Later on in my life, I saw a UAP,
[0:00:00 - 0:00:05] ▶
something that I cannot explain.
[0:00:06 - 0:00:08] ▶
I mean, I'm not an astrophysicist.
[0:00:08 - 0:00:10] ▶
I know you had Rashad Evans on your show, I believe.
[0:00:11 - 0:00:15] ▶
Rashad Evans, did you add it on?
[0:00:15 - 0:00:19] ▶
Have you had him on?
[0:00:19 - 0:00:20] ▶
No, you didn't add, no.
[0:00:21 - 0:00:22] ▶
I thought you had it on.
[0:00:22 - 0:00:23] ▶
He was a world champion in MMA, in UFC.
[0:00:24 - 0:00:28] ▶
So I was driving my car.
[0:00:28 - 0:00:32] ▶
It's about maybe almost 18 years ago.
[0:00:32 - 0:00:36] ▶
Oh no, I haven't had him on.
[0:00:37 - 0:00:37] ▶
I was in Albuquerque.
[0:00:38 - 0:00:40] ▶
I was with Ali Abdelaziz,
[0:00:40 - 0:00:43] ▶
who's the manager of Khabib Nurmagomedov,
[0:00:43 - 0:00:46] ▶
I was with Mike Van Arzel,
[0:00:48 - 0:00:50] ▶
who's another fighter in front of the,
[0:00:50 - 0:00:52] ▶
you know, driving the car.
[0:00:52 - 0:00:53] ▶
And another guy was there,
[0:00:53 - 0:00:55] ▶
Ali is Alejandro, a Mexican fighter,
[0:00:55 - 0:00:58] ▶
but I lost track of him.
[0:00:58 - 0:01:00] ▶
We were together in a car and we all saw something.
[0:01:00 - 0:01:05] ▶
I don't know what it was.
[0:01:06 - 0:01:07] ▶
I'm not saying it's alien,
[0:01:07 - 0:01:08] ▶
but we saw something that we couldn't explain.
[0:01:08 - 0:01:10] ▶
It didn't look like anything that we have seen before.
[0:01:10 - 0:01:13] ▶
And all five of us, when it happened,
[0:01:14 - 0:01:18] ▶
we weren't the highway driving.
[0:01:18 - 0:01:19] ▶
We were like, holy shit, what happened?
[0:01:21 - 0:01:22] ▶
because it's very strange,
[0:01:27 - 0:01:29] ▶
when they talk about what they've seen,
[0:01:29 - 0:01:34] ▶
it does not resemble of what I've seen.
[0:01:34 - 0:01:38] ▶
It's like we were lying.
[0:01:38 - 0:01:40] ▶
We make up a story that we all have different,
[0:01:40 - 0:01:43] ▶
different experience.
[0:01:43 - 0:01:45] ▶
So for me, it looked like a greenish,
[0:01:45 - 0:01:50] ▶
triangular light orb sort of flying towards us.
[0:01:50 - 0:01:54] ▶
Then it changed direction.
[0:01:54 - 0:01:55] ▶
Then it changed again and it skipped away.
[0:01:55 - 0:01:58] ▶
And it sort of disappeared.
[0:01:58 - 0:02:00] ▶
It was in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
[0:02:01 - 0:02:04] ▶
It was, I was training for one of my training camp.
[0:02:04 - 0:02:07] ▶
But another thing too,
[0:02:09 - 0:02:10] ▶
that when you talk about these things
[0:02:10 - 0:02:11] ▶
and you're all MMA fighters,
[0:02:11 - 0:02:14] ▶
people will right away say,
[0:02:14 - 0:02:15] ▶
oh, you're all brain damaged.
[0:02:15 - 0:02:16] ▶
But we really, really saw something.
[0:02:17 - 0:02:20] ▶
Maybe it was a test flight from, I don't know,
[0:02:20 - 0:02:22] ▶
some kind of a very advanced craft from the military,
[0:02:22 - 0:02:27] ▶
but they didn't move like anything I've seen before.
[0:02:27 - 0:02:30] ▶
And the way I just described it to you
[0:02:30 - 0:02:33] ▶
is different than how, for example, Rashad
[0:02:33 - 0:02:37] ▶
or Mike Van Arsdel or even Ali Abdelaziz
[0:02:37 - 0:02:40] ▶
or the other guy described it.
[0:02:40 - 0:02:42] ▶
How did they describe it?
[0:02:43 - 0:02:44] ▶
Well, some says, I can't remember,
[0:02:44 - 0:02:47] ▶
some says it lasted for a minute.
[0:02:48 - 0:02:50] ▶
For me, I think it lasted for maybe 10, 15 seconds maybe.
[0:02:50 - 0:02:55] ▶
Some says it was blue.
[0:02:57 - 0:02:58] ▶
I think for me, if I remember correctly, it was green,
[0:02:58 - 0:03:01] ▶
but I can't, it's weird.
[0:03:01 - 0:03:02] ▶
I can't, because it's so weird.
[0:03:02 - 0:03:04] ▶
There's no frame of reference, no wings, nothing.
[0:03:04 - 0:03:07] ▶
I can't really remember what I've seen
[0:03:07 - 0:03:10] ▶
because there's no frame of reference.
[0:03:10 - 0:03:12] ▶
But we all saw something.
[0:03:13 - 0:03:14] ▶
I don't know what it was,
[0:03:14 - 0:03:16] ▶
but if it was like a comet or anything,
[0:03:16 - 0:03:18] ▶
it didn't move like a comet.
[0:03:18 - 0:03:19] ▶
It was like moving different direction,
[0:03:19 - 0:03:21] ▶
then it changed and then skip out.
[0:03:21 - 0:03:23] ▶
Well, that part of the continent is like very common
[0:03:23 - 0:03:28] ▶
to see that kind of stuff, you know?
[0:03:28 - 0:03:30] ▶
And there's also lots of military bases around there
[0:03:30 - 0:03:32] ▶
that have been testing stuff forever.
[0:03:32 - 0:03:34] ▶
And a lot of UAPs are linked to military base, you know,
[0:03:34 - 0:03:38] ▶
with nuclear weapon storage.
[0:03:38 - 0:03:42] ▶
You know, a lot of time it's, it's, it's scenes,
[0:03:42 - 0:03:45] ▶
it's seen over military area
[0:03:45 - 0:03:48] ▶
where they have like nuclear weapon.
[0:03:48 - 0:03:50] ▶
Like, like it's like we're been monitored or something.
[0:03:50 - 0:03:53] ▶
It seems like the nuclear stuff is the common denominator, right?
[0:03:53 - 0:03:57] ▶
Between most of the UFO sightings
[0:03:57 - 0:03:59] ▶
and not just around nuclear missile bases,
[0:03:59 - 0:04:01] ▶
but also around nuclear power plants.
[0:04:01 - 0:04:02] ▶
There was like the Japan Fukushima meltdown,
[0:04:02 - 0:04:05] ▶
UFO sightings all around that.
[0:04:05 - 0:04:06] ▶
They even like have UFO monuments around there now.
[0:04:06 - 0:04:10] ▶
Even Chernobyl, there was, there was documented sites
[0:04:10 - 0:04:13] ▶
And then even in South Africa in 1993,
[0:04:14 - 0:04:19] ▶
I think there was a famous case in Rua, the school.
[0:04:21 - 0:04:23] ▶
There was a nuclear, something, a nuclear plant
[0:04:25 - 0:04:27] ▶
or a mine or something really close to there.
[0:04:27 - 0:04:30] ▶
So yeah, we actually, just the other day,
[0:04:30 - 0:04:32] ▶
I had this guy in here, Robert Solis,
[0:04:32 - 0:04:34] ▶
who was working at one of the military bases
[0:04:34 - 0:04:36] ▶
in Wyoming, I think it was.
[0:04:36 - 0:04:39] ▶
And he was telling the story about how in the 70s
[0:04:40 - 0:04:45] ▶
and like 78 or something,
[0:04:45 - 0:04:47] ▶
a UFO came and shut down his entire missile site
[0:04:48 - 0:04:51] ▶
twice in three days.
[0:04:51 - 0:04:53] ▶
It's like, and these guys are, you know,
[0:04:55 - 0:04:57] ▶
these guys aren't kooks.
[0:04:57 - 0:04:58] ▶
There's a report that the same thing happened in Russia
[0:04:59 - 0:05:01] ▶
during the cold war.
[0:05:01 - 0:05:02] ▶
And it activate instead because they have a different-
[0:05:03 - 0:05:05] ▶
Oh, it turned them on.
[0:05:05 - 0:05:06] ▶
They have a different system than the American
[0:05:06 - 0:05:08] ▶
and they turn it on.
[0:05:08 - 0:05:09] ▶
And at the last moment, they turn it on
[0:05:09 - 0:05:12] ▶
and then turn it off at the last moment.
[0:05:12 - 0:05:13] ▶
I mean, it's in the report.
[0:05:13 - 0:05:15] ▶
I, I, man, I want to believe, but man, it's, it's, you know,
[0:05:15 - 0:05:21] ▶
we don't have the strong evidence.
[0:05:21 - 0:05:23] ▶
I mean, I mean, there's a lot of, sorry,
[0:05:23 - 0:05:25] ▶
there's a lot of evidence, but there's no proof, you know?
[0:05:26 - 0:05:29] ▶
Evidence is not a proof, you know?
[0:05:29 - 0:05:31] ▶
In a court of law, a lot of this, like, would automatically justify that UFOs,
[0:05:31 - 0:05:38] ▶
it's, I mean, it's a real phenomenon, but what they are is the thing.
[0:05:38 - 0:05:42] ▶
It's already like people that think UFOs, that does not exist.
[0:05:42 - 0:05:45] ▶
There is no UAPs because they're late.
[0:05:45 - 0:05:48] ▶
They're not up to date.
[0:05:48 - 0:05:48] ▶
Even president Barack Obama, Trump, I've talked about it openly.
[0:05:48 - 0:05:52] ▶
There is a phenomenon.
[0:05:53 - 0:05:54] ▶
There is a phenomenon, but we don't know what, what they are.
[0:05:54 - 0:05:57] ▶
And I'm found to speculate, but-
[0:05:57 - 0:05:59] ▶
It could be multiple things.
[0:05:59 - 0:06:00] ▶
It could be a number of things.
[0:06:00 - 0:06:02] ▶
Like it could be, it could be some sort of natural,
[0:06:02 - 0:06:05] ▶
like there's, there's earthquake lights that come up,
[0:06:06 - 0:06:09] ▶
like before earthquakes that look like UFOs, you know,
[0:06:09 - 0:06:12] ▶
who knows what other kind of like weird, natural, atmospheric things
[0:06:12 - 0:06:16] ▶
could create stuff like this.
[0:06:16 - 0:06:18] ▶
It could be some fucking breakaway, uh, survivor, human civilization from,
[0:06:18 - 0:06:24] ▶
from the survived a catastrophe a long time ago.
[0:06:24 - 0:06:26] ▶
Now they live under the ocean.
[0:06:26 - 0:06:28] ▶
It could be like super secret DARPA military stuff.
[0:06:28 - 0:06:31] ▶
It could be all of it.
[0:06:31 - 0:06:32] ▶
It could be time travelers.
[0:06:32 - 0:06:33] ▶
It could be Zeta Reticuli or maybe just a little bit of all of it.
[0:06:34 - 0:06:37] ▶
Our own consciousness that-
[0:06:37 - 0:06:38] ▶
That creates something like, uh, it's, it's very strange.
[0:06:39 - 0:06:42] ▶
Uh, I was with Jeremy-
[0:06:42 - 0:06:44] ▶
I was with Jeremy Corbell, who's a investigative journalist.
[0:06:45 - 0:06:49] ▶
He's one of the main guy that, that, that the, when the news come out,
[0:06:50 - 0:06:56] ▶
it's very often him and George Knapp that-
[0:06:56 - 0:06:58] ▶
Yeah, I'm familiar with him.
[0:06:58 - 0:06:59] ▶
And I went to his house and he was very kind, uh, to show us, uh, video evidence.
[0:07:00 - 0:07:06] ▶
Man, you should see these things.
[0:07:06 - 0:07:07] ▶
They're, they're, they're picked up from Navy warship.
[0:07:07 - 0:07:10] ▶
You see, uh, uh, orbs that the, the warship locked on, on it.
[0:07:10 - 0:07:14] ▶
Like it locked, it's AI, it locked.
[0:07:15 - 0:07:17] ▶
And then it, it goes to the left.
[0:07:17 - 0:07:19] ▶
Then it, it tried to follow the orbs.
[0:07:19 - 0:07:21] ▶
Then it catch up to it.
[0:07:21 - 0:07:22] ▶
And then it zipped back to the right and disappeared.
[0:07:22 - 0:07:25] ▶
I'm like, what the hell is this?
[0:07:25 - 0:07:27] ▶
Is this stuff that's not available to the public?
[0:07:27 - 0:07:28] ▶
I will be, I think it is available or it will, it will be released soon.
[0:07:28 - 0:07:33] ▶
By the time it, it, this thing comes out, you know?
[0:07:34 - 0:07:36] ▶
So it's, it's a, there's a, there's, he has a ton of stuff that are very interesting.
[0:07:36 - 0:07:42] ▶
And he was very, very nice, very kind to show, to show us like it's, it's unbelievable.
[0:07:43 - 0:07:48] ▶
So he's, uh, he's, wow.
[0:07:48 - 0:07:52] ▶
I, I, there's a really a phenomenon.
[0:07:52 - 0:07:53] ▶
It's, it's, it's, it's, it's very, uh,
[0:07:53 - 0:07:56] ▶
We had this dude on recently.
[0:07:56 - 0:07:58] ▶
Um, what was his name?
[0:07:58 - 0:08:01] ▶
Peter Lavenda, who was just on here, who's written a bunch of books about this stuff,
[0:08:01 - 0:08:05] ▶
his whole life for probably like 50 years.
[0:08:05 - 0:08:07] ▶
He's been writing about this stuff.
[0:08:07 - 0:08:08] ▶
And, uh, just, just a historian on the history of like the United States military covert operations,
[0:08:09 - 0:08:19] ▶
like black budget stuff, UFOs, the occult NASA and all this stuff.
[0:08:19 - 0:08:23] ▶
He knows all he's genius.
[0:08:23 - 0:08:24] ▶
And I was asking him about like, I was like, if you really wanted to like study this stuff
[0:08:24 - 0:08:31] ▶
and find the truth, I'm like, how would you do it?
[0:08:31 - 0:08:34] ▶
How would you go about finding out the truth?
[0:08:34 - 0:08:36] ▶
Like, and not, if you were, let's say if you're like in charge of the CIA or the government,
[0:08:36 - 0:08:42] ▶
you want to know what's really going on.
[0:08:42 - 0:08:43] ▶
He was saying, he goes, if I wanted to know what the truth was, he goes,
[0:08:44 - 0:08:47] ▶
I would study the human mind and human consciousness of the people that are experiencing this stuff.
[0:08:47 - 0:08:54] ▶
If I really wanted to go straight to the truth,
[0:08:54 - 0:08:56] ▶
he thinks there's some sort of conduit between the people who experienced this stuff all the time
[0:08:57 - 0:09:03] ▶
or have experienced it a handful of times.
[0:09:03 - 0:09:06] ▶
There's something going on with those people and their consciousness that is directly connected to this stuff.
[0:09:06 - 0:09:11] ▶
And he thinks that's, he goes thinking about it as far as in like a nuts and bolts space travel way,
[0:09:11 - 0:09:20] ▶
like space time way is the wrong way of thinking about it.
[0:09:20 - 0:09:22] ▶
It's, it's very interesting.
[0:09:23 - 0:09:25] ▶
I've never heard anyone explain it like that to me before.
[0:09:25 - 0:09:27] ▶
It blew my fucking mind.
[0:09:28 - 0:09:29] ▶
But a lot of people claim that they saying that if something that big would not be able,
[0:09:29 - 0:09:37] ▶
the government will not be able to hide it, but I disagree because if it's well compartmented,
[0:09:37 - 0:09:44] ▶
I think they can, they can, they can hide it from the public.
[0:09:45 - 0:09:47] ▶
If, if they really found, if they really found or recuperate alien craft or alien bodies as they,
[0:09:47 - 0:09:54] ▶
they claim the whistleblowers and it's hidden somewhere.
[0:09:54 - 0:09:59] ▶
I think if, if they compartmented everything, they could hide certain things.
[0:10:01 - 0:10:06] ▶
I mean, it's only speculation, but look at, look at paper, paper click.
[0:10:06 - 0:10:10] ▶
Operation Paperclip.
[0:10:11 - 0:10:12] ▶
After the second world war, you know, when they brought all the Nazi,
[0:10:12 - 0:10:15] ▶
they brought the Nazi in the work for the, the, the, the space program, you know,
[0:10:15 - 0:10:20] ▶
Wernher von Braun and all that, you know, now, now, now it's true.
[0:10:20 - 0:10:23] ▶
It was created by Nazis and occultists.
[0:10:23 - 0:10:25] ▶
And people don't believe that you can look it up.
[0:10:25 - 0:10:27] ▶
You know, it's insane.
[0:10:28 - 0:10:29] ▶
The Manhattan Project, the atomic bomb, they hide, they hid, they hid it
[0:10:30 - 0:10:35] ▶
because they compartmentalize everything.
[0:10:35 - 0:10:37] ▶
Maybe we've, the alien craft is the same thing.
[0:10:38 - 0:10:41] ▶

[0:10:52 - 0:10:55] ▶
Now back to the show.
[0:10:55 - 0:10:56] ▶
Bob Lazar would be another good one.
[0:10:57 - 0:10:58] ▶
Bob Lazar would be good.
[0:10:59 - 0:11:00] ▶
I saw, I saw you were just at that thing with, with Jesse Michaels and Bob Lazar and,
[0:11:01 - 0:11:06] ▶
I met him a few, I spent time with him.
[0:11:07 - 0:11:10] ▶
And I met him many different times.
[0:11:10 - 0:11:12] ▶
And well, a lot of people say I'm naive, but I believe that he believes what he's telling me is true.
[0:11:12 - 0:11:21] ▶
I don't know if it's, if the story is true, but I believe that he believes.
[0:11:21 - 0:11:25] ▶
That he believes it.
[0:11:25 - 0:11:26] ▶
One, one theory that I had was that maybe because during his testimony,
[0:11:28 - 0:11:36] ▶
he says that if you look at the interview, he says that before he got, he got to the hangar
[0:11:37 - 0:11:41] ▶
and he got exposed to those craft that are apparently from another world and retrieved by,
[0:11:41 - 0:11:51] ▶
you know, the, the military, he was, he had to drink a cocktail.
[0:11:52 - 0:11:58] ▶
He didn't know what it was.
[0:11:58 - 0:11:59] ▶
And, you know, yeah, like, yeah, he had an exam, like a physical exam.
[0:12:00 - 0:12:06] ▶
So I thought that maybe one theory is that he could have been part of a, maybe some kind of MKUltra,
[0:12:06 - 0:12:14] ▶
like a, you know, you know, when you do a regression in hypnosis,
[0:12:14 - 0:12:18] ▶
I wonder if it's possible to inject fake memories in someone.
[0:12:19 - 0:12:24] ▶
You know, people will, will say, oh, no, it's impossible.
[0:12:24 - 0:12:27] ▶
But what is more plausible this, or maybe you work on alien craft.
[0:12:27 - 0:12:31] ▶
But the thing is, this theory doesn't hold up anymore because he only drink that liquid once
[0:12:31 - 0:12:39] ▶
and he went back and forth multiple times at different times to work, you know, because he was on call.
[0:12:39 - 0:12:47] ▶
Sometime he was, he was working like for a few days, then he went back home for a week or two.
[0:12:47 - 0:12:52] ▶
Then he got a call again, brought back for another few days.
[0:12:52 - 0:12:55] ▶
So that wouldn't work because, you know, if he would have had to drink that liquid before every time he got exposed,
[0:12:55 - 0:13:06] ▶
like to these, to this material, maybe that would have hold up.
[0:13:06 - 0:13:10] ▶
But because the fact that he only did it once in the beginning and he had to come back and forth, I don't know, maybe, or maybe it was...
[0:13:10 - 0:13:19] ▶
They would have to implant fake memories throughout a long period of time, right?
[0:13:19 - 0:13:22] ▶
I don't know if it's doable.
[0:13:23 - 0:13:24] ▶
I don't know if that is either.
[0:13:24 - 0:13:25] ▶
Uh, the thing is, I believe that the, the, the military industrial complex has certain tech, has access to certain technology that we do not have.
[0:13:25 - 0:13:39] ▶
I think they have their hands on, on certain technology that it takes maybe decades for us to have access on.
[0:13:39 - 0:13:46] ▶
So maybe they have a way to do that.
[0:13:46 - 0:13:48] ▶
I know they experiment on different soldiers, you know, on hypnosis and psychedelic drugs and different programs.
[0:13:48 - 0:13:55] ▶
Or maybe he really did work on a, a retrieve alien craft.
[0:13:58 - 0:14:03] ▶
That was from, he says in the report, it was a Zeta Reticuli.
[0:14:03 - 0:14:08] ▶
It was a binary star system very far away from.
[0:14:08 - 0:14:12] ▶
They said, he said that they told him it was from there.
[0:14:12 - 0:14:15] ▶
Oh, he read the report.
[0:14:16 - 0:14:17] ▶
But he was, it was impossible for him to know if, if what was written in the report was accurate, because sometimes it's only information that is passed down to you.
[0:14:17 - 0:14:27] ▶
And if there's a leak, they can trace it back to you.
[0:14:27 - 0:14:30] ▶
So, so maybe it was, it was not true, but he says that everything that was written in the report about what he was working on was accurate.
[0:14:32 - 0:14:42] ▶
So maybe it was accurate.
[0:14:42 - 0:14:44] ▶
If I was to bet, I would just say that, that, that really happened, you know, because there's so much out there now where it's just like, who knows what you can take, you know, who, who knows what's real or who knows what's
[0:14:48 - 0:14:57] ▶
It's just like, it's like playing roulette, you know, with what's true or not.
[0:14:57 - 0:15:01] ▶
So, and that was so early and he's been so consistent.
[0:15:01 - 0:15:04] ▶
And, you know, he had such a weird past, like before that, like with, I heard that he owned some sort of like brothel or something.
[0:15:05 - 0:15:12] ▶
So if you were the CIA and you wanted to pick some guy, he's the perfect guy to pick because you can deny him so easily.
[0:15:12 - 0:15:18] ▶
That's why, that's what he says.
[0:15:18 - 0:15:19] ▶
He says the reason why he believed he was picked to work on that project.
[0:15:19 - 0:15:23] ▶
Like it's because not, not because he was the most competent.
[0:15:23 - 0:15:27] ▶
There was guys that were just as competent and maybe more competent than he, than he is, but he's, he's a clearly a brilliant man, like very educated.
[0:15:27 - 0:15:34] ▶
But he says to me that the reason why he was picked, he believed is because he was easy to be discredited.
[0:15:34 - 0:15:41] ▶
If something happened, you could say, oh, he's, he's, he's bullshit or look at his, look at his past crime, you know, or.
[0:15:41 - 0:15:48] ▶
That makes him the perfect candidate.
[0:15:48 - 0:15:49] ▶
They, they might have planned this.
[0:15:52 - 0:15:53] ▶
I think they could have.
[0:15:54 - 0:15:55] ▶
It's fun to speculate though.
[0:15:56 - 0:15:57] ▶
It is very, it is very fun.
[0:15:58 - 0:16:00] ▶
Now, didn't, didn't you say that you had some sort of like weird experiences when you were young?
[0:16:00 - 0:16:05] ▶
When I was young, I.
[0:16:05 - 0:16:06] ▶
This was on your, on your first Joe Rogan.
[0:16:06 - 0:16:08] ▶
He was like, he was like drilling down on you and you were like, no, no, no.
[0:16:09 - 0:16:12] ▶
I was, I was so uncomfortable at the time.
[0:16:12 - 0:16:14] ▶
I didn't know what to react.
[0:16:14 - 0:16:15] ▶
And I don't know how he got that information.
[0:16:16 - 0:16:18] ▶
He might, he must have taught, talked to some of my friend or I don't know how he got that information.
[0:16:18 - 0:16:23] ▶
But when I was young, I, I, I used to have nightmare and yeah, I used to tell my parents, I, I think there's monsters or, you know, I used to draw them, you know, and it lasts for a long time.
[0:16:23 - 0:16:38] ▶
Since I was like a kid until I would say early teenager, teenager, but there's a phenomenon that is called sleep paralysis.
[0:16:38 - 0:16:48] ▶
That happened to many people.
[0:16:50 - 0:16:51] ▶
And for me, it makes more sense.
[0:16:51 - 0:16:54] ▶
It's more plausible to, to think that that's really what happened.
[0:16:54 - 0:16:58] ▶
Like I was maybe in a semi-conscious state in the middle of a dream and I got paralyzed and I imagined all those things.
[0:16:58 - 0:17:07] ▶
However, I cannot recall exactly what happened.
[0:17:07 - 0:17:12] ▶
But I remember that I remembered.
[0:17:14 - 0:17:16] ▶
And what freaked me out is that I saw documentaries, different documentaries about alien abduction after
[0:17:17 - 0:17:24] ▶
when I, when I was about, you know, early teenage teenager.
[0:17:25 - 0:17:29] ▶
And a lot of those victims claimed that their memory got erased.
[0:17:30 - 0:17:36] ▶
So it made me freaked out a little bit.
[0:17:36 - 0:17:39] ▶
I was like, holy shit, what if, you know, that what happened?
[0:17:39 - 0:17:42] ▶
But I, I mean, I don't have any evidence.
[0:17:42 - 0:17:45] ▶
It's only in, in my head.
[0:17:45 - 0:17:46] ▶
I used to have crazy night terrors when I was a kid.
[0:17:47 - 0:17:49] ▶
No, no, never thought it was like alien abduction or anything, but I just had like,
[0:17:50 - 0:17:53] ▶
I don't know if it would be sleep paralysis, but it was just like, I remember just, you know, laying in bed,
[0:17:53 - 0:18:00] ▶
lights off, pitch black, just being so goddamn terrified.
[0:18:02 - 0:18:05] ▶
And like having, I would have these nightmares where I was like awake, but asleep.
[0:18:06 - 0:18:12] ▶
And I would sleepwalk.
[0:18:12 - 0:18:13] ▶
And like, I was, I was literally unmanageable with my parents said I was unmanageable for years because I was having these crazy night terrors.
[0:18:14 - 0:18:22] ▶
Maybe it happened to you.
[0:18:22 - 0:18:23] ▶
Or I think it could be just something in just like the, the undeveloped human brain.
[0:18:25 - 0:18:30] ▶
When, when kids are young, kids talk to ghosts, kids do all kinds of crazy stuff, you know?
[0:18:30 - 0:18:36] ▶
Yeah, the, the, maybe we, we have the, the logical part of our brain is not molded yet, you know?
[0:18:36 - 0:18:44] ▶
So we have more creativity, more imagination.
[0:18:44 - 0:18:46] ▶
Maybe that's what it is for me as well.
[0:18:46 - 0:18:48] ▶
And sometimes we have traumatic experience, maybe watching a movie and we picked up those,
[0:18:48 - 0:18:53] ▶
those information that we're exposed to and make it, make it up as our own experience.
[0:18:54 - 0:19:00] ▶
You know, that, that, that is more plausible than saying that you're, we've been, you know, abducted, but it's fun to speculate, you know?
[0:19:00 - 0:19:09] ▶
You've been to Egypt, right?
[0:19:10 - 0:19:12] ▶
You've been to the pyramids?
[0:19:13 - 0:19:14] ▶
Somebody was on this podcast was telling me a story.
[0:19:14 - 0:19:18] ▶
I, I don't remember who it was because I've had so many people talk about the pyramids on this podcast.
[0:19:18 - 0:19:22] ▶
I went with Jimmy Corsetti.
[0:19:22 - 0:19:24] ▶
So Jimmy was saying that he was in the great pyramid with you.
[0:19:25 - 0:19:28] ▶
And you sat in the, one of the granite box, the granite box in the King's chamber.
[0:19:28 - 0:19:32] ▶
I'll, I'll give you the picture.
[0:19:33 - 0:19:34] ▶
And he said like something happened to you after you had some sort of like prophetic download or something.
[0:19:36 - 0:19:41] ▶
Well, I, I was always very interested about, um, ancient, ancient civilization.
[0:19:41 - 0:19:47] ▶
And I've read a lot of the, you know, the mainstream archeological book about the pyramids, you know,
[0:19:47 - 0:19:56] ▶
it's supposed to be a tomb, a tomb for a Khufu that was built 4,500 years ago.
[0:19:56 - 0:20:02] ▶
And, uh, you know, I, I was never really convinced by that, you know, like, so I wanted to go see it for myself, you know?
[0:20:02 - 0:20:13] ▶
And when I was there, I was presented different evidence, like a tool, like you could see like a different tool mark on the rock
[0:20:13 - 0:20:22] ▶
that are clearly not made by, uh, uh, copper, uh, chisel.
[0:20:22 - 0:20:28] ▶
And, uh, drill, drill, drilling a hole on rose granite.
[0:20:28 - 0:20:34] ▶
Uh, that, that is weird, you know, like how is it done, you know?
[0:20:34 - 0:20:40] ▶
And when you go into the pyramid, I mean, first you should not be claustrophobic if you go there, because it's, it's, there, there's a passage that you go in there.
[0:20:40 - 0:20:52] ▶
It's very tight, then it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it large a little bit.
[0:20:52 - 0:20:56] ▶
And, and then after you, you end up in the, in the King's, they call it the King's chamber.
[0:20:56 - 0:21:01] ▶
And I went there and I had a, a special privilege that was given to me.
[0:21:01 - 0:21:07] ▶
They made me lay down in the box.
[0:21:08 - 0:21:10] ▶
You're not supposed to do that.
[0:21:10 - 0:21:11] ▶
And I hope nobody will get in trouble because I have done it and I don't want to, you know, the guy who made me do it, he's, he was very nice.
[0:21:11 - 0:21:19] ▶
And they block the, the passage.
[0:21:19 - 0:21:22] ▶
So when I was laying down, the guy that was with me went on the corner of the room and the room is about the size of this one.
[0:21:23 - 0:21:32] ▶
And he went and I didn't know what he was doing.
[0:21:33 - 0:21:35] ▶
I was laying down in the, in the box and he says, they said, they told me, close your eyes.
[0:21:35 - 0:21:41] ▶
And I felt of a vibration, but a very good vibration, like, like, like very good vibration.
[0:21:41 - 0:21:48] ▶
Like something positive, like.
[0:21:48 - 0:21:51] ▶
And after I, when the vibration stopped, I got out of it and I made a joke to Jimmy.
[0:21:53 - 0:21:58] ▶
I was like, I'm coming back to fighting.
[0:21:58 - 0:22:00] ▶
And it was a joke of obviously, no, but I, I felt very re-energized, you know, like, because it was a, a very positive vibration.
[0:22:00 - 0:22:09] ▶
And then they let people in again.
[0:22:10 - 0:22:11] ▶
And, and I asked, I said, what the hell happened?
[0:22:11 - 0:22:13] ▶
What, like, what, what was that?
[0:22:13 - 0:22:15] ▶
And they said, there was a guy that went in the corner and he did the, like, he did it just like this.
[0:22:15 - 0:22:22] ▶
And, but I couldn't hear him, but I was feeling his vibration.
[0:22:23 - 0:22:26] ▶
Which indicate to me, you know, if you're trying to prove something with evidence, there is objective evidence and subjective, you know.
[0:22:27 - 0:22:38] ▶
Objective evidence is when you lay down, you know, solid proof.
[0:22:38 - 0:22:43] ▶
Like, the only thing I can tell you is that I felt a vibration.
[0:22:44 - 0:22:48] ▶
And it convinced me.
[0:22:50 - 0:22:51] ▶
It was so good that it convinced me that it has something to do with acoustic or vibration or maybe harnessing the, the, the power of the planet or.
[0:22:52 - 0:23:00] ▶
Or, I don't know, man.
[0:23:00 - 0:23:02] ▶
I don't believe now.
[0:23:02 - 0:23:03] ▶
I don't think, I'm not sure if it was a tomb.
[0:23:03 - 0:23:05] ▶
I don't jump to conclusion.
[0:23:06 - 0:23:07] ▶
I think it's important to collect all the data, especially now that you have this guy, Filippio Biondi.
[0:23:08 - 0:23:15] ▶
That has a tomography image underneath the Giza Plateau.
[0:23:16 - 0:23:19] ▶
I don't know if you've seen that.
[0:23:19 - 0:23:20] ▶
With the spiral, the thing that goes down.
[0:23:21 - 0:23:22] ▶
I think it's like almost a kilometer down.
[0:23:22 - 0:23:24] ▶
I think it needs to be investigated further before going, jumping to a conclusion and saying, oh, it's the tomb for Khufu.
[0:23:25 - 0:23:34] ▶
Because now, I don't know how this could be only a tomb if you have all those things, you know.
[0:23:34 - 0:23:42] ▶
It is bizarre how you felt that laying in that box in the chamber.
[0:23:42 - 0:23:47] ▶
Because it's been proven that it's been measured by scientists, that that chamber resonates at a certain frequency, a certain hertz.
[0:23:47 - 0:23:58] ▶
I remember Chris Dunn was on the podcast a couple of years ago and he said he was measuring it.
[0:23:58 - 0:24:03] ▶
Chris Dunn is an engineer, an astrophysicist.
[0:24:04 - 0:24:07] ▶
Aeronautic engineer.
[0:24:09 - 0:24:10] ▶
Aeronautic engineer.
[0:24:10 - 0:24:11] ▶
He believes it's a power plant.
[0:24:13 - 0:24:15] ▶
It was a power plant.
[0:24:15 - 0:24:15] ▶
He believes it was an ancient power plant, a solid state electron harvester.
[0:24:15 - 0:24:20] ▶
He thinks it was like harvesting electrons.
[0:24:20 - 0:24:22] ▶
After having that experience that I had, I went there, I didn't know, you know, I wanted to see it for myself.
[0:24:22 - 0:24:30] ▶
And after having that experience, now I'm more inclined to believe Christopher Dunn than the mainstream explanation, saying it was constructed to be a tomb.
[0:24:30 - 0:24:41] ▶
Yeah, it really doesn't make sense that like, because the passages are so tiny and like-
[0:24:42 - 0:24:49] ▶
What do you need all these other passages for?
[0:24:50 - 0:24:52] ▶
And, you know, the amount of time that it would take to do it, it just, it doesn't fit.
[0:24:52 - 0:24:57] ▶
It resonates at what?
[0:24:58 - 0:24:59] ▶
A hundred and eleven?
[0:25:00 - 0:25:00] ▶
That doesn't sound right.
[0:25:01 - 0:25:01] ▶
That's the Serapium.
[0:25:03 - 0:25:04] ▶
Serapium is different.
[0:25:07 - 0:25:08] ▶
King's Chamber, Great Pyramid.
[0:25:08 - 0:25:09] ▶
Serapium is the box.
[0:25:10 - 0:25:12] ▶
That's the other site.
[0:25:12 - 0:25:14] ▶
The Serapium is another mystery.
[0:25:15 - 0:25:17] ▶
There's tons of mystery in the world.
[0:25:17 - 0:25:19] ▶
Like, I mean, you talk about Egypt.
[0:25:19 - 0:25:21] ▶
You have the pre-dynastic vases that are a mystery.
[0:25:21 - 0:25:26] ▶
That there's tons of it.
[0:25:27 - 0:25:28] ▶
It's not only the pyramids.
[0:25:28 - 0:25:29] ▶
There is tons of mystery.
[0:25:30 - 0:25:30] ▶
The vases were debunked.
[0:25:30 - 0:25:32] ▶
Oh, they've been debunked.
[0:25:33 - 0:25:34] ▶
I'm very upset about it.
[0:25:37 - 0:25:39] ▶
We should not attach any emotion to it.
[0:25:41 - 0:25:44] ▶
You know what I mean?
[0:25:46 - 0:25:47] ▶
I was not aware of it.
[0:25:48 - 0:25:49] ▶
We had a nuclear engineer, or nuclear physicist, on the podcast.
[0:25:50 - 0:25:55] ▶
And he's very much invested in those granite-
[0:25:56 - 0:25:59] ▶
Like, he was obsessed with this ancient stuff.
[0:25:59 - 0:26:02] ▶
And he saw all the evidence for the granite bases.
[0:26:02 - 0:26:05] ▶
And, God, I wish I could remember this correctly.
[0:26:06 - 0:26:09] ▶
But basically, he found out that all of the-
[0:26:09 - 0:26:13] ▶
Out of all of the granite bases that exist, that we found,
[0:26:13 - 0:26:15] ▶
inside of the pyramid, and in private collections.
[0:26:15 - 0:26:18] ▶
There's people that-
[0:26:18 - 0:26:19] ▶
There's like lots of guys who have purchased a lot of these vases.
[0:26:19 - 0:26:22] ▶
He's gotten access to the private collections,
[0:26:22 - 0:26:24] ▶
and the vases that exist in the museums, and he's measured them all.
[0:26:24 - 0:26:27] ▶
And I could be butchering this a little bit, so go watch that.
[0:26:27 - 0:26:34] ▶
Find out that guy's name so we could-
[0:26:34 - 0:26:36] ▶
We did a podcast with him.
[0:26:38 - 0:26:39] ▶
And out of all of the vases that he measured,
[0:26:40 - 0:26:43] ▶
the most precise, perfect ones that were like,
[0:26:43 - 0:26:46] ▶
they could only have been made on a CNC machine,
[0:26:46 - 0:26:48] ▶
those were modern vases.
[0:26:48 - 0:26:51] ▶
They were made in modern times.
[0:26:52 - 0:26:53] ▶
They weren't made in ancient times.
[0:26:53 - 0:26:55] ▶
The ones that were like fucked up, not symmetrical,
[0:26:55 - 0:26:58] ▶
those were the ones that were ancient.
[0:26:59 - 0:27:00] ▶
I wasn't aware of that.
[0:27:01 - 0:27:02] ▶
It doesn't necessarily prove that it's debunked, debunked,
[0:27:02 - 0:27:07] ▶
but it throws a massive wrench.
[0:27:07 - 0:27:09] ▶
But you know it's important,
[0:27:09 - 0:27:11] ▶
because the problem is people attach their emotion to an idea,
[0:27:11 - 0:27:16] ▶
and they shouldn't attach the emotion.
[0:27:16 - 0:27:19] ▶
They should just look at the data.
[0:27:19 - 0:27:21] ▶
It's fun to speculate.
[0:27:21 - 0:27:22] ▶
Like me, I'm the same way.
[0:27:23 - 0:27:24] ▶
I love to speculate.
[0:27:24 - 0:27:25] ▶
But is it a tomb for Khufu?
[0:27:26 - 0:27:29] ▶
Is it made, I don't know,
[0:27:29 - 0:27:30] ▶
from an ancient civilization or alien or whatever?
[0:27:31 - 0:27:34] ▶
Like it's fun to speculate.
[0:27:34 - 0:27:35] ▶
Well, look, we're all human beings on this earth,
[0:27:36 - 0:27:38] ▶
and we all have access to the same evidence.
[0:27:38 - 0:27:41] ▶
So why is it that your explanation for it is superior to mine?
[0:27:41 - 0:27:47] ▶
We can both see the same evidence,
[0:27:47 - 0:27:49] ▶
and we can both argue.
[0:27:49 - 0:27:50] ▶
And whoever has the better argument, you know,
[0:27:51 - 0:27:53] ▶
doesn't mean you should,
[0:27:54 - 0:27:55] ▶
just because it doesn't fit the old story,
[0:27:55 - 0:27:57] ▶
doesn't mean that it has to be some conspiracy theory
[0:27:57 - 0:28:00] ▶
to label those person as kooks and anti-academic.
[0:28:00 - 0:28:04] ▶
Like it's, that's not how it works.
[0:28:04 - 0:28:06] ▶
You should be able to win the argument.
[0:28:06 - 0:28:07] ▶
They clearly had knowledge or a technique that was lost.
[0:28:07 - 0:28:12] ▶
Like this is undiable.
[0:28:13 - 0:28:15] ▶
There's the Petri core that was found that they,
[0:28:16 - 0:28:19] ▶
Chris Dunn measured it,
[0:28:20 - 0:28:21] ▶
where it's a granite core that was taken out of a piece of granite.
[0:28:21 - 0:28:25] ▶
Yeah, the revolution by inch.
[0:28:25 - 0:28:27] ▶
And they wrapped a thread around the whole thing,
[0:28:27 - 0:28:31] ▶
and they somehow determined that whatever drilled that
[0:28:31 - 0:28:35] ▶
must have had so much power
[0:28:35 - 0:28:37] ▶
to be able to drill that thing out of granite.
[0:28:37 - 0:28:39] ▶
There's no conventional explanation
[0:28:39 - 0:28:41] ▶
of how they would have done that 2,500 years ago
[0:28:41 - 0:28:43] ▶
or 4,000 years ago, whatever it was.
[0:28:43 - 0:28:45] ▶
But you know, Danny,
[0:28:45 - 0:28:46] ▶
there's no really good conventional explanation
[0:28:46 - 0:28:50] ▶
for sexy woman in South America,
[0:28:53 - 0:28:56] ▶
I went to Baalbek and I saw the Trilaton.
[0:28:57 - 0:28:59] ▶
The Temple of Jupiter is Roman,
[0:29:00 - 0:29:02] ▶
but the platform underneath
[0:29:02 - 0:29:05] ▶
where they have like 800 tons stone,
[0:29:05 - 0:29:08] ▶
they're called the Trilaton.
[0:29:09 - 0:29:10] ▶
And they're not even on the base.
[0:29:10 - 0:29:11] ▶
I was there with Jimmy Corsetti.
[0:29:11 - 0:29:13] ▶
It's a one massive piece, right?
[0:29:14 - 0:29:15] ▶
Bro, they brought it from a quarry
[0:29:15 - 0:29:18] ▶
that is like 400 meter in a hill.
[0:29:18 - 0:29:21] ▶
Yeah, they will say they use lug.
[0:29:23 - 0:29:25] ▶
Maybe a few lug will do
[0:29:25 - 0:29:28] ▶
if you bring something of a few ton,
[0:29:28 - 0:29:30] ▶
but out they did for 800 tons.
[0:29:30 - 0:29:32] ▶
And even in the quarry,
[0:29:33 - 0:29:34] ▶
there's stone that are carves,
[0:29:34 - 0:29:36] ▶
but they were left there.
[0:29:36 - 0:29:38] ▶
And the explanation is that,
[0:29:38 - 0:29:39] ▶
oh, these ones were too heavy,
[0:29:39 - 0:29:41] ▶
it looks to me like the work was interrupted
[0:29:43 - 0:29:47] ▶
Like there was something going on.
[0:29:49 - 0:29:51] ▶
They were in the middle of a construction
[0:29:51 - 0:29:52] ▶
and they got interrupted by something.
[0:29:52 - 0:29:56] ▶
the Roman came and built on top of it.
[0:29:57 - 0:30:00] ▶
So that's the thing.
[0:30:00 - 0:30:01] ▶
If you look at the pyramid,
[0:30:01 - 0:30:02] ▶
also the convention explanation,
[0:30:02 - 0:30:04] ▶
they use different evidence for them,
[0:30:05 - 0:30:08] ▶
They have a papyrus evidence
[0:30:09 - 0:30:11] ▶
that the Egyptian work on,
[0:30:11 - 0:30:13] ▶
They labor, you know,
[0:30:15 - 0:30:17] ▶
they were not slaves,
[0:30:17 - 0:30:20] ▶
oh, they brought this stone.
[0:30:23 - 0:30:24] ▶
they describe what they're doing,
[0:30:26 - 0:30:27] ▶
but maybe they were remodeling it.
[0:30:27 - 0:30:32] ▶
maybe they did not build it.
[0:30:32 - 0:30:34] ▶
they like over the century,
[0:30:34 - 0:30:37] ▶
there are different civilizations
[0:30:37 - 0:30:38] ▶
maybe that's what it is.
[0:30:41 - 0:30:41] ▶
And I'm sure they did use it as a tomb.
[0:30:41 - 0:30:43] ▶
they found this crazy monumental structure.
[0:30:44 - 0:30:47] ▶
we're going to bury our kings in there.
[0:30:48 - 0:30:49] ▶
it's fun to speculate,
[0:30:51 - 0:30:53] ▶
I love to speculate.
[0:30:56 - 0:30:58] ▶
I prefer not give any conclusion.
[0:30:58 - 0:31:00] ▶
But the conclusion that was presented to me,
[0:31:02 - 0:31:05] ▶
that is a tomb for Khufu,
[0:31:05 - 0:31:07] ▶
it doesn't satisfy me.
[0:31:07 - 0:31:09] ▶
It does not satisfy me.
[0:31:10 - 0:31:11] ▶
Looking at those Nazis
[0:31:12 - 0:31:13] ▶
that were all hopped up on meth
[0:31:13 - 0:31:14] ▶
I think they're still doing that
[0:31:16 - 0:31:18] ▶
in this Russia-Ukraine war.
[0:31:18 - 0:31:19] ▶
apparently all the Russians
[0:31:21 - 0:31:22] ▶
sort of like performance enhancing drug,
[0:31:24 - 0:31:26] ▶
which is similar to meth
[0:31:26 - 0:31:27] ▶
to like help them on the battlefield.
[0:31:27 - 0:31:29] ▶
And the dudes on the other side
[0:31:29 - 0:31:30] ▶
are using like psychedelics
[0:31:30 - 0:31:31] ▶
to give them like more edge detection,
[0:31:31 - 0:31:33] ▶
like when they're on the battlefield.
[0:31:33 - 0:31:35] ▶
Because I guess there's,
[0:31:35 - 0:31:36] ▶
there's certain psychedelics
[0:31:36 - 0:31:37] ▶
navigate 3D space better.
[0:31:38 - 0:31:41] ▶
one of the psychedelics they're using
[0:31:44 - 0:31:46] ▶
apparently it's really helping.
[0:31:49 - 0:31:51] ▶
It's used as a performance
[0:31:51 - 0:31:54] ▶
As a performance enhancing drug.
[0:31:54 - 0:31:55] ▶
I know in the Olympic game,
[0:31:57 - 0:31:59] ▶
on performance enhancing drugs.
[0:32:03 - 0:32:04] ▶
People think it's only in lifting,
[0:32:07 - 0:32:08] ▶
What kind of drugs are they taking?
[0:32:09 - 0:32:10] ▶
I'm not sure if it's something
[0:32:10 - 0:32:11] ▶
that prevent them from shaking
[0:32:11 - 0:32:13] ▶
or if it's to focus better,
[0:32:13 - 0:32:15] ▶
or it would be interesting.
[0:32:17 - 0:32:18] ▶
I don't know if it's,
[0:32:18 - 0:32:20] ▶
if we can Google it,
[0:32:20 - 0:32:21] ▶
there's a drug that the shooters use.
[0:32:22 - 0:32:25] ▶
I remember when I saw something
[0:32:26 - 0:32:27] ▶
about the shooting in the Olympic games,
[0:32:27 - 0:32:28] ▶
I was really shocked to see
[0:32:28 - 0:32:30] ▶
what country was winning at that.
[0:32:30 - 0:32:32] ▶
it's a weird country that wins in shooting.
[0:32:33 - 0:32:35] ▶
we were just talking about this the other day.
[0:32:37 - 0:32:38] ▶
What country was that?
[0:32:38 - 0:32:39] ▶
I know a guy from Turkey won.
[0:32:40 - 0:32:42] ▶
Maybe it was Turkey.
[0:32:43 - 0:32:43] ▶
I never expected Turkey to have the best shooters.
[0:32:46 - 0:32:48] ▶
I learned recently that NFL players take Adderall.
[0:32:52 - 0:32:56] ▶
I would never expect Adderall to be an athletic enhancement.
[0:32:58 - 0:33:02] ▶
I think it's for focus,
[0:33:05 - 0:33:06] ▶
Adderall is typically what like college students or like writers take.
[0:33:08 - 0:33:13] ▶
They're trying to cram for an exam or like people that are like trying to,
[0:33:15 - 0:33:18] ▶
trying to get tasks done,
[0:33:23 - 0:33:24] ▶
like cognitive tasks.
[0:33:24 - 0:33:25] ▶
I've never heard of athletes using Adderall.
[0:33:26 - 0:33:27] ▶
I know that because I look,
[0:33:28 - 0:33:30] ▶
I never use performance enhancing drug,
[0:33:30 - 0:33:32] ▶
but I have trained many times with different training partners that are,
[0:33:33 - 0:33:38] ▶
my friends and openly said it to me,
[0:33:38 - 0:33:41] ▶
like when there are on cycles.
[0:33:41 - 0:33:43] ▶
it makes such a crazy big difference.
[0:33:46 - 0:33:48] ▶
Like some guy that say,
[0:33:50 - 0:33:51] ▶
it's me who threw the punch.
[0:33:52 - 0:33:53] ▶
It's not the product bullshit.
[0:33:53 - 0:33:55] ▶
You would maybe not have had the vigilance or the,
[0:33:55 - 0:33:58] ▶
the clairvoyance to react.
[0:33:58 - 0:34:00] ▶
If you would not have been on that drug,
[0:34:01 - 0:34:02] ▶
you know what I mean?
[0:34:03 - 0:34:03] ▶
It makes a crazy difference.
[0:34:03 - 0:34:05] ▶
it helps for sport like lifting,
[0:34:05 - 0:34:08] ▶
but it also helps for a sport that are more technical.
[0:34:08 - 0:34:12] ▶
before USADA came into the picture,
[0:34:13 - 0:34:16] ▶
what were like the most popular performance enhancing drugs for fighters?
[0:34:16 - 0:34:20] ▶
I liked the performance enhancing drug for fighters.
[0:34:20 - 0:34:23] ▶
That's a blood pressure medicine,
[0:34:30 - 0:34:32] ▶
A pistol shooter was stripped of his silver metal and bronze metal at the Beijing Olympics for using propranolol to manage performance anxiety.
[0:34:35 - 0:34:43] ▶
It's a non-selective beta blocker used to treat high,
[0:34:43 - 0:34:46] ▶
because it gives you steady hands.
[0:34:52 - 0:34:53] ▶
Maybe it slows down your heartbeat.
[0:34:54 - 0:34:55] ▶
It slows the heart rate,
[0:34:55 - 0:34:56] ▶
gets rid of anxiety.
[0:34:56 - 0:34:57] ▶
there's drug for everything.
[0:35:01 - 0:35:02] ▶
it makes you not only stronger,
[0:35:04 - 0:35:06] ▶
it makes you a better,
[0:35:07 - 0:35:09] ▶
like a better performer.
[0:35:09 - 0:35:11] ▶
but for fighting though,
[0:35:14 - 0:35:15] ▶
like what's the most optimal?
[0:35:15 - 0:35:16] ▶
they use performance enhancing drugs for fighting,
[0:35:20 - 0:35:22] ▶
they will take something,
[0:35:23 - 0:35:24] ▶
I think that increase their level of testosterone,
[0:35:24 - 0:35:26] ▶
because if you have more testosterone,
[0:35:27 - 0:35:28] ▶
natural testosterone.
[0:35:29 - 0:35:29] ▶
you're obviously more aggressive,
[0:35:31 - 0:35:34] ▶
you recuperate faster,
[0:35:34 - 0:35:35] ▶
more testosterone equal more muscle,
[0:35:35 - 0:35:37] ▶
bigger bone density,
[0:35:38 - 0:35:39] ▶
but also they will take something to increase their stamina.
[0:35:39 - 0:35:42] ▶
like a lot of time they,
[0:35:43 - 0:35:44] ▶
some kind of mixed cocktail with EPO.
[0:35:45 - 0:35:47] ▶
I don't have the expertise,
[0:35:49 - 0:35:51] ▶
that stuff by heart,
[0:35:52 - 0:35:53] ▶
from what I hear from guys that are either that,
[0:35:54 - 0:36:00] ▶
from what I've seen from guys that have been cut using them or,
[0:36:01 - 0:36:04] ▶
and I hear from guys that are openly telling me what they take.
[0:36:04 - 0:36:07] ▶
It's very often stuff that,
[0:36:08 - 0:36:09] ▶
to elevate your level of testosterone and,
[0:36:11 - 0:36:13] ▶
but it also makes you stronger,
[0:36:15 - 0:36:18] ▶
but it also makes you more creative.
[0:36:23 - 0:36:24] ▶
You would think just being more aggressive.
[0:36:25 - 0:36:27] ▶
I'm going to tell you the truth.
[0:36:30 - 0:36:31] ▶
I was curious about this old testosterone level thing.
[0:36:31 - 0:36:35] ▶
when guys start getting popped at the UFC,
[0:36:36 - 0:36:39] ▶
when they implement the USA,
[0:36:39 - 0:36:41] ▶
that's when you came back,
[0:36:42 - 0:36:43] ▶
But even before that,
[0:36:44 - 0:36:45] ▶
when guys got popped with,
[0:36:45 - 0:36:47] ▶
some guys got popped and they say,
[0:36:50 - 0:36:52] ▶
it's a medical exemption because I'm on TRT,
[0:36:53 - 0:36:56] ▶
I'm totally against it.
[0:36:58 - 0:36:59] ▶
why would you take TRT?
[0:37:00 - 0:37:01] ▶
I disagree completely.
[0:37:02 - 0:37:03] ▶
I'm going to do the test myself to see my level of testosterone because I never use
[0:37:06 - 0:37:10] ▶
performance enhancing drop,
[0:37:10 - 0:37:11] ▶
So I did it when I was not competing in,
[0:37:11 - 0:37:14] ▶
I always train when I was off season.
[0:37:16 - 0:37:18] ▶
It wasn't the window,
[0:37:18 - 0:37:19] ▶
but the higher window of the average,
[0:37:20 - 0:37:23] ▶
like I had a good level,
[0:37:23 - 0:37:24] ▶
like a little bit higher than the average.
[0:37:25 - 0:37:27] ▶
How old were you at that point?
[0:37:27 - 0:37:28] ▶
I was maybe in my thirties,
[0:37:28 - 0:37:30] ▶
but then when I wasn't,
[0:37:31 - 0:37:33] ▶
I tested when I was in training camp and guess what?
[0:37:34 - 0:37:36] ▶
When I was in training camp,
[0:37:36 - 0:37:38] ▶
my level drop below the average,
[0:37:38 - 0:37:41] ▶
I realized I was like,
[0:37:45 - 0:37:46] ▶
I felt like I was like,
[0:37:48 - 0:37:48] ▶
And the doctor told me the endocrinologist said,
[0:37:50 - 0:37:54] ▶
because you're more stressed,
[0:37:54 - 0:37:55] ▶
your volume of training rises.
[0:37:56 - 0:37:57] ▶
So because you're more stressed,
[0:37:58 - 0:37:59] ▶
you have more cortisol.
[0:37:59 - 0:38:00] ▶
Cortisol is the enemy of testosterone.
[0:38:00 - 0:38:02] ▶
So when one normally go up,
[0:38:03 - 0:38:05] ▶
the other one goes down.
[0:38:05 - 0:38:06] ▶
it's completely normal because you don't sleep as good.
[0:38:08 - 0:38:11] ▶
you're more stressed,
[0:38:11 - 0:38:12] ▶
and it's naturally supposed to go down,
[0:38:14 - 0:38:17] ▶
lower than the average.
[0:38:17 - 0:38:19] ▶
If it doesn't do that,
[0:38:19 - 0:38:20] ▶
So there's guys when they're in training camp,
[0:38:21 - 0:38:23] ▶
they boost that up to be higher,
[0:38:23 - 0:38:26] ▶
like in the higher average,
[0:38:26 - 0:38:28] ▶
they're still doing it today.
[0:38:31 - 0:38:32] ▶
It's fricking corrupted bullshit.
[0:38:33 - 0:38:35] ▶
like there's all where there will be money.
[0:38:36 - 0:38:38] ▶
There will always be corruption.
[0:38:38 - 0:38:39] ▶
It's better than it,
[0:38:40 - 0:38:41] ▶
When the USADA got in,
[0:38:42 - 0:38:44] ▶
like when I was competing in the first part of my career,
[0:38:44 - 0:38:47] ▶
it was a free for all free for all.
[0:38:47 - 0:38:49] ▶
It was like a far West,
[0:38:49 - 0:38:50] ▶
like it was like in your face.
[0:38:50 - 0:38:52] ▶
You needed to be stupid,
[0:38:54 - 0:38:55] ▶
you've been tested that day of the fight,
[0:38:58 - 0:39:00] ▶
you need to be stupid.
[0:39:00 - 0:39:01] ▶
If you get caught in the old days,
[0:39:01 - 0:39:03] ▶
they make it harder.
[0:39:04 - 0:39:06] ▶
they start implementing,
[0:39:06 - 0:39:07] ▶
but even when it's random testing,
[0:39:09 - 0:39:14] ▶
to trick because let's say I have a whereabout to fill up.
[0:39:16 - 0:39:19] ▶
you have to fill up a form to tell them exactly where you,
[0:39:22 - 0:39:27] ▶
where you at every time.
[0:39:27 - 0:39:30] ▶
they randomly show up,
[0:39:31 - 0:39:32] ▶
because I figured out,
[0:39:34 - 0:39:36] ▶
I know how someone would cheat,
[0:39:36 - 0:39:37] ▶
and you're going to get injected by a certain substance,
[0:39:40 - 0:39:44] ▶
that will probably last a few days in your system.
[0:39:45 - 0:39:49] ▶
but the effect of it will last maybe for a month,
[0:39:50 - 0:39:52] ▶
but it will be detectable for maybe a few days.
[0:39:53 - 0:39:55] ▶
So what do you do when you're aware about,
[0:39:55 - 0:39:57] ▶
you will say that you're going in Antarctica for a trip.
[0:39:58 - 0:40:02] ▶
something like that,
[0:40:05 - 0:40:06] ▶
in a country where it's,
[0:40:06 - 0:40:08] ▶
they're not going to pay someone to go find you,
[0:40:11 - 0:40:13] ▶
going to North Korea.
[0:40:13 - 0:40:14] ▶
I'm going on vacation.
[0:40:16 - 0:40:17] ▶
but you're not really going on vacation.
[0:40:21 - 0:40:22] ▶
You're going to get your,
[0:40:22 - 0:40:24] ▶
and then for these few days,
[0:40:25 - 0:40:28] ▶
you're out of the grid.
[0:40:28 - 0:40:30] ▶
So even if they come,
[0:40:30 - 0:40:32] ▶
they pay someone to find you where you're supposed to be.
[0:40:32 - 0:40:36] ▶
If you're not there,
[0:40:37 - 0:40:38] ▶
they're going to call you.
[0:40:38 - 0:40:39] ▶
You're not automatically,
[0:40:40 - 0:40:41] ▶
You have one strike and you're allowed to have three strike.
[0:40:43 - 0:40:45] ▶
So there's a lot of room for bullshit like this.
[0:40:47 - 0:40:50] ▶
and I'm not trying to,
[0:40:52 - 0:40:53] ▶
I'm not trying to put the system down to,
[0:40:53 - 0:40:58] ▶
because I think it's wrong to criticize a system.
[0:41:04 - 0:41:08] ▶
If you don't bring alternative,
[0:41:08 - 0:41:10] ▶
ways of doing it better.
[0:41:12 - 0:41:13] ▶
is very hard to have a perfect system to catch people who cheat.
[0:41:15 - 0:41:19] ▶
And where there's money,
[0:41:21 - 0:41:22] ▶
there will always be corruption.
[0:41:22 - 0:41:23] ▶
How many times I woke up during a training camp and I'm like,
[0:41:24 - 0:41:27] ▶
I don't want to be there.
[0:41:28 - 0:41:29] ▶
Like almost every day,
[0:41:29 - 0:41:30] ▶
almost every day of my training camp.
[0:41:30 - 0:41:32] ▶
it sucked because I had to go through very uncomfortable days knowing that when I get to the gym,
[0:41:32 - 0:41:41] ▶
there's an army of killers who's there to,
[0:41:41 - 0:41:43] ▶
I have to go through them every day and I,
[0:41:45 - 0:41:47] ▶
I have to go through that every day.
[0:41:49 - 0:41:50] ▶
Until the fight comes.
[0:41:50 - 0:41:51] ▶
Didn't you say like the,
[0:41:51 - 0:41:53] ▶
your trainer would bribe your opponents to try to like beat you during training camp?
[0:41:53 - 0:41:56] ▶
you keep the fight for fight night,
[0:41:59 - 0:42:00] ▶
but there's days that,
[0:42:00 - 0:42:02] ▶
when I was training for a,
[0:42:03 - 0:42:04] ▶
the Friday was the hardcore sparing day.
[0:42:08 - 0:42:11] ▶
I go through a cycle that,
[0:42:13 - 0:42:15] ▶
like every day I have a different,
[0:42:19 - 0:42:20] ▶
striking combat sport and grappling combat sport.
[0:42:23 - 0:42:27] ▶
things I need to work on depending of the problem I need to face,
[0:42:31 - 0:42:34] ▶
depending who I'm fighting.
[0:42:34 - 0:42:36] ▶
But when comes Fridays,
[0:42:36 - 0:42:38] ▶
the ultimate showdown,
[0:42:40 - 0:42:41] ▶
that are brought in,
[0:42:43 - 0:42:44] ▶
to knock me out or to,
[0:42:46 - 0:42:47] ▶
to beat the shit out of me,
[0:42:47 - 0:42:48] ▶
I'm going to pay you,
[0:42:52 - 0:42:53] ▶
you wanted to pay my training partner or,
[0:42:53 - 0:42:56] ▶
or because sometime when I was champion for a long time,
[0:42:56 - 0:42:59] ▶
I was at the sort of a status of sort of a legend and some guys were intimidated.
[0:42:59 - 0:43:04] ▶
But when I brought someone in,
[0:43:04 - 0:43:06] ▶
Fairweus was telling them,
[0:43:07 - 0:43:08] ▶
we're going to pay you extra money.
[0:43:08 - 0:43:10] ▶
I'm going to stop the gym and praise you.
[0:43:11 - 0:43:13] ▶
if you score a takedown or you,
[0:43:15 - 0:43:16] ▶
you beat up George or,
[0:43:16 - 0:43:18] ▶
you know what I mean?
[0:43:18 - 0:43:18] ▶
To put more stress on me because you're trying to recreate that stressful environment.
[0:43:19 - 0:43:24] ▶
And it was extremely comfortable,
[0:43:24 - 0:43:26] ▶
And I had to go through that shit.
[0:43:28 - 0:43:29] ▶
But if you're on performance enhancing drug,
[0:43:30 - 0:43:32] ▶
you wake up the morning.
[0:43:32 - 0:43:33] ▶
it's still sucked because you know,
[0:43:34 - 0:43:35] ▶
people are waiting for you,
[0:43:35 - 0:43:36] ▶
you have more testosterone.
[0:43:37 - 0:43:38] ▶
You know what I mean?
[0:43:40 - 0:43:41] ▶
some guys that I've trained with,
[0:43:44 - 0:43:46] ▶
I can't say the name.
[0:43:46 - 0:43:47] ▶
because I asked them sometimes,
[0:43:48 - 0:43:49] ▶
what's the difference,
[0:43:49 - 0:43:50] ▶
tell me how it feels like that.
[0:43:51 - 0:43:53] ▶
you have no freaking idea.
[0:43:54 - 0:43:55] ▶
I'm taking the elevator and I hear the song in the elevator and it pissed me off.
[0:43:55 - 0:43:59] ▶
I don't want this shit.
[0:44:00 - 0:44:01] ▶
because it changes you not only as a fighter,
[0:44:02 - 0:44:05] ▶
but in your everyday life.
[0:44:05 - 0:44:07] ▶
Those guys need to adjust their fucking dose,
[0:44:07 - 0:44:09] ▶
You're a little too much there,
[0:44:09 - 0:44:10] ▶
You need to adjust your priority,
[0:44:11 - 0:44:12] ▶
Would you rather be the best fighter in the world or a good person and destroy your personal life?
[0:44:13 - 0:44:17] ▶
I'd rather have my personal life in order and,
[0:44:17 - 0:44:21] ▶
be as good as I could be as a fighter,
[0:44:22 - 0:44:24] ▶
my life is my priority.
[0:44:26 - 0:44:28] ▶
That's the crazy thing about you is like,
[0:44:29 - 0:44:31] ▶
you're one of the goats and you,
[0:44:31 - 0:44:32] ▶
didn't put all your eggs in that basket.
[0:44:33 - 0:44:35] ▶
and even post career,
[0:44:36 - 0:44:37] ▶
you've like probably kept yourself together more,
[0:44:37 - 0:44:39] ▶
better than any fighter ever.
[0:44:39 - 0:44:41] ▶
it's because I planned it.
[0:44:42 - 0:44:43] ▶
I'm saying not only in MMA,
[0:44:47 - 0:44:49] ▶
all come like professional combat sport.
[0:44:51 - 0:44:54] ▶
they retire way too late.
[0:44:55 - 0:44:56] ▶
And normally there are force to retired.
[0:44:57 - 0:45:00] ▶
It's not them that they retire on,
[0:45:00 - 0:45:02] ▶
They are forced to retire.
[0:45:04 - 0:45:06] ▶
I'm beating the game.
[0:45:09 - 0:45:11] ▶
I don't want a game to beat me.
[0:45:11 - 0:45:13] ▶
I took advantage of it.
[0:45:13 - 0:45:14] ▶
You know what I mean?
[0:45:15 - 0:45:16] ▶
And that's how it should be.
[0:45:16 - 0:45:18] ▶
you don't want to get,
[0:45:20 - 0:45:21] ▶
because at the end of the day,
[0:45:21 - 0:45:22] ▶
you're going to get screwed no matter what.
[0:45:22 - 0:45:23] ▶
Nobody wants to be Michael Jordan on the Wizards.
[0:45:23 - 0:45:25] ▶
they will tell you pass the torch.
[0:45:27 - 0:45:28] ▶
Not passing the torch.
[0:45:30 - 0:45:31] ▶
I'm leaving with the freaking torch.
[0:45:31 - 0:45:32] ▶
I'm leaving with the title.
[0:45:33 - 0:45:34] ▶
And I know a lot of,
[0:45:35 - 0:45:36] ▶
a lot of fans will be like,
[0:45:36 - 0:45:38] ▶
if the young guys listen to me,
[0:45:39 - 0:45:41] ▶
that's how it should be done.
[0:45:41 - 0:45:42] ▶
Don't pass the torch.
[0:45:43 - 0:45:44] ▶
When you're on top of your craft.
[0:45:45 - 0:45:46] ▶
Do you think it has more to do with,
[0:45:46 - 0:45:48] ▶
do people chasing money?
[0:45:48 - 0:45:50] ▶
Or do you think it has a lot,
[0:45:50 - 0:45:52] ▶
anything to do with like,
[0:45:52 - 0:45:53] ▶
that rush that you get when you're in the ring,
[0:45:59 - 0:46:01] ▶
facing off with somebody?
[0:46:02 - 0:46:03] ▶
sort of an identity crisis.
[0:46:07 - 0:46:10] ▶
fighting is what I do,
[0:46:13 - 0:46:16] ▶
I don't define myself by fighting.
[0:46:18 - 0:46:20] ▶
The guy who's talking to you right now,
[0:46:24 - 0:46:26] ▶
he's George St. Pierre.
[0:46:26 - 0:46:27] ▶
I'm a different person,
[0:46:27 - 0:46:29] ▶
than when I step in the octagon.
[0:46:29 - 0:46:31] ▶
It's like Batman and Bruce Wayne.
[0:46:32 - 0:46:35] ▶
you need to be able to differentiate,
[0:46:39 - 0:46:42] ▶
differentiate these two people.
[0:46:42 - 0:46:44] ▶
It's very important.
[0:46:44 - 0:46:45] ▶
and a lot of athletes,
[0:46:47 - 0:46:49] ▶
I speak to a lot of different athletes.
[0:46:50 - 0:46:51] ▶
I talk to the Toronto Raptors,
[0:46:52 - 0:46:54] ▶
I have a one-on-one conversation,
[0:46:57 - 0:46:58] ▶
with some of the players.
[0:46:58 - 0:46:59] ▶
what is your passion?
[0:47:02 - 0:47:03] ▶
it's important to have a side passion.
[0:47:08 - 0:47:11] ▶
I'm very passionate about paleontology,
[0:47:14 - 0:47:17] ▶
I have a lot of other passion on the side.
[0:47:23 - 0:47:25] ▶
my life doesn't only,
[0:47:25 - 0:47:27] ▶
evolve around fighting.
[0:47:27 - 0:47:31] ▶
Fighting is what I did as a business to make money.
[0:47:32 - 0:47:35] ▶
I like the concept of the art of war and everything,
[0:47:36 - 0:47:38] ▶
I can use that and implement this,
[0:47:40 - 0:47:43] ▶
those same concept into my everyday life.
[0:47:43 - 0:47:45] ▶
But that's not only who I am,
[0:47:46 - 0:47:48] ▶
but the problem with a lot of the guys,
[0:47:48 - 0:47:50] ▶
they see themselves as the guy who's fighting in the octagon.
[0:47:50 - 0:47:55] ▶
You're not that guy.
[0:47:55 - 0:47:56] ▶
They try to bring that into the rest of their lives.
[0:47:56 - 0:47:57] ▶
you're more than him.
[0:48:01 - 0:48:02] ▶
You know what I mean?
[0:48:03 - 0:48:03] ▶
And it takes a lot of discipline sometime to step away from that.
[0:48:04 - 0:48:07] ▶
when you win a fight,
[0:48:08 - 0:48:09] ▶
I can't describe how,
[0:48:11 - 0:48:12] ▶
I never take a high,
[0:48:15 - 0:48:16] ▶
like drugs and like high drugs.
[0:48:17 - 0:48:20] ▶
I'm sure it's better than any crazy drug that you take.
[0:48:20 - 0:48:24] ▶
like the rush that you have is like,
[0:48:24 - 0:48:26] ▶
of achievement is just unbelievable.
[0:48:29 - 0:48:31] ▶
But you had to go through that,
[0:48:31 - 0:48:33] ▶
that discomfort zone before that is unbearable in order to reach that,
[0:48:33 - 0:48:39] ▶
It's very hard to explain.
[0:48:44 - 0:48:45] ▶
they get addicted to this.
[0:48:50 - 0:48:52] ▶
And then after when they retire,
[0:48:52 - 0:48:53] ▶
they get on drugs because they try to recreate that.
[0:48:55 - 0:48:57] ▶
You'll never be going to be able to recreate that high again.
[0:48:57 - 0:49:00] ▶
What you can do is to try to reinvent yourself and have your priority oriented towards another goal.
[0:49:00 - 0:49:07] ▶
And it's not just in combat sports too.
[0:49:09 - 0:49:11] ▶
like the NFL and those types of sports where dudes like they'll retire and they just go crazy.
[0:49:12 - 0:49:18] ▶
They get in violent altercations and end up like killing or fucking beating the shit out of somebody,
[0:49:18 - 0:49:24] ▶
You hear those stories every fucking day.
[0:49:25 - 0:49:26] ▶
I love mixed martial art,
[0:49:27 - 0:49:30] ▶
the camaraderie ad with my training partner winning the fight,
[0:49:32 - 0:49:35] ▶
the freedom that it gives me.
[0:49:35 - 0:49:37] ▶
That's the reason why I did it to have the freedom.
[0:49:37 - 0:49:40] ▶
I didn't do it because I love to fight.
[0:49:40 - 0:49:42] ▶
Fighting was the worst part of it.
[0:49:42 - 0:49:43] ▶
to propel me where I wanted to be in my life,
[0:49:47 - 0:49:49] ▶
but to have the wealth and the freedom,
[0:49:53 - 0:49:55] ▶
that's why I did it.
[0:49:55 - 0:49:56] ▶
I didn't do it because I love to fight.
[0:49:56 - 0:49:58] ▶
I can't care less about fighting.
[0:49:58 - 0:50:00] ▶
I just wanted to have the freedom.
[0:50:00 - 0:50:02] ▶
you have to flow in the zone.
[0:50:04 - 0:50:06] ▶
but you sort of program your instinct.
[0:50:10 - 0:50:13] ▶
To react accordingly to the problem that is presented in front of you.
[0:50:13 - 0:50:17] ▶
And this is done during the preparation.
[0:50:17 - 0:50:19] ▶
And there's different kind of preparation for,
[0:50:20 - 0:50:22] ▶
whether you're an athlete,
[0:50:23 - 0:50:24] ▶
and this is only me,
[0:50:28 - 0:50:29] ▶
and this is a concept that really helped me.
[0:50:29 - 0:50:31] ▶
There's a physical preparation as an athlete.
[0:50:31 - 0:50:33] ▶
Are you injury-free?
[0:50:35 - 0:50:37] ▶
your body is healthy.
[0:50:38 - 0:50:39] ▶
This is the first layer,
[0:50:39 - 0:50:41] ▶
it's like a pyramid.
[0:50:44 - 0:50:44] ▶
You go up the second layer,
[0:50:45 - 0:50:46] ▶
Do you know how to do an armbar,
[0:50:49 - 0:50:50] ▶
how to escape a triangle choke?
[0:50:50 - 0:50:52] ▶
knowledge is very important.
[0:50:53 - 0:50:54] ▶
Then you have a third layer,
[0:50:55 - 0:50:56] ▶
How your strength match against your opponent's strength.
[0:50:59 - 0:51:03] ▶
How will you take him out of his comfort zone
[0:51:03 - 0:51:07] ▶
and bring him where you're the most comfortable?
[0:51:07 - 0:51:10] ▶
makes the difference
[0:51:15 - 0:51:16] ▶
between champion and contenders.
[0:51:16 - 0:51:18] ▶
And there's a last one
[0:51:19 - 0:51:20] ▶
that makes difference,
[0:51:20 - 0:51:22] ▶
in between the champion.
[0:51:24 - 0:51:25] ▶
The guy's not gonna be champion,
[0:51:26 - 0:51:27] ▶
but the guy's gonna be a legend
[0:51:27 - 0:51:28] ▶
who's gonna be like,
[0:51:28 - 0:51:31] ▶
like gonna write his name down in history.
[0:51:31 - 0:51:35] ▶
It's the visualization.
[0:51:36 - 0:51:39] ▶
And a lot of people will roll their eyes
[0:51:40 - 0:51:42] ▶
thinking it's sort of esoteric,
[0:51:42 - 0:51:43] ▶
but I truly believe in that.
[0:51:43 - 0:51:45] ▶
It's part of the preparation.
[0:51:45 - 0:51:47] ▶
I believe that you need to force yourself
[0:51:47 - 0:51:50] ▶
to visualize your success.
[0:51:50 - 0:51:53] ▶
There's a book that was written called The Secret.
[0:51:54 - 0:51:57] ▶
And I don't agree with their,
[0:51:57 - 0:51:59] ▶
their certain concept that they say,
[0:51:59 - 0:52:02] ▶
but I agree with some others.
[0:52:03 - 0:52:04] ▶
I don't think it's the gold,
[0:52:04 - 0:52:06] ▶
your gold that will come towards you,
[0:52:07 - 0:52:09] ▶
like it's written in that book.
[0:52:09 - 0:52:11] ▶
that needs to go towards the goal.
[0:52:12 - 0:52:13] ▶
I think it's important to visualize
[0:52:16 - 0:52:18] ▶
even before I start fighting,
[0:52:20 - 0:52:21] ▶
I was visualizing myself
[0:52:21 - 0:52:22] ▶
to do what I want to do to success.
[0:52:22 - 0:52:25] ▶
you force yourself to visualize,
[0:52:27 - 0:52:28] ▶
but sometime what happens
[0:52:28 - 0:52:30] ▶
when you're in the middle of doing something,
[0:52:30 - 0:52:31] ▶
you have a vision that pops up in your head
[0:52:31 - 0:52:35] ▶
where you see yourself failing.
[0:52:36 - 0:52:38] ▶
Or let's say I have a fight coming up.
[0:52:39 - 0:52:41] ▶
I see myself getting dropped by a punch.
[0:52:41 - 0:52:42] ▶
I believe it is very important
[0:52:43 - 0:52:46] ▶
when those vision pops in your head
[0:52:46 - 0:52:48] ▶
to see how you're going to get
[0:52:50 - 0:52:52] ▶
the upper end in the situation.
[0:52:52 - 0:52:55] ▶
So you don't end the vision
[0:52:56 - 0:52:58] ▶
you want to be champion.
[0:53:00 - 0:53:02] ▶
You want to be undefeated,
[0:53:03 - 0:53:05] ▶
Because if you finish your visualization
[0:53:07 - 0:53:09] ▶
it will leave a scar.
[0:53:10 - 0:53:11] ▶
And you have to always be the best up here.
[0:53:11 - 0:53:16] ▶
I had the ritual that I used to do
[0:53:17 - 0:53:19] ▶
I used to have a ritual
[0:53:31 - 0:53:34] ▶
but it was to prepare me mentally
[0:53:35 - 0:53:36] ▶
I was trying to see my,
[0:53:41 - 0:53:42] ▶
It's a sort of meditation,
[0:53:44 - 0:53:45] ▶
but before every fight,
[0:53:46 - 0:53:46] ▶
I was like doing the same thing.
[0:53:46 - 0:53:48] ▶
When I wake up the morning of a fight,
[0:53:50 - 0:53:52] ▶
have a shitty night of sleep
[0:53:53 - 0:53:55] ▶
because I keep rehearsing scenarios
[0:53:55 - 0:53:58] ▶
that might happen in the fight
[0:53:58 - 0:53:59] ▶
and it drives me nuts
[0:53:59 - 0:54:00] ▶
because of my obsessive,
[0:54:00 - 0:54:01] ▶
So I wake up in the morning,
[0:54:04 - 0:54:05] ▶
but I force myself to act
[0:54:06 - 0:54:08] ▶
like it's going to be a great day
[0:54:08 - 0:54:10] ▶
and I'm happy to be there.
[0:54:10 - 0:54:11] ▶
clap my hand as today
[0:54:12 - 0:54:14] ▶
is going to be a great day.
[0:54:14 - 0:54:15] ▶
And it's a little bit like a ritual
[0:54:16 - 0:54:18] ▶
I meet the rest of my team
[0:54:20 - 0:54:22] ▶
and they all know how I feel
[0:54:23 - 0:54:26] ▶
they've been with me for decades.
[0:54:27 - 0:54:28] ▶
They all know that I had
[0:54:29 - 0:54:30] ▶
a shitty night of sleep,
[0:54:30 - 0:54:31] ▶
extremely uncomfortable,
[0:54:32 - 0:54:33] ▶
themselves playing their role
[0:54:34 - 0:54:38] ▶
I had a great night of sleep.
[0:54:43 - 0:54:44] ▶
Tonight we're going to kick ass.
[0:54:44 - 0:54:45] ▶
But they're playing their role
[0:54:48 - 0:54:50] ▶
doesn't play the role,
[0:54:51 - 0:54:53] ▶
so we all play a role.
[0:54:57 - 0:54:58] ▶
You fake it until you make it.
[0:54:58 - 0:55:00] ▶
so I like to go walk
[0:55:01 - 0:55:04] ▶
the place where I'm going to fight.
[0:55:07 - 0:55:09] ▶
to go in my locker room
[0:55:10 - 0:55:11] ▶
and I try to visualize
[0:55:16 - 0:55:17] ▶
to try to feel that,
[0:55:20 - 0:55:21] ▶
how it's going to be.
[0:55:21 - 0:55:22] ▶
and it happened for real after,
[0:55:23 - 0:55:26] ▶
I have done it before.
[0:55:27 - 0:55:28] ▶
it's not the first time
[0:55:29 - 0:55:30] ▶
So I know the ending
[0:55:31 - 0:55:32] ▶
It makes me feel confident.
[0:55:34 - 0:55:36] ▶
So I try to sort of hip,
[0:55:36 - 0:55:38] ▶
self hypnose myself for success.
[0:55:38 - 0:55:41] ▶
I'm trying to imagine
[0:55:46 - 0:55:47] ▶
Then I go in the octagon.
[0:55:47 - 0:55:48] ▶
try to think of different scenario,
[0:55:50 - 0:55:54] ▶
scenario that might happen.
[0:55:54 - 0:55:55] ▶
My coach raised my hand.
[0:55:56 - 0:55:58] ▶
I imagine that the fight is over
[0:56:00 - 0:56:02] ▶
I've been doing this
[0:56:06 - 0:56:07] ▶
through all my career.
[0:56:07 - 0:56:08] ▶
because when I was a kid growing up,
[0:56:14 - 0:56:15] ▶
I was bullied as a kid.
[0:56:15 - 0:56:16] ▶
I didn't have a lot of friends.
[0:56:17 - 0:56:18] ▶
And later when I started having friends,
[0:56:19 - 0:56:21] ▶
my friends were not cool people.
[0:56:21 - 0:56:22] ▶
They were intellectual people.
[0:56:22 - 0:56:24] ▶
And I was an intellectual guy as well.
[0:56:24 - 0:56:26] ▶
I was just a good athlete,
[0:56:26 - 0:56:27] ▶
with intellectual guys
[0:56:28 - 0:56:29] ▶
huge traps and cauliflower.
[0:56:30 - 0:56:31] ▶
I was not always like that,
[0:56:32 - 0:56:33] ▶
but I realized that my mom
[0:56:33 - 0:56:35] ▶
did that subliminal hypnos
[0:56:35 - 0:56:39] ▶
for me at a very young age.
[0:56:39 - 0:56:41] ▶
She used to buy a tape.
[0:56:41 - 0:56:42] ▶
And before I go to bed,
[0:56:42 - 0:56:44] ▶
I used to listen to tape,
[0:56:44 - 0:56:46] ▶
everything is possible.
[0:56:49 - 0:56:50] ▶
and then after it lasts
[0:56:53 - 0:56:55] ▶
And then after you have a sound wave,
[0:56:57 - 0:56:58] ▶
I used to listen to these tapes
[0:57:01 - 0:57:03] ▶
every day before I go to bed.
[0:57:03 - 0:57:05] ▶
because my mom knew that I had,
[0:57:05 - 0:57:07] ▶
And I grew up with a lot of negativity
[0:57:11 - 0:57:14] ▶
my dad was drinking,
[0:57:15 - 0:57:16] ▶
it was a tough environment
[0:57:17 - 0:57:18] ▶
He really inspired me.
[0:57:22 - 0:57:23] ▶
there's different phase of preparation.
[0:57:25 - 0:57:28] ▶
and there's a mental one
[0:57:30 - 0:57:33] ▶
that I think people will not believe,
[0:57:33 - 0:57:37] ▶
that's what makes the difference
[0:57:38 - 0:57:39] ▶
that go beyond being champion.
[0:57:42 - 0:57:44] ▶
it's very important.
[0:57:48 - 0:57:49] ▶
the power of your mind.
[0:57:49 - 0:57:51] ▶
how you can use your mind
[0:57:52 - 0:57:53] ▶
and sort of manifest reality.
[0:57:54 - 0:57:56] ▶
Because when you have an idea,
[0:57:56 - 0:57:57] ▶
when you materialize an idea
[0:57:58 - 0:57:59] ▶
it have an effect on your emotion.
[0:58:01 - 0:58:03] ▶
is what control your hormones.
[0:58:04 - 0:58:07] ▶
Your hormones control your actions.
[0:58:07 - 0:58:08] ▶
in the materialistic world.
[0:58:12 - 0:58:14] ▶
which to the eyes of most people
[0:58:16 - 0:58:18] ▶
through that process,
[0:58:21 - 0:58:22] ▶
in the world we live in.
[0:58:23 - 0:58:25] ▶
You can use tricks to,
[0:58:26 - 0:58:28] ▶
you can trick your brain.
[0:58:28 - 0:58:30] ▶
is a concept of hermetics.
[0:58:33 - 0:58:34] ▶
So it's a very interesting,
[0:58:40 - 0:58:42] ▶
all those concepts come,
[0:58:42 - 0:58:43] ▶
that stuff's really real.
[0:58:46 - 0:58:47] ▶
That stuff's for sure real.
[0:58:48 - 0:58:49] ▶
I've used stuff like that too,
[0:58:50 - 0:58:51] ▶
like similar to you,
[0:58:52 - 0:58:53] ▶
like when I'm feeling,
[0:58:53 - 0:58:55] ▶
changing the way you walk
[0:59:01 - 0:59:03] ▶
or the way you breathe,
[0:59:03 - 0:59:04] ▶
like just start breathing
[0:59:04 - 0:59:05] ▶
like you're confident
[0:59:05 - 0:59:06] ▶
like you're super confident
[0:59:07 - 0:59:08] ▶
and it changes your mind.
[0:59:08 - 0:59:09] ▶
can dictate your actions,
[0:59:19 - 0:59:21] ▶
but also your action
[0:59:22 - 0:59:24] ▶
And very often in life,
[0:59:29 - 0:59:30] ▶
I'm no different than anyone.
[0:59:31 - 0:59:33] ▶
I make the mistake as well
[0:59:33 - 0:59:34] ▶
because I'm sort of paranoid
[0:59:34 - 0:59:38] ▶
when something happens,
[0:59:50 - 0:59:52] ▶
I like to be prepared,
[0:59:52 - 0:59:53] ▶
taking too much energy
[0:59:54 - 0:59:56] ▶
of expecting the worst
[0:59:56 - 0:59:58] ▶
more anxiety and stress.
[1:00:00 - 1:00:01] ▶
You want to be that,
[1:00:05 - 1:00:05] ▶
But for an everyday life,
[1:00:07 - 1:00:08] ▶
sometimes it doesn't help me.
[1:00:08 - 1:00:10] ▶
I have to work on myself a lot.
[1:00:12 - 1:00:14] ▶
