They made me do some dirty work for them.
[0:00:00 - 0:00:03] ▶
When I had to exit the program, that was the deal.
[0:00:03 - 0:00:06] ▶
It was either that or something bad would happen to me or my family.
[0:00:06 - 0:00:10] ▶
Go ahead and hey Jay, welcome to the show.
[0:00:10 - 0:00:12] ▶
You were in the program.
[0:00:12 - 0:00:14] ▶
Could you give us a quick synopsis of what role you played in James Fox's documentary
[0:00:14 - 0:00:22] ▶
that just released on the 16th of the program?
[0:00:22 - 0:00:26] ▶
I played the part of a first hand whistleblower in the film.
[0:00:26 - 0:00:32] ▶
Also had some personal experiences that you felt applied to who I am as well as my background in the Air Force.
[0:00:32 - 0:00:40] ▶
Great.
[0:00:40 - 0:00:42] ▶
I want to ask you a few two questions just to get out of the way.
[0:00:42 - 0:00:47] ▶
There was a little bit of controversy a couple months ago.
[0:00:47 - 0:00:49] ▶
You were in like a Twitter forum and you already addressed the question of,
[0:00:49 - 0:00:53] ▶
you know, someone asked you where you part of the UAP task force.
[0:00:53 - 0:00:56] ▶
You already clarified that.
[0:00:56 - 0:00:58] ▶
You said, no, you're part of the UAP forum, not the task force.
[0:00:58 - 0:01:02] ▶
We don't need to belabor that.
[0:01:02 - 0:01:04] ▶
But the question I wanted to ask you is, there was an interesting question back in that forum.
[0:01:04 - 0:01:09] ▶
Someone asked you about 20 and back.
[0:01:09 - 0:01:11] ▶
I think you said something to the effect that something like that is real, but it's not called that.
[0:01:11 - 0:01:16] ▶
Could you elaborate on that at all?
[0:01:16 - 0:01:19] ▶
Yeah, it was later on in that same interview.
[0:01:19 - 0:01:22] ▶
I readdressed the 20 and back commentary because up until that, well, the day of that first interview I gave,
[0:01:22 - 0:01:31] ▶
I had never really researched what 20 and back was all about.
[0:01:31 - 0:01:34] ▶
I didn't even know who called it.
[0:01:34 - 0:01:36] ▶
I always knew about it.
[0:01:36 - 0:01:37] ▶
It was some sort of a mercenary dirty work kind of a program.
[0:01:37 - 0:01:41] ▶
So yes, I did experience a dirty work program, but I did explain in that first interview that,
[0:01:41 - 0:01:48] ▶
yeah, that was what I did.
[0:01:48 - 0:01:50] ▶
They made me do some dirty work for them.
[0:01:50 - 0:01:53] ▶
When I had to exit the program, that was the deal.
[0:01:53 - 0:01:56] ▶
Was it you or that or something that would happen to me or my family?
[0:01:56 - 0:02:00] ▶
Can you elaborate on what that dirty work constituted?
[0:02:00 - 0:02:04] ▶
Well, it was kind of very strange.
[0:02:04 - 0:02:10] ▶
I feel like it was part of maybe an NHI program that they utilize humans,
[0:02:10 - 0:02:16] ▶
to do things for them that were involved kind of being taken from your bed in the middle of the night unconscious.
[0:02:16 - 0:02:30] ▶
And the next thing you're waking up and you've got some work for them to do.
[0:02:30 - 0:02:36] ▶
They tell you you're going over here, you're going to go in that cave, here's a gun, whatever's in there, kill it.
[0:02:36 - 0:02:42] ▶
And that's kind of how they were old.
[0:02:42 - 0:02:47] ▶
And you either did it or you knew bad things would happen to you or your family.
[0:02:47 - 0:02:52] ▶
And that's kind of how it went.
[0:02:52 - 0:02:54] ▶
But who's usually in the dead of night, that kind of a thing.
[0:02:54 - 0:03:00] ▶
And you are a part of that?
[0:03:00 - 0:03:02] ▶
Yeah.
[0:03:02 - 0:03:04] ▶
And when you say kill it, what exactly would you be referencing?
[0:03:04 - 0:03:09] ▶
I guess the team that I was on, we killed other NHI for whoever was in charge.
[0:03:09 - 0:03:21] ▶
I never got to see who was actually in charge of that program.
[0:03:21 - 0:03:26] ▶
I was only told, you know, do what they say otherwise, you're never going to see your family again.
[0:03:26 - 0:03:33] ▶
That was kind of the attitude.
[0:03:33 - 0:03:35] ▶
So that's what I did.
[0:03:35 - 0:03:38] ▶
I just did what I could survived it all just like you get back to my family.
[0:03:38 - 0:03:43] ▶
And that was kind of how it went.
[0:03:43 - 0:03:45] ▶
I see.
[0:03:45 - 0:03:46] ▶
Thank you for that.
[0:03:46 - 0:03:48] ▶
How did you become introduced to the UFO Recovery and Reverse Engineering program?
[0:03:48 - 0:03:53] ▶
How did that happen? When did that happen?
[0:03:53 - 0:03:56] ▶
That was more like right in the middle of my career right around the 10 year mark of my 22 years in the military.
[0:03:56 - 0:04:04] ▶
It was just a gentle conversation after I had been working at NLSA Air Force Base because the normal everyday mission was just to train air crews from all around the world.
[0:04:04 - 0:04:17] ▶
The pilot service survived in a wartime environment.
[0:04:17 - 0:04:20] ▶
We provided some, you know, jamming on their radios and things like this to force them to use their countermeasures and learn how to use those.
[0:04:20 - 0:04:30] ▶
And within that first year or so, or something about me that I guess they liked or whatever, but I ended up in a car going up to replace some folks that had some traded traded days because either they had.
[0:04:30 - 0:04:46] ▶
Well, the guy that I was I was going up for to replace had a family emergency and another person that it was driving with was just going up because you traded days on, you know, the mission.
[0:04:46 - 0:04:58] ▶
You usually go up for two weeks and then you come back home and then the crew changes out there at Black Mountain.
[0:04:58 - 0:05:05] ▶
And that's where that's where we trained out with Black Mountain because you have to be on these mountain peaks to get the best propagation for your radios.
[0:05:05 - 0:05:12] ▶
But anyway, that's how it happened. It started driving up just talking to this guy. I didn't know it, but he was in the program.
[0:05:12 - 0:05:19] ▶
And I didn't know it, but we just started talking about Dreamland and that's how it all started. I just said how much I'd love to be able to work there and see what it is that what it's all about.
[0:05:19 - 0:05:31] ▶
And really in a short amount of time I was getting my polygraph and they're onboarding me for that program.
[0:05:31 - 0:05:38] ▶
I've got to fly up to Dreamland and get shown the base and I began my work from there.
[0:05:38 - 0:05:45] ▶
Okay, great. During the July 26, 2023 hearing, Nancy Mase, David Grush, do you believe the government has made contact with ET's Grush responded?
[0:05:45 - 0:05:56] ▶
That's something I can't discuss in a public setting. What's your take on the idea that the US government is in contact with non human intelligence and perhaps has made agreements or an agreement with non human intelligence?
[0:05:56 - 0:06:09] ▶
Yes, I would say that that's a very strong possibility. I know that I did hear things that sounded very much like that as the case.
[0:06:10 - 0:06:19] ▶
Okay.
[0:06:19 - 0:06:22] ▶
So I guess this is the perfect time to segue into tell me a little bit about the Nellis test range footage that was included in James Fox's documentary. When did it happen?
[0:06:22 - 0:06:32] ▶
And how does it, you know, what exactly was going on during that footage that he showed?
[0:06:32 - 0:06:38] ▶
That was in 1994. I had just exited the program a bit earlier that year.
[0:06:38 - 0:06:48] ▶
I can't remember if it was just a few months beforehand when the encounter occurred, but the UFO came into the range.
[0:06:48 - 0:06:58] ▶
It was right near Black Mountain where we worked out of and it had very strange flight patterns in the video that was in James Fox's film.
[0:06:58 - 0:07:09] ▶
You can see there's a little line along the bottom that's got a spike in it, like a sine wave.
[0:07:09 - 0:07:16] ▶
And that's the video camera designed that is it locks on to the aircraft so it keeps track of it.
[0:07:16 - 0:07:27] ▶
On the purpose behind the video on range is that if there's ever a flight safety problem, they have video of it so they can figure out, you know, why did this plane crash or how did this, you know, safety issue happened when they would be able to do that.
[0:07:27 - 0:07:44] ▶
Everything's recorded on this video. And here's this UFO coming along and it is trying to lock on.
[0:07:44 - 0:07:50] ▶
But if you look at the sine wave, it doesn't quite lock on until after a while.
[0:07:50 - 0:07:55] ▶
So there was something either jamming it or there's a malfunction or something, but you can see that the radar for these video cameras was having trouble walking on.
[0:07:55 - 0:08:05] ▶
Eventually got the lock and it followed the craft in in 1994.
[0:08:05 - 0:08:11] ▶
It was in the winter of 1994 that it happened.
[0:08:11 - 0:08:15] ▶
So that was a Friday.
[0:08:15 - 0:08:18] ▶
There's a different crew that was on site at that point.
[0:08:18 - 0:08:23] ▶
And then the weekend occurred and then I came up the following week on Monday with the new crew.
[0:08:23 - 0:08:31] ▶
But that Friday when people got back into garrison, they were all like, yeah, that was really weird. You know, then people were talking about it like I said in the film.
[0:08:31 - 0:08:40] ▶
So they were just trying to guess us to what it was.
[0:08:40 - 0:08:43] ▶
All of us had been training air crews for a long time.
[0:08:43 - 0:08:46] ▶
We knew everything that flew from, you know, all the Allied aircraft, all of our own aircraft. We'd seen them all because that's what we did be trained them.
[0:08:46 - 0:08:55] ▶
And this was definitely something we'd never seen before. So everybody was very much like, yeah, it's probably the UFO.
[0:08:55 - 0:09:02] ▶
But the next Monday, I had my encounter and I see the UFO landed off the shoulder of the road on the north side of the road as we're driving up towards Quartz Mountain.
[0:09:02 - 0:09:15] ▶
And the rest was history after that.
[0:09:15 - 0:09:18] ▶
You think there's a relationship between the 1994 footage that you reference and your personal encounter.
[0:09:18 - 0:09:28] ▶
Yes, because it was just days later. The craft looks exactly like the craft that's in the film.
[0:09:28 - 0:09:35] ▶
We also, when we got onto the range that morning to start our work, they made us actually go into this little hut.
[0:09:35 - 0:09:46] ▶
That's there on the range. We call it a contumment area where you could change your tires, get gas, reveal stuff like that.
[0:09:46 - 0:09:54] ▶
But there's also a little hut for the video people that capture all the video and review it.
[0:09:54 - 0:10:01] ▶
And we're told we had to review this video and we all saw the UFO video that's out there. They got leaked out to the press.
[0:10:01 - 0:10:10] ▶
And they took down our names and said, hey, you know, were you there last week? Were you not there last week? Sign off that you saw the video and all that stuff.
[0:10:10 - 0:10:22] ▶
So they had a list of the names of everybody before we left that hut and continued on our way.
[0:10:22 - 0:10:28] ▶
So we all got to see exactly what that vehicle looked like that morning.
[0:10:28 - 0:10:33] ▶
If we hadn't been there the previous week, everybody else had seen it by that time.
[0:10:33 - 0:10:38] ▶
Do you have any idea what it was doing there? What the occupant was doing there?
[0:10:38 - 0:10:43] ▶
No, there was no explanation during my conversation with the entity here of the person.
[0:10:43 - 0:10:50] ▶
I prefer to talk to say he's a person because he is.
[0:10:50 - 0:10:56] ▶
But anyway, my kind, I have opinions about why he was wearing a uniform that looked like mine, looked like a military uniform.
[0:10:56 - 0:11:07] ▶
Is that I suspected he was either working with somebody on the range or something like that and had an altercation and it got some damage to his craft some way.
[0:11:07 - 0:11:20] ▶
And that's why he ended up on the range and stuck with stuck on the range.
[0:11:20 - 0:11:25] ▶
And that's just my theory. That's what I think is the most plausible reason that he would have been wearing a uniform.
[0:11:25 - 0:11:34] ▶
The craft did not seem like it was capable of interstellar flight. It looked more like a terrestrial scout vehicle.
[0:11:34 - 0:11:41] ▶
You know, just like our helicopters who used these, they're too small to engage in long-term combat or they can't fly in orbit.
[0:11:41 - 0:11:48] ▶
That's exactly what that craft that he was flying looked like to.
[0:11:48 - 0:11:52] ▶
So to me, it just seemed like he had flown some sort of a terrestrial scout craft out of somewhere on the range and he got stuck because his craft got a bit damaged.
[0:11:52 - 0:12:03] ▶
And that's when I encountered him.
[0:12:03 - 0:12:07] ▶
And what did the person say to you from your story, from your experience?
[0:12:07 - 0:12:12] ▶
Well, he introduced himself, didn't give a name, he just more like, this is, you know, who I am.
[0:12:12 - 0:12:20] ▶
And I need help kind of a thing, we're parts of the conversation, both telepathically.
[0:12:20 - 0:12:26] ▶
And he was speaking to me, but I didn't know what the language was. I was sending more like Norwegian or something like that.
[0:12:26 - 0:12:35] ▶
But anyway, he talked about his craft being damaged. He was looking for a part or a metal material that would help him to repair the craft.
[0:12:35 - 0:12:47] ▶
And that was mainly what I remember from the conversation.
[0:12:47 - 0:12:52] ▶
And we did have other parts of the conversation because we were, where we encountered him.
[0:12:52 - 0:12:59] ▶
It was south and west from Dreamland on the range.
[0:12:59 - 0:13:06] ▶
And I suggested, well, the only other place, you know, since I had just been in the program, I was pointing over at the mountain range where it's at.
[0:13:06 - 0:13:15] ▶
Because you can see for miles out there in a desert. And I just said, you know, Dreamland's over there.
[0:13:15 - 0:13:21] ▶
They might have some high tech materials or whatever it is you're looking for.
[0:13:21 - 0:13:25] ▶
And that's when I got hit by a wave of emotion from him and discussed like, I'm not talking to those people.
[0:13:25 - 0:13:30] ▶
I don't care to engage with murderers and barbarians as we called them.
[0:13:30 - 0:13:37] ▶
And then he just kind of ended the conversation quickly and got back in the craft off he went.
[0:13:37 - 0:13:46] ▶
And like I said before, you know, looking over at my friends that were in the vehicle, they looked like they were in some kind of a trance.
[0:13:46 - 0:13:55] ▶
But they came to after he took off.
[0:13:55 - 0:13:58] ▶
And then we just went up to Black Mountain and started our day because we had plot pilots waiting for us to start training.
[0:13:58 - 0:14:06] ▶
And that's how it happened.
[0:14:06 - 0:14:09] ▶
Do you think those that were there with you, the people that were in the vehicle, do you think any of them will ever come forward and give their take along with yours?
[0:14:09 - 0:14:18] ▶
Well, I've tried reaching out to the three of them.
[0:14:18 - 0:14:23] ▶
But I can only get a hold of one.
[0:14:23 - 0:14:27] ▶
And we were talking on LinkedIn, you know, about because we get connected there before.
[0:14:27 - 0:14:34] ▶
But he goes to me pretty quickly when I mentioned the UFO.
[0:14:34 - 0:14:39] ▶
He was always, even because he was there the week before when the UFO first came onto the range.
[0:14:39 - 0:14:45] ▶
And he was there that morning.
[0:14:45 - 0:14:48] ▶
But he has always been very scared to talk about it and very, he just doesn't like talking about it.
[0:14:48 - 0:14:54] ▶
So he goes to me.
[0:14:54 - 0:14:55] ▶
So I did try reaching out to them.
[0:14:55 - 0:14:57] ▶
I know that some other people did try to look them up.
[0:14:57 - 0:15:00] ▶
They did find out that one of the people disappeared or they can't find him anymore.
[0:15:00 - 0:15:05] ▶
I don't hope he didn't pass away or something.
[0:15:05 - 0:15:09] ▶
So one of them is no longer contactable.
[0:15:09 - 0:15:12] ▶
And the other person I don't know if they talked to them.
[0:15:12 - 0:15:16] ▶
Maybe one of the investigators that were verifying my clearances and who I was might know.
[0:15:16 - 0:15:23] ▶
I do know that some people said that yeah, they know two of the people that were there the first week.
[0:15:23 - 0:15:29] ▶
And there may be somebody that knows some of the people or interviewed them for the second week.
[0:15:29 - 0:15:35] ▶
But they didn't tell me.
[0:15:35 - 0:15:37] ▶
Okay. And I'll just ask you about the drone situation.
[0:15:37 - 0:15:40] ▶
Do you have an opinion on that?
[0:15:40 - 0:15:42] ▶
I've been in the news very prominently.
[0:15:42 - 0:15:45] ▶
Yeah.
[0:15:45 - 0:15:46] ▶
I've been asked a lot of questions about it.
[0:15:46 - 0:15:50] ▶
From the beginning, it looked to me like it was regular drones.
[0:15:50 - 0:15:55] ▶
I have been some that I thought were very interesting like the Plastmoid looking.
[0:15:55 - 0:16:01] ▶
Encounters and videos of the ones that really look strange looking for.
[0:16:01 - 0:16:07] ▶
Those I think need to be definitely research more heavily.
[0:16:07 - 0:16:12] ▶
We need to do a bit more analysis on that, but the drones now I think were to me.
[0:16:12 - 0:16:18] ▶
They're coming from.
[0:16:18 - 0:16:21] ▶
You know, the interagency, the military or something like that.
[0:16:21 - 0:16:26] ▶
I knew that from the start, but then that got confirmed just recently by, you know, the government has been saying that yeah, the their hours we're not going to tell you why they're doing it, but you know, we have a reasons we're not going to shoot them down that kind of thing.
[0:16:26 - 0:16:40] ▶
So I guess my theory for the most part is that it's mainly drones.
[0:16:40 - 0:16:45] ▶
There are some anomalous.
[0:16:45 - 0:16:48] ▶
You know, non drones, I think are things that need to be investigated at this point.
[0:16:48 - 0:16:55] ▶
And I know you stated in the program that the government should that this is for all of us.
[0:16:55 - 0:17:02] ▶
They should be transparent about non human intelligence engaging the world.
[0:17:02 - 0:17:10] ▶
Why do you think they should be transparent about that and not continue a policy of secrecy?
[0:17:10 - 0:17:16] ▶
Well, in my mind, well, I knew it was unclassified that the entities existed.
[0:17:16 - 0:17:26] ▶
That was confirmed for me on day one when I went and talked to the base commander of Dreamland.
[0:17:26 - 0:17:32] ▶
And he was taking me around and I mentioned a part of the range where Mr. Hall, who's another who I guess I don't know if you're familiar with them.
[0:17:32 - 0:17:41] ▶
Some people are, but he was a weatherman out there in Dreamland.
[0:17:41 - 0:17:46] ▶
And the nature of the job, he didn't need to have a clearance at all.
[0:17:46 - 0:17:50] ▶
And it's because he was close to where the NHI was supposed to be.
[0:17:50 - 0:17:54] ▶
And to me, it appears that they run it like an embassy would that that's their land that they were given by the government or the military, whatever to have as their own.
[0:17:54 - 0:18:06] ▶
So it's kind of like they don't care about our classification guides.
[0:18:06 - 0:18:11] ▶
They don't care about all the security like we do.
[0:18:11 - 0:18:15] ▶
They have their own life. They have their own culture. They have their own bylaws and everything else to live by.
[0:18:15 - 0:18:20] ▶
And that's why Mr. Hall didn't need to have a clearance.
[0:18:20 - 0:18:25] ▶
And that's exactly what the commander told me because he said, you want to go out and see the weather site.
[0:18:25 - 0:18:30] ▶
And he said, by the way, that's the one place where you can walk around this entire base.
[0:18:30 - 0:18:35] ▶
You don't have to have a badge. You don't have a clearance by the nature of the job.
[0:18:35 - 0:18:40] ▶
And yeah, that kind of intrigued me a little bit.
[0:18:40 - 0:18:42] ▶
So from day one, I knew it was not classified.
[0:18:42 - 0:18:47] ▶
And that's one of the reasons why I think a lot of people have trouble with what's classified, what's not.
[0:18:47 - 0:18:54] ▶
I'm one of the few people they can talk to because the classification stuff was a big thing that we had to fuss over for all of our reporting when we were doing stuff for the program.

It requires you to research exactly what classification level of given item is.
[0:19:06 - 0:19:11] ▶
If you don't know what it is, you talk to the installation commander that you're doing you work for.
[0:19:11 - 0:19:16] ▶
And you verify it and you get the correct classification.
[0:19:16 - 0:19:19] ▶
And that was never a topic to talk about the NHI because we did capture some traffic that was like that.
[0:19:19 - 0:19:27] ▶
So that's that to me was a big thing about the NHI. It's unclassified.
[0:19:27 - 0:19:33] ▶
And now not only that, just the impact of humankind.
[0:19:33 - 0:19:37] ▶
I mean, if we're not alone, why would our military be the proprietors of that information?
[0:19:37 - 0:19:44] ▶
That's the other thing because in my mind, the military can be quite heavy handed when it comes to reverse engineering technologies.
[0:19:44 - 0:19:52] ▶
You know, that's everything turns into a weapon or a threat.
[0:19:52 - 0:19:56] ▶
And here we are talking about probably one of the greatest meetings of cultures, civilizations.
[0:19:56 - 0:20:05] ▶
It needs to have a more human face, you know, to it.
[0:20:05 - 0:20:08] ▶
And that's why I feel like it just needs to be said that I get the part about, you know, we defend our nation with weaponry that we build ourselves or we reverse engineer.
[0:20:08 - 0:20:21] ▶
Keep that secret. Everybody understands that. But you know, by all means get get the monkey off your back. Everybody, you know, it's going to cost less money for the government to have to keep the deception going on the fact that we're not alone.
[0:20:21 - 0:20:35] ▶
And at least they can get that and maybe increase their trustability as well.
[0:20:35 - 0:20:41] ▶
And then I think maybe they'll be a lot happier. They don't spend all that money to see you and try to do the cover up.
[0:20:41 - 0:20:50] ▶
So to me, it's like a win-win for mankind and it's a win-win for the program folks as well.
[0:20:50 - 0:20:56] ▶
So that makes sense. That makes sense.
[0:20:56 - 0:20:58] ▶
Jay, thank you so much and I'll leave you to provide any information that you would like my audience to have to find you or any last words that you might have.
[0:20:58 - 0:21:09] ▶
Yeah, right now my biggest presence is on X as you know, that's where I came out publicly.
[0:21:09 - 0:21:16] ▶
I don't usually use a lot of social media, but that's the best way to contact me and I do talk to folks. I do respond to folks as I go through things.
[0:21:17 - 0:21:31] ▶
So just get a hold of me there and direct message me if you can.
[0:21:31 - 0:21:36] ▶
And that's how it's done. And then if we need to go to another platform, we can do that depending on what it is you want.
[0:21:36 - 0:21:45] ▶
I know I've got a lot of people asking for interviews at this point. So just bear with me if I have to schedule it a little bit.
[0:21:45 - 0:21:51] ▶
Thank you so much, Jay. I really appreciate you coming on the show.
[0:21:51 - 0:21:55] ▶
Yeah, thank you for inviting me and really I'm enjoying the community that been so kind and it's same for you. So thank you.
[0:21:55 - 0:22:05] ▶
Awesome. I invited Jason Sands to speak because of his involvement in the documentary, the program.
[0:22:05 - 0:22:12] ▶
My goal is to provide a platform for different viewpoints and allow you to form your own opinions.
[0:22:12 - 0:22:19] ▶
Whether or not I agree is secondary to giving you the chance to hear from him directly. Thank you so much.
[0:22:19 - 0:22:27] ▶
