There's this structure that exists off the coast of California at the bottom of the ocean that looks very odd.

They don't always get to record images of these things, but it is not uncommon for them to see these unknowns popping in and out of the water or zipping around or doing things that they shouldn't be able to do. We're on mission for something else or we're just moving out like in this case. We're moving out from like a really arm hostile area. It's just off the coast of California. Our favorite sweet spot for UFOs.

So basically in 2023, the US Navy encountered four tick-tax shaped UAP off the coast of California. One is kind of featured because that's what it punches into in this footage.
