I am here today because the American people have both the right and the responsibility to know the truth about unidentified aerial phenomenon.

I want to move on now to the Russia files because that was going to be sort of the central impetus of what I was going to talk to you about today.

As I sit before you today I am many other whistleblowers have no job prospects no foreseeable professional future in a nation every single one of us came forward to defend.

Chairwoman Luna, ranking member Crockett and task force members, thank you for the opportunity to testify here today about the importance of strengthening whistleblower protections especially in the context of national security.
