▶

that's all yeah and then the guy who plays the head of the cia an actor named james redborn who's uh

[2:49:53 - 2:49:59] ▶

passed away he actually lived in my hometown um he played the head of the cia and he he has that

[2:49:59 - 2:50:05] ▶

famous line from the movie where he goes he's like well sir that's not exactly true you know and then

[2:50:05 - 2:50:12] ▶

boom they're at area 51. i want to see who that was like i'm not it's not ringing a bell right so james

[2:50:12 - 2:50:15] ▶

redborn is the tall guy uh white hair he was in the talented mr ripley he's in a lot of movies he was

[2:50:15 - 2:50:20] ▶

in the game remember the game michael douglas oh that's an amazing movie by the way the game

[2:50:20 - 2:50:25] ▶

the oh yes yes yes yes okay yeah really great oh dude yeah he was great he played it you never

[2:50:27 - 2:50:33] ▶

saw the game with michael douglas it's been a long time ah i have seen it i have that movie is

[2:50:33 - 2:50:37] ▶

bonkers um he yeah he played the the guy and yeah i remember that now fake boss i remember that

[2:50:37 - 2:50:43] ▶

now but he remember him being like mr president that's not exactly true that's not exactly true yeah

it's so good yeah dude i remember that i remember watching that moment and being like this is so

[2:50:48 - 2:50:52] ▶

awesome and then and then next you know they're at area 51 and then judd hirsch who plays um

[2:50:52 - 2:50:57] ▶

yeah exactly but do you remember like the bit at area 51 where they're like they're like who pays for

[2:50:59 - 2:51:06] ▶

all this stuff when they show the the hanger with the ufo and stuff they're like they're like who funds

[2:51:06 - 2:51:10] ▶

all this stuff and then someone's like you really think uh a toilet seat costs five thousand dollars you

[2:51:10 - 2:51:15] ▶

know like so basically like basically saying that like there's all these about that basically saying

[2:51:15 - 2:51:19] ▶

there's all these line items in dod's budget that actually go towards something else that's like that's

[2:51:19 - 2:51:25] ▶

what they were saying oh my god it was like the move the popcorn movie way of saying like misappropriated

[2:51:25 - 2:51:30] ▶

wow they're just hiding it all in fucking movies i gotta go back and watch that movie it's a really

[2:51:32 - 2:51:35] ▶

good movie man it really is but like going back like after like everything we know now and going back

[2:51:35 - 2:51:40] ▶

and watching some of that is like can be yeah eye-opening yeah totally that's what i said about

[2:51:40 - 2:51:45] ▶

the the abyss yeah you know go back and watch oh yeah james cameron's abyss you know and then he went

[2:51:45 - 2:51:53] ▶

down this whole you know the avatar movies and yeah dealing with life from elsewhere and you know i think

[2:51:53 - 2:51:59] ▶

he was ahead of his time for sure there was a story was ahead of his time there was a story speaking of

[2:51:59 - 2:52:04] ▶

the abyss there was a story that you that you left out i heard about some guy recovering a vehicle out of the

[2:52:04 - 2:52:09] ▶

ocean or something yeah yeah yeah one of the people i talked to who wouldn't go on camera um he was a

[2:52:09 - 2:52:17] ▶

special forces guy who had been in involved in a uap event and it's a long story but the the summary is

[2:52:17 - 2:52:25] ▶

when we when we test missiles

[2:52:28 - 2:52:29] ▶

there's a couple ways we test missiles so it's not generally speaking but one of the ways we test

[2:52:32 - 2:52:36] ▶

missiles um we shoot them out into the ocean they drop into the ocean they go far distance and they

[2:52:36 - 2:52:41] ▶

drop into the ocean and then we send special forces teams to go recover them usually like navy seals

[2:52:41 - 2:52:47] ▶

they'll just go recover the missile um they put it on a some kind of like a recovery system and they

[2:52:47 - 2:52:53] ▶

they bring it up into a chopper take it back and then they pull all the data from it for their tests

[2:52:54 - 2:52:59] ▶

like you know how it performed um so that's just like a thing we do and so one of these tests happened

[2:52:59 - 2:53:05] ▶

and the recovery was happening and this this guy was in the water uh with a couple of his colleagues

[2:53:05 - 2:53:10] ▶

and they had like a you know i don't know what the correct word is did he tell you what ocean no i don't

[2:53:10 - 2:53:16] ▶

know if it was a chain or a pulley system but whatever they had they had this this system for

[2:53:16 - 2:53:20] ▶

connecting the missile and there was a helicopter floating above them there's a few of these guys in

[2:53:21 - 2:53:27] ▶

the water doing this and then apparently a giant uap came out of the ocean like classic saucer ufo and it

[2:53:27 - 2:53:36] ▶

was just there they look up they're freaking out people in the chopper are freaking out and apparently

[2:53:36 - 2:53:43] ▶

this thing just took the missile somehow like they described it as like a magnet almost like it just took

[2:53:43 - 2:53:48] ▶

it whoa yeah and then it took off um and these guys were just swimming in the water yeah yeah oh my god

yeah yeah that's that's terrifying it's crazy it's crazy um but uh it was a really credible guy and um

he wouldn't he wouldn't go on camera he wouldn't do it went to an interview he was i thought he was

going to at one point but decided couldn't do it um but apparently uh that kind of thing has happened

before it's not like an isolated incident the ocean stuff is definitely definitely fascinating

you know it is um it really is man we might find out there's a whole civilization under the ocean

totally totally man i had this nasa guy on about a year ago kevin knuth he uh is a former nasa

contractor and he was explaining to me he he it made so much sense when he explained this to me he says

if you're a interplanetary civilization and you want to jump between planet to planet he goes it's not

a good idea to stay in the atmospheres because the atmospheres are the atmospheres are so volatile

from planet to planet like the atmosphere of venus is like 900 degrees fahrenheit on like a cold day

investigator of project blue book was one of his consultants um so yeah he had he had people

story about spielberg um doing a screening of et at the white house for reagan and on the way out

reagan commenting on how there's just a few people who know how close to true the et story is or how

much truth there is or some line like that um i believe he spielberg might have told this story

that you know most people either don't know happened or forgot about i put i put it in my film in the

disclosure he gives a speech where he talks about how he often thinks that the one thing that will unite

humanity is a nr and amongst adversaries is a threat from another intelligent life from outside this

planet right and how it will help us um see more of what we have in common yeah differences we'll think of

[3:00:30 - 3:00:36] ▶

each other uh instead of americans and chinese and russians we'll think of each other as earthlings

[3:00:36 - 3:00:41] ▶

yeah but the wild thing about that is like put yourself in his shoes he's the president united

[3:00:41 - 3:00:46] ▶

states he's giving a speech at the u.n he can say anything he wants right and he chooses to say that

[3:00:46 - 3:00:51] ▶

he often thinks about this why do you often think about this unless it's a situation that you have to

[3:00:51 - 3:00:58] ▶

think about the president of the united states doesn't have like free time you know like yeah you're

[3:00:58 - 3:01:04] ▶

choosing very specifically to say that you often think about this that's bonk and then there's this

[3:01:04 - 3:01:09] ▶

this this spielberg story and there's other stories um one of the one of the people i interviewed um

[3:01:09 - 3:01:15] ▶

there was actually a few people i should i should make this clear there's a few people i interviewed

[3:01:16 - 3:01:19] ▶

that i didn't end up including in the film simply because there wasn't time or like what they talked

[3:01:20 - 3:01:28] ▶

about there wasn't like an organic way to get to it in the context of the doc it would have felt like a

[3:01:28 - 3:01:33] ▶

like a right hand turn out of nowhere you know um and they were really great people super credible

[3:01:33 - 3:01:39] ▶

that i'm grateful they gave me their time and one day i will put those interviews out too somehow

[3:01:40 - 3:01:44] ▶

since some some form but one of them was a former nsa guy who was involved in um reagan's star wars

[3:01:44 - 3:01:57] ▶

program and he says on camera that he came to understand

[3:01:57 - 3:02:03] ▶

the concern about uap coming in and out of our atmosphere was one of the motivations for the

[3:02:05 - 3:02:09] ▶

star wars program wow yeah pretty wild that is nuts yeah and he also talks about how reagan was

[3:02:09 - 3:02:16] ▶

had had learned how real the situation was now it's revealed in my film that most u.s presidents are

[3:02:16 - 3:02:22] ▶

kept in the dark on this they're not told the truth and that they're told the base facts i think

[3:02:22 - 3:02:27] ▶

some presidents my understanding is some presidents once they learned the base facts kind of like

[3:02:27 - 3:02:31] ▶

on their own figured out the rest but they're largely just kept kept in the dark yeah but yeah reagan

[3:02:31 - 3:02:38] ▶

and then bush the other the other one who has a big role we talked about in the film is um

[3:02:39 - 3:02:43] ▶

bush two i mean excuse me bush one bush senior when he was director of the cia he was not

[3:02:44 - 3:02:49] ▶

read in on this he was not told the truth about the crash retrieval and reverse engineering program

[3:02:49 - 3:02:53] ▶

and when but that he found out that it existed and then when he became president he um went out of his

[3:02:54 - 3:03:01] ▶

way to learn the truth about it and and got very involved and then his son bush too um knew the base

[3:03:01 - 3:03:09] ▶

facts and he wanted to disclose it right and he was contemplating disclosing it so he held a multi-day

[3:03:09 - 3:03:15] ▶

think tank we talked about it in my film one of the people who participated in the think tank is dr hal

[3:03:15 - 3:03:21] ▶

pudoff who's in my film he tells the story about how he and i think he said like a dozen other people from

[3:03:21 - 3:03:29] ▶

various uh parts of society scientists um people from finance um were put in a room basically and told that

[3:03:29 - 3:03:40] ▶

that the russians and the chinese and the americans have all recovered technology of non-human origin

[3:03:40 - 3:03:48] ▶

and it's it's circumstances that we're all dealing with and that the the president was contemplating

[3:03:48 - 3:03:55] ▶

stepping the microphone and telling the world the base facts and he wanted this group of people to

[3:03:55 - 3:04:00] ▶

assess what the repercussions would be what the impact would be on society and rank it from a one to ten

[3:04:00 - 3:04:06] ▶

scale um each vertical like the impact on religion the impact on the economy the impact on just a list

[3:04:06 - 3:04:13] ▶

of things right and they all went in he said they all went into it thinking this was going to be a

[3:04:13 - 3:04:16] ▶

good thing and then when they started to like honestly evaluate it and like run the numbers they

[3:04:16 - 3:04:20] ▶

decided that it was not a good idea and that there was more more than good than pros relative to the

[3:04:20 - 3:04:29] ▶

story is the fact that it was like just after 9 11 so the context also was like the world was already

[3:04:29 - 3:04:33] ▶

dealing with you know a big curveball and chaos and right you know the global war on terror started

[3:04:33 - 3:04:39] ▶

and you know the timing of it also was a factor but hal goes on the record on camera saying he

[3:04:39 - 3:04:44] ▶

participated in this and this was an actual process that happened in our lifetime which is wild you know

[3:04:44 - 3:04:50] ▶

to think that like you think back to the the you know bush choose presidency and you thought you

[3:04:50 - 3:04:55] ▶

knew what was going on in the world and this was happening in a room secretly in dc that's crazy

[3:04:55 - 3:04:59] ▶

um and then when asked about it uh um i found a clip of bush asked about it bush too being asked

[3:04:59 - 3:05:07] ▶

about it on on um jimmy kimmel yeah he's like i'm not gonna tell you yeah right and timing wise it was

[3:05:07 - 3:05:12] ▶

soon after this panel and he says uh kimmel goes you know have you looked into this and and he he

[3:05:12 - 3:05:21] ▶

thinks for a second he goes yeah but uh not gonna tell you right and when you put it all together you're

[3:05:21 - 3:05:25] ▶

just like wow so yeah i think some presidents have found out and then ultimately been discouraged

[3:05:25 - 3:05:30] ▶

from um sure coming forward on it yeah but well let's see if trump can see his legacy and be the

[3:05:30 - 3:05:36] ▶

one that does it yeah yeah let's let's see what happens then we'll come back and talk about it

[3:05:36 - 3:05:40] ▶

that's a crazy happening right now trump doing this missing scientists we'll see yeah it's gonna be an

[3:05:40 - 3:05:45] ▶

interesting year we are we are 100 living in in the age of disclosure that is that is for sure um i do

[3:05:45 - 3:05:52] ▶

think a lot more is going to be coming out though seriously and and and everyone should look for jay

[3:05:52 - 3:05:56] ▶

stratton's book that's gonna blow people's minds um i'm i'm thinking about what the next film i'm

[3:05:56 - 3:06:01] ▶

gonna make is um i'm having some high level conversations with folks in government about

[3:06:01 - 3:06:07] ▶

doing a follow-up film um there's also a bunch of these like standalone stories that i'm interested

[3:06:07 - 3:06:12] ▶

in like we've talked about a few of them that could be on their own standalone docs like deep dives

[3:06:12 - 3:06:17] ▶

down a specific situation that happened in the same way that james did that great film

[3:06:17 - 3:06:21] ▶

yeah moment of contact and focused on that one event um and um yeah and i'm building you know i i

[3:06:21 - 3:06:29] ▶

um i founded relentless releasing the distribution company that that released the film and um building

[3:06:29 - 3:06:36] ▶

that and uh gonna be releasing other movies as well so um that's awesome yeah i'm thinking about a

[3:06:36 - 3:06:41] ▶

bunch of different things for the for for what's next well it's a fantastic film and it's definitely

[3:06:41 - 3:06:45] ▶

doing a huge part moving the needle thank you and getting people talking about this and making

it more normalized and you know helping us push this out so we can finally get the truth hopefully
