Hi everybody, Lou Elizondo here with another what I consider is an important
[0:00:00 - 0:00:06] ▶
update for you. I just arrived in the Washington DC area for a week worth of
[0:00:06 - 0:00:12] ▶
meetings with some of my colleagues who you probably already know, people like
[0:00:12 - 0:00:16] ▶
Chris Mellon and several attorneys as well and some other folks that you might
[0:00:16 - 0:00:23] ▶
know from some of our previous adventures together. People like Admiral Tim
[0:00:23 - 0:00:28] ▶
Gallaudet and Mr. Mike Gold from NASA. So the reason why we are here is that
[0:00:28 - 0:00:35] ▶
we are having some discussions on the Hill like we do normally but what makes
[0:00:35 - 0:00:40] ▶
this a little different is that we're holding classified briefings meaning
[0:00:40 - 0:00:45] ▶
we're having discussions with certain members of the house at the
[0:00:45 - 0:00:50] ▶
classified level. Forgive me I'm also dog sitting so my daughter's German
[0:00:50 - 0:00:54] ▶
Shepherd just walked by. Unfortunately I cannot edit that out so you're going
[0:00:54 - 0:00:59] ▶
to have to hear his bitter pattern. We're having classified meetings with
[0:00:59 - 0:01:04] ▶
certain members of Congress on the house side and to be followed by classified
[0:01:04 - 0:01:09] ▶
classified meetings on the Senate side. Now what is the purpose of these meetings?
[0:01:09 - 0:01:12] ▶
It's not just to sit there and exchange information and glad hand. What we have
[0:01:12 - 0:01:17] ▶
been trying to do for the last three years really in some of these more
[0:01:17 - 0:01:22] ▶
intense engagements is to try to help government work better meaning. You have
[0:01:22 - 0:01:29] ▶
elements on the legislative branch that are responsible in this particular case
[0:01:29 - 0:01:33] ▶
for example Congresswoman Luna who has a task force for transparency and
[0:01:33 - 0:01:40] ▶
truth and the UAP topic is part of it to include the JFK files and the MLK
[0:01:40 - 0:01:45] ▶
assassination and some other things like that. UAPs tend to be right at the top
[0:01:45 - 0:01:50] ▶
of her list of to-do. There's an expectation by Congress there's also an
[0:01:50 - 0:01:56] ▶
expectation by a president to get to the bottom of things and this is a topic
[0:01:56 - 0:02:00] ▶
that we all know has been in secret for way way to the law. So her along with
[0:02:00 - 0:02:06] ▶
her colleagues and peers to include Representative Eric Burleson and also
[0:02:06 - 0:02:11] ▶
Representative Tim Berchett. We'll be attending these meetings and what we are
[0:02:11 - 0:02:17] ▶
doing is bringing elements from the executive branch particularly the
[0:02:17 - 0:02:21] ▶
federal bureau of investigation and will have their own investigative type
[0:02:21 - 0:02:25] ▶
capability. We also are bringing in people from the Department of Defense. I won't
[0:02:25 - 0:02:31] ▶
say which particular organization is yet because I don't want those
[0:02:31 - 0:02:34] ▶
individuals to get any trouble through their chain of command and also
[0:02:34 - 0:02:38] ▶
individuals from the intelligence community. People who have been for quite
[0:02:38 - 0:02:43] ▶
some time involved in this area for the government and for their
[0:02:43 - 0:02:48] ▶
their respective organizations to brief Congress what they know. Now imagine
[0:02:48 - 0:02:53] ▶
that the executive branch and the legislative branch sitting down for the
[0:02:53 - 0:02:58] ▶
very first time having a classified discussion about what they all know about
[0:02:58 - 0:03:01] ▶
this topic regarding UAP, what's the latest information, what's the latest
[0:03:01 - 0:03:05] ▶
investigative results. I also want to take a moment here to to tip my hat to some
[0:03:05 - 0:03:11] ▶
individuals that have been working this topic from specifically the
[0:03:11 - 0:03:14] ▶
federal bureau of investigation. They have been doing an absolutely incredible
[0:03:14 - 0:03:19] ▶
job as a former investigator myself. I know it's certainly not an easy task and
[0:03:19 - 0:03:25] ▶
I will tell you that they have some of the best looking into this topic and
[0:03:25 - 0:03:29] ▶
have been for some time and you know don't be surprised if they have some
[0:03:29 - 0:03:33] ▶
interesting results to share with members of Congress. Same thing with the
[0:03:33 - 0:03:37] ▶
Department of Defense. Specific big thanks to US Space Command. As many of you
[0:03:37 - 0:03:44] ▶
know I spent some time working for US Space Force in this capacity studying the
[0:03:44 - 0:03:50] ▶
UAP topic for the government after I left my last position in A-Tip but you
[0:03:50 - 0:03:57] ▶
may not know that space command which is a combatant command different than
[0:03:57 - 0:04:00] ▶
space force which is a service kind of like the army and the Navy and the Air Force
[0:04:00 - 0:04:05] ▶
while Space Force is another member of our services whereas space command is a
[0:04:05 - 0:04:10] ▶
combatant command. So where we have these combatant commands that are usually
[0:04:10 - 0:04:15] ▶
regionally focused like Southcom, Southern Command and U-Comb, European Command,
[0:04:15 - 0:04:20] ▶
Space Command basically responsible for all of space and so they've been doing
[0:04:20 - 0:04:26] ▶
really a tremendous job as well and then I'd also like to point out that there
[0:04:26 - 0:04:31] ▶
are elements in the intelligence community that are also extremely proactive
[0:04:31 - 0:04:35] ▶
on this topic trying to get information to the right people both in the
[0:04:35 - 0:04:39] ▶
executive branch and ultimately to the legislative branch. Now why this gets a
[0:04:39 - 0:04:43] ▶
little complicated is because people in the legislative branch don't always
[0:04:43 - 0:04:47] ▶
have the commensurate level of security clearance as people in the executive
[0:04:47 - 0:04:51] ▶
branch. It is also the executive branch that controls security
[0:04:51 - 0:04:55] ▶
clearances. People think that oh all you remember of Congress automatic you get a
[0:04:55 - 0:04:58] ▶
security clearance, not necessarily true especially once you get above the
[0:04:58 - 0:05:02] ▶
T.S. and S.C.I. level it's usually only very specific committee members. So the
[0:05:02 - 0:05:07] ▶
fact that Representative Luna is on this new task force for Congress to get to
[0:05:07 - 0:05:12] ▶
the bottom of this topic. Clearly I think everybody would assume that she
[0:05:12 - 0:05:16] ▶
certainly has a need to know same with her colleagues and her peers on the hill
[0:05:16 - 0:05:20] ▶
but with that said we still have to do the necessary you can call it a goat rope
[0:05:20 - 0:05:25] ▶
if you will dance maneuver to make sure that everybody has the right
[0:05:25 - 0:05:30] ▶
information and at the right time for the right place where we're going to have
[0:05:30 - 0:05:35] ▶
the conversation. So tomorrow I think is the beginning of a very important day
[0:05:35 - 0:05:40] ▶
for us collectively that are really pushing for disclosure but also for
[0:05:40 - 0:05:47] ▶
government. This is just this is just common sense. This makes good sense. You
[0:05:47 - 0:05:53] ▶
finally have the executive branch and the legislative branch coming together
[0:05:53 - 0:05:56] ▶
under one roof to have a thoughtful conversation about this topic. Now I know a
[0:05:56 - 0:06:02] ▶
lot of you probably think well duh why didn't they do that before? Well bureaucracy
[0:06:02 - 0:06:07] ▶
the same issues that I faced when I was in the Pentagon having this
[0:06:07 - 0:06:10] ▶
conversation with my own chain of command is the same issue that seems to still
[0:06:10 - 0:06:16] ▶
be lingering in our government. Fortunately there are people that have worked
[0:06:16 - 0:06:22] ▶
very hard to make these meetings happen and do everything as we say
[0:06:22 - 0:06:26] ▶
the military dress right dress or in this particular case everything in
[0:06:26 - 0:06:30] ▶
according to protocol. I'm very optimistic that these briefings that we're
[0:06:30 - 0:06:39] ▶
going to be providing and some of those folks of the executive branch are going
[0:06:39 - 0:06:43] ▶
to be very helpful. Basically help Congress look in the right places where is
[0:06:43 - 0:06:49] ▶
information been squirreled away and where can Congress start asking for
[0:06:49 - 0:06:56] ▶
specific data right. Also I think it's important to highlight the fact that
[0:06:56 - 0:07:02] ▶
there's been whispers up there maybe new legislation winkling. I think that's
[0:07:02 - 0:07:06] ▶
great and I think you should all be be very happy with that. There's a lot of
[0:07:06 - 0:07:11] ▶
people working right now on your behalf for you trying to get government to
[0:07:11 - 0:07:16] ▶
work a little bit more effectively a little bit more efficiently. You also have
[0:07:16 - 0:07:19] ▶
people in government right now for example representative Luda, representative
[0:07:19 - 0:07:24] ▶
Berluson and Berchette who are champion this cause for you and on behalf of the
[0:07:24 - 0:07:30] ▶
American people and really are quite fearless in their pursuit to getting to
[0:07:30 - 0:07:35] ▶
the bottom of this. I've seen some of their discussions and their approaches to
[0:07:35 - 0:07:40] ▶
this topic and honestly I can't say when the last time I saw so much
[0:07:40 - 0:07:47] ▶
earnest motivation to try to shed light on this topic and not just for
[0:07:47 - 0:07:53] ▶
themselves. It's not selfishly motivated like oh this is just some casual
[0:07:53 - 0:07:57] ▶
curiosity. I don't curiosity that they want to satisfy. No every time I've been
[0:07:57 - 0:08:02] ▶
in these meetings they're talking about you the American people. They're saying
[0:08:02 - 0:08:05] ▶
you are the reasons why they're doing this and that you deserve the truth and
[0:08:05 - 0:08:09] ▶
I could not agree more with that. That is absolutely what we want our elected
[0:08:09 - 0:08:13] ▶
officials doing and the fact that you have now elements in the executive branch
[0:08:13 - 0:08:16] ▶
that are volunteering to come forward and have this conversation when in the
[0:08:16 - 0:08:21] ▶
past all we got was obfuscation and denials. I think that's that's I mean I don't
[0:08:21 - 0:08:28] ▶
want to say it's necessarily historic but it might be historic. I also want to
[0:08:28 - 0:08:34] ▶
say that I can't take credit for all of this. This has been a result of a lot of
[0:08:34 - 0:08:40] ▶
people's work and effort first and foremost by by elements in Congress. So if
[0:08:40 - 0:08:45] ▶
you ever want to take a moment and just thank those particular members of
[0:08:45 - 0:08:49] ▶
Congress and their staff that I mentioned they probably appreciate it. I'm sure
[0:08:49 - 0:08:53] ▶
they would appreciate the encouragement because it's definitely not an easy task.
[0:08:53 - 0:08:56] ▶
I would also if you get a chance you know maybe say thanks once in a while to
[0:08:56 - 0:09:02] ▶
to folks in the law enforcement community and the FBI. Look there's another effort
[0:09:02 - 0:09:07] ▶
underway right now through the state local tribal law enforcement communities.
[0:09:07 - 0:09:13] ▶
There's a gentleman named Dr. Keith Taylor who's also a senior law enforcement
[0:09:13 - 0:09:18] ▶
official. He's been very helpful getting this conversation moving with the
[0:09:18 - 0:09:22] ▶
with the local law enforcement state law enforcement folks and trying to
[0:09:22 - 0:09:27] ▶
integrate that with the federal law enforcement piece investigating UAPs.
[0:09:27 - 0:09:30] ▶
Think of it as a force multiplier right so if you have maybe five or ten
[0:09:30 - 0:09:35] ▶
special agents from the FBI investigating UAP imagine now if you can kind of in
[0:09:35 - 0:09:42] ▶
a way disseminate some of these requirements for for law enforcement
[0:09:42 - 0:09:49] ▶
collection down to the state local level. Well you know you have literally thousands
[0:09:49 - 0:09:54] ▶
of not hundreds of thousands of law enforcement officers that have eyes and
[0:09:54 - 0:09:58] ▶
ears just like just like everybody else right so this is this is coming
[0:09:58 - 0:10:03] ▶
together in a way that I think eight years ago had you have told me that this
[0:10:03 - 0:10:09] ▶
is where we would be I don't think I believe you it is truly remarkable we're
[0:10:09 - 0:10:13] ▶
living in amazing times right now we have elements in the executive branch
[0:10:13 - 0:10:17] ▶
politics aside that are very supportive of getting to the bottom of this and
[0:10:17 - 0:10:21] ▶
revealing the truth to the American people which is really what this is all about
[0:10:21 - 0:10:25] ▶
so yeah it's it's a good day it's a good day for all you just heard Edmond in
[0:10:25 - 0:10:32] ▶
the background I think he agrees to so anyways you know I don't like to do
[0:10:32 - 0:10:36] ▶
these unless there's something to update you on these these YouTube videos so
[0:10:36 - 0:10:41] ▶
I think there's something to update you on take care and we'll we'll
[0:10:41 - 0:10:46] ▶
chat soon God bless
[0:10:46 - 0:10:49] ▶
